Nice upscale property with great service.

Too expensive. The overnight car parking charge was out of line. It was a little bit of a hike to the old town.

Fabulous location on the edge of the commercial centre which is all pedestrianised. The hotel is walking distance to the cathedral and the opera although we went on an insanely hot day so 15/20 minutes in the sun was harder than normal. The suite we booked was comfortable and, as we travelled with our 12 year old son, we used the lounge area as his sleeping quarters. The staff came in at 1830 to make his bed up so we could benefit from the lounge throughout the day. There were thick curtains to offer the bedroom and the lounge area privacy which we don’t often experience when travelling as a family of three. We have a 12 year old so he also enjoyed the privacy these afforded. Booking a suite also means that without additional cost you can book the private cinema which we did. We couldn’t get our app working but did stream ‘fast and furious x’ (not our normal choice of movie I might add but good for our son) through our Netflix account (don’t forget to logout when you have finished) and seated on one of the sofas with feet on footstools, us three enjoyed the cinema in comfort while the sounds of cars skidding on tarmac rebounded around the cinema. I would imagine the space would comfortably seat 30 people so, with drinks in hands we felt very decadent. The staff made all the difference. The front desk staff were excellent and greeted us on our very early arrival with ‘your room is ready’ always a wonderful thing to hear, but also went on to explain everything we needed to know with warmth and charm. Our server in the restaurant for lunch was attentive and the same server at breakfast came to tell our 12 year old the potatoes were replenished, much to our sons delight. The woman behind the bar who served our drinks and helped to set up the cinema experience with her colleague was friendly and charming and as a result of our conversation we are determined to visit Reunion. All in all a comfortable and pleasant experience with some highlights.

The only thing I wasn’t keen about about the room was the separate toilet (took us a little while to locate behind the entry door to the suite) with no sink in the room.

It was beautiful clean, the staff were absolutely wonderful nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing really, except we did need to take a taxi to restaurants, but that was no big deal.

Location was a little way from CENTRE ville but google facilities. Shower could be improved.

The staff were lovely, super friendly, welcoming and attentive. We were met by Dylan who took care of our bags and helped us with the room and a cot for our little boy. The reception staff were very helpful also and friendly making check in easy, quick. They were also very kind offering us water on our trip out for the day / car journey. The cinema, whilst we didn't use it we looked in and it was very comfortable and welcoming. Bar staff were also very professional, helpful and kind

We had a wonderful stay here, as soon as we arrived we felt relaxed as the staff were so amenable. In particular, Romain, introduced us to the property and was a friendly face, extremely helpful with advice and very professional. Our car was taken straight to the valet parking, a luggage trolley was provided and the check in was seamless. This was the same when leaving. Our room was beautifully decorated, a lovely message left by the manager to welcome us as it was our honeymoon. We loved the bar area and enjoyed talking to Quentin, the friendly and fun barman. Overall it was a superb place to stay and we would definitely return.

It was a little expensive - however we stayed in the height of summer and it was worth the extra expense.

Luxurious, boutique hotel with unique architecture. The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and had everything you need. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a great service. Everything was immaculate.

Excellent well run hotel. Although we haven't spent much time using hotel facilities, enjoying Bordeaux instead, we were fully satisfied with our stay - nicely planned large room, comfortable bed, timely cleaning service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Bordeaux.

Everything at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional, polite, helpful, they cannot do enough to satisfied your requests. The rooms decor is done with a taste and high functionality. The beds and linen are of high quality. Aircon is quiet, tea and coffee are always replenished, the room is cleaned twice a day! Breakfast had lots of choices and dinner was served in elegant plates and was very delicious.

The toilet in the room was like an echo chamber - not the best if you are a new couple. The location is a touch far - so you have to estimate a 10+ minute walk to anywhere you want to go. The menu at the restaurant was strange.

Very nice, laid back hotel that is very walkable to central Bordeaux. Fantastic staff, especially the concierge who made great dinner reservations and recommended a very good wine tour for us. Breakfast buffet is substantial and the staff do a great job. Very well appointed room with comfortable bed, a great shower, etc. Highly recommended hotel in Bordeaux.

This beautiful hotel is in a prime location in the heart of the city center, easily accessible to restaurants and sights. The hotel staff members were pleasant and helpful.

We did not sleep well on the first night because the room was hot even with adjusting the thermostat. We reported it to the front desk staff and were told the whole hotel was still on heater but they were able to fix our room temperature to a more comfortable level. Our friends in the adjoining room had the same problem and when they reported it to the front desk, they were told no adjustments can be made. So, they did not sleep well and had to open the windows to let the cool breeze in. Unfortunately, the street noise kept them awake too.

The restaurant was limited- so we ate at the bar which was amazing.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. The location is ideal and the hotel is spacious and well-appointed. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning in the room would not produce cooler temperatures. More choice of fruit at breakfast would have been nice.

The bar food wasn't that great and it was very expensive . We also booked a taxi through the hotel to go to the airport and we were told it would be €40. The taxi tried to charge us €60 and we ended up having to pay him €50.

Fantastic hotel. We had so warm welcome by the staff trying to make our holidays our best. Everything was great. The breakfast, the room i have no words to express my thanks to everyone we met during our stay. The room was spacious and so clean. In every corner of the hotel was smelling a very nice fragrance We are so Impressed and wish to visit again this amazing hotel
