Good hotel for a few days, nice rooms

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful, and there is always someone available at the front desk. Breakfast is an amazing selection of warm food, fruit, cereal and beverage selections. Very enjoyable stay.

Location for our goal, which was to see sights near Potsdamer Plaza.

Room looked just like in the pictures. Spacious, tidy and clean.

"Opened" shower - it felt cold to step out of the shower and be directly in the living area. It was possible to regulate temperature in the room, but there is a difference between the temperature I think is suted for bathroom or livingroom.

The location is perfect. Close to center. Nice room. Tea and coffee all the time in the lobby.

The breakfast was good but was charged at €20 a day when another person with us was charged €12 per day. The staff were excellent and the bar open 24/7. The room was very spacious.

Great staff. Wonderful shower, maybe the best I've had with that awesome water pressure. Quality fixtures and fittings and very clean with a nice ambience. Brilliant location.

Our double bed was 2 singles with 2 single duvets pushed together which was strange and somewhat upsetting on a romantic break. Spoiled our stay a bit tbh. We had to get our patio doors unlocked by cleaning staff in order to use our terrace. It was a bit of a faff and the rooms shouldn't be advertised with a terrace if everyone has to go through that to get it.

Centrally located and easy to get to Yorckstrasse station. The staff were super friendly and most speak English if you don’t speak German . Everyone was so friendly and helpful . Would recommend.

The property was as advertised. It was very comfortable for my family and I. It was in a central location in Berlin with easy access to several locations. Additionally, the hotel had a supermarket on the same block which made access to any and everything. I met very warm and accommodating staff who made our stay extremely wonderful. We look forward to another stay at Ginn City.

Very conveniently situated near to S and U bahn. Also near a beautiful park full of cafés and activities. The hotel was very welcoming. Free tea and coffee excellent. The room was beautiful with all the facilities you could need. Highly recommend this hotel.

The shower is clear glass and open to the room. If you were sharing the room with someone this wouldn’t be ideal.

I had an enjoyable stay in this hotel. My room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the fact that I could get hot beverages from the Lobby around the clock.

The location is good but not ideal, one needs some time to reach the underground station and there are not many cafes nearby. This may be a problem if you are in a rush, otherwise the location is really ok.

The reception staff were very nice, friendly, funny, professional. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean, comfortable, roomy. Lobby is great, i worked on my laptop for 2 hours there, and checked out 15 minutes too late because i overslept, but they told me to have a coffee in the lobby before leaving. I will definitely recommend and return.

They registered my room card to others twice!!! Like someone opened the door room while i was in the toilet one time!!

I have stayed in many hotels in Berlin, but this one seems to be the most pleasant. A spacious, tastefully furnished room with a large, comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts (you can prepare tea and coffee 24/7 in the lobby) and very friendly, helpful staff were the greatest advantages during this stay. You can buy a parking space right next to the hotel for 25 euros per day, it is a really good option. The area around the hotel itself may not be as delightful as other parts of the city, but the place is an excellent starting point for various cultural attractions. It is also easy to get to the city ring road from here.

If there's anything I could find fault with, it's the inability to launch even basic apps, like YouTube, on the smart TV installed in the room. My wife and I wanted to watch a certain sports broadcast and it wasn't possible, especially since the TV was mounted so close to the wall that you couldn't even connect an HDMI cable and use it to stream something from your laptop. Generally, for a guest from abroad, this TV is useless as you can only watch German channels on it. But that's still a minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay at GINN. The staff was very friendly and the location is good. There are restaurants, markets, coffees and coworking spaces nearby, and a lot of services in the Mehringdamm street which is close. The beds were comfy and the shower was good, the room was also very spacious.

I chose GINN specifically because of the minibar since I had a long stay, but it is set to the highest temperature which was almost the same as the room temps. So it didn't help much in keeping food and beverages cold. The desk could be a bit better for working but it is serviceable. The drinks at the bar are also a bit expensive (5 euro for a beer)

- nice, modern, luxurious design of the hotel - great facilities, including the bar - fantastic, friendly and accommodating staff - very tasty breakfast with a great variety of options, breakfast area comfortable and nice - although there was no kettle in the room, it was possible to ask for one at the reception and it was provided with no issues; 'tea station' available on the groundfloor so we could take tea and mugs to the room anytime - very clean everywhere, cleaning staff did a good job too - all the toiletries refilled every day - even though the check out was until 12, we could leave our car in the parking garage until 5pm that day with no additional charge - nice location, quite close proximity to both Yorckstraße and Mehringdamm U-Bahn stations, you can also reach Brandenburger Tor by foot in around 40 minutes - comfy, big bed and a convenient size of the room as well, noises from the corridor at night barely audible if at all

Very friendly and had a personal touch. The room was excellent and even provided Winnie Pooh bedding for our little one. They’ve put a lot of thought into the whole set up.

Friendly employees and in a great location near some amazing brunch spots: Belle Alliance and Cafe Gretel. Close to the M19 bus stop that drops you off in front of the U-bahnstation 10 minute walk away. It’s close to a biomarkt with sandwiches and pastries. The sexy shower in the king suite with the frosted glass is fun for couples 😉

You have to pay 25 euros to check in early and they didn’t have any rooms anyway when we tried checking in early; however, plenty of spots in the area to kill time at.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location on central public transport lines, large room, good facilities. The breakfast buffet is top. Would definitely stay again
