Hotel is fabulous. It's has such a romantic old world feel but with all modern comforts. Staff were lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Basically about 5-10 mins walk from every place you'll want to see. Right on main square and a shopping centre about a min walk away.

My only issue was that our room was directly beside the breakfast room. It wasn't a huge deal, but if you prefer to sleep after 8 in the morning, the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony is not for you! I think there are only 2 of these but both are right beside the the breakfast station.

The location and property could not have been better! We loved it.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Old Town. We received a very friendly welcome at reception and were offered freshly baked cookies and coffee. We arrived before our room was ready, but it was no problem to store our bag. We were given a good street map and several suggestions on where to visit. Our room was spacious with a king-size bed. There were 2 relaxing leather armchairs and a coffee table. The room was tastefully decorated with very high ceilings. The bathroom had two sinks and a good shower over the bath. The room was very clean. We had a small balcony with a pleasant view. It was a quiet as traffic was restricted mostly to pedestrians and the trams.

It was a little difficult finding the hotel as you had to phone in a code to the police to lower the bollard on the restricted vehicle zone. Finding the car park that the hotel has a discounted rate with was also a bit of a challenge and we had a problem when trying to leave the car park with the ticket provided by the hotel. The breakfast room was quite cold and there was not very much choice of different items.

The location was excellent. Perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet but it is an old building so there is some noise from creaking floors, etc. This added to our stay but may not be for everyone. Coffee and tea out all day , and a cake, was a nice touch to return to after a day of walking,

Breakfast was adequate but could have included some fruit.

Amazing large room in an authentic older style

My room was as near perfect as possible. It was beautifully done and I was very happy with it. Well done. I was very well looked after and very grateful for it.

The room was at the front so right next to the tram which ran all night. It didn't bother me but might someone else. There is secondary glazing on the doors so the hotel did everything it could. Other rooms do not face the street.

Beautiful hotel within the old part of the town.. Nice room just like in the pictures.. Well equipped with modern toilet and shower facilities despite the old facade of the building..

The staff were incredibly helpful and amazing!

Some street and pedestrian traffic noise at night with the windows open.

Breakfast was convenient and filling.

Location was excellent, near to the shops, restaurants and sights, all within walking distance. Good tips and great help from staff specially Lea in organizing tours and eating out

Location was spot on. Close to the old town. Comfortable accommodations. Very friendly, helpful staff. The weather was terrible and impacted the overall mood of our stay. Warm cozy beds helped with jet lag.

Overhead lighting in the room was very poor. No bedside tables. Rather dreary breakfast room, with limited food choices.

It was charming! The decor was beautiful. Spacious room with a balcony. The staff was very considerate. The breakfast room and breakfast were delightful! The location could not have been better. We felt so lucky to find such a special spot!

The room! So beautiful. The bathroom was big and perfect for a family of 4 & the location was just perfect

Position, relaxed (slightly Bohemian) vibe, room styling, breakfast.

Bit disappointing that no-one had thought to chill or put on ice the bottle of champagne that I had requested be left in our room on arrival.

The property is superb! Architecture is beautiful. High ceilings and doors, everything is breathtaking. We loved the room. Stayed in a suite called St Emillion and it was fantastic. Two bedrooms, bathroom and seating area with beautiful glass stained windows. Loved the mini fridge and crystal wine glasses, felt very relaxed.

All great.

This is a charming property in a great location BUT it's the TEAM that make it exceptional . The personal attention is so unusual to find these days . NOTHING was too much trouble ... outstanding . I hope to return
