Lovely quiet hotel, near to city centre. Amazing Breakfast. Very clean. Amazing bathtub.

No smoking area. Bar together with reception. Wasn’t given option to take luggage to the room & stuff didn’t asked how was our stay.

Close to the dock where we met our ship. Very nice, clean accommodation and friendly staff.

I didn't like that they held the €100 room surity for over a week.

The Hotel was great. Our room was the perfect size and airy. Very close to the tram stops taking us to all our destinations within the city. Plenty of restaurants and coffee stop nearby including supermarkets if required. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

No english channels on the TV

The Hotel was amazing, we had a huge room which had everything we needed. very close to the metro stop takes you all over the city, bars and restaurants 3 min walk along the river give you loads of choice for dining, breakfast was also really nice, parking is secure but chargeable 21.00 euros per night

NO ENGLISH TV/SATELIGHT CHANNELS ONLY FRENCH, we did not what much TV but it would be nice to have a news channel in English to see what's happening in the world while we travlled.

Shower drain was partially blocked so water backed up quickly.

We did not have breakfast. The location was excellent, near the Garonne river and restaurants/shops. The tram took us to 50m from the hotel, line A from the airport, line C to Les Hangers. The historical area of Bordeaux was easily reached by tram.

The room was not sound proved, the hotel is on the corner of the tramline and a busy street. No other complaints

Great value for money, great location, friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable bed and room facilities. Would definitely stay there again. Street parking only but it wasn't a problem.

The only thing I didn’t like that was a big deal was the loudness of the street at night. Kept me up every night

Lovely rooms, very large compared to other rooms we have stayed in in France. Bed very comfy. Wine fridge in room but no wine opener, available at reception though. Little bit out of the centre of Bordeaux but close to some nice places to eat and drink. Tram nearby to get into centre of city. Would definitely recommend.....hope to be back. Thanks to the reception staff for the advice on parking in the area. Most helpful ✨️

No parking on site, disconcerting when arriving late but got good advice from reception re options once we were in the hotel.

Nowhere to hang things, particularly towels. Stairways FAR too dark. Ended up falling down them, severely injuring my knee. I’m now on crutches and waiting for CT scan to see if I’ve broken my tibia.

Interesting design; somewhat minimalist, lots of white. It’s out of the city centre, a short walk from the Cite du Vin; a tram from the railway station stops close by. A couple of supermarkets nearby.

Good hotel with decent breakfast, quite close to the center. But wifi was problematic.

Excellent location. Proximity to public transit to city center was a huge bonus. It was nice having access to the waterfront. Staff was really helpful and nice.

Bath tub was ridiculously big for a supposed “green” hotel. Fridge not cold enough. Gym could do with a running machine.

Close to Cite De Vin, next to tram stop. Air con worked very well which was must given the 40 degree heat some days

Great hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff

The staff in the hotel were really friendly and so helpful, probably the most helpful we have ever experienced. The location of the hotel was excellent being close to the tramline into town and also close to the Riverside, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable with an extra large bed and a balcony which overlooked the river and the amazing bridge. Having a small fridge in the room was invaluable as was the superb air conditioning

The lack of a stand to put a suitcase on so we ended up placing our rather large suitcase on a very flimsy, wobbly stand in the bathroom. Not at all ideal and quite honestly supposed style over substance. The area, which is up and coming, was scruffy in certain areas close to the hotel. There was a great deal of litter around.

Room was incredible- massive, cool, bright, loads of space for clothes etc. was super relaxing. Really nice team on the front desk. Just a bit of a walk to the centre- but I knew that and chose it anyway. Tram really easy to use from town centre to the hotel if you need it

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms with bath tab and ceiling shower. Smells of home.

On booking.com parking was included but when arrived at the hotel they charged us 21€/day which was not specified prior to booking. Please revise on your website. Also parking spots very tight. They don't justify the charge The variety of food options for a 4 star hotel should definitely be improved.

Strategic location, clean room, modern and spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.

The separate toilet feels too cramped for me. Not very ideal for people with claustrophobia.

The pros: The hotel is in a great location of Bordeaux, close to the cite du vin and with easy accessibility to the tram and a large walkway along the Garon river. The hotel was outstandingly tidy and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom had the shower and sink separated from the toilet. The bed was comfortable and offered different pillow choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cons: The hotel is in front of a busy road and the acoustic insulation is not that good. I was lucky to have brought earplugs, otherwise I would have had quite the trouble trying to sleep, as there are often noisy motorbikes and people just outside the hotel. The cleaning crew never left soap in my room, and the gel bottles are incredibly small, so I had to often request soap and shower gel to the reception desk. The breakfast is not worth its price. They offer basic eggs and bacon with some bakery goods. Coffee comes from an automatic machine and is not made fresh from beans. You have to press your own orange juice. Not bad, but definitly not worth your 19 euros, just go outside the hotel and have breakfast along the Garon in a nice coffee shop.

Friendly staff, quiet clean room with great AC and very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with a good selection (scrambled eggs were a favorite). The location is close to downtown via tram and has some stores and restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely come again for our next stay.

Room was great although noisy.

Room was noisy as it faced onto the road and it was Saturday evening so lots of pedestrian noise. Would have been better to have been allocated a higher floor facing away from the traffic.
