Bellman Hotel, Berlin

Bellman is very close to S and Grenzella U bahn and 15 minute to Brandenburg airport so overall excellent location for a better priced hotel. Very technically updated, first hotel i've stayed in that has electronic curtains and shades. Color scheme is very male driven, browns and greys. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to know the U bahn stop sooner as we got off at the wrong stop and walked a mile to get to hotel. I'd suggest this info with the first welcome message. Towels could be softer. Make up lighting needs improvement.

It is well located for people wanting to visit the city but arriving/leaving by airplane. The junior suite has a spectacular view. A nice breakfast as well. The stagf was very helpful.

There are still some things that need to ve completed: the WiFi is bot working well, the TV is not linked to the internet, and there are still some cables hanging from the ceiling.

Hotel is fine. Restaurant is very good

The bath/shower gel is terrible. I recommend you improve the quality, reduce the scent level, and provide face cloths for showering

The staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions both on reception and in the restaurant.

Great Hotel, perfect location for getting around the city. The stylish rooms and ambiance make for an enjoyable stay as well as the many extras and welcoming staff.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing.

Elevators are really slow. There is no sauna/spa area as advertised.

Breakfast was really delicious. There were a lot of options for vegetarians. The rest was okay.

Asked for extra service which I would have paid for but did not get it. They forgot about it. All I Wanted was a bottle of wine and some flowers to toast my gf birthday.

It was convenient for visiting family. V near a u bahn. The staff were v helpful. Allowed us to check in early and after check out held our luggage and called an Uber for us. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. Very modern vibe. There was a small kitchen area (fridge, microwave etc ) in the room though we did nt use it on this occasion

The outside/exterior blind was broken in our room and the weather was v hot and the sun very very bright. The window is a full wall in a small room - so the impact is immense. I reported it but they say it could nt be fixed during our stay. Our relatives who live nearby have seen that broken from the street for weeks which is not good enough. Its why I am not giving as high a rating that I would give had this been sorted. In a city like Berlin shade is v important

Excellent stuff, food, clean, a good equiped kithenette. Wonderful shower. Breakfast is amazing.

Clean and modern rooms with mini kitchenette, huge TV. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Close to subway.

I didn't like that the Wifi was unsecured.

Loved everything about this hotel-- I would stay here again - we used the underground transportation to go everywhere!!

I have rarely liked a hotel this much: and especially never one that was also so affordable. Spaces are beautifully designed, modern yet very calming, and absolutely everything you could wish for was there in terms of practicalities.

The Room was Amazing! The Sauna Suite was the best hotel room I have experienced.

Nothing bad to say really, A little bit far from the city centre but easy to get around.

The staff was super helpful and friendly

New, clean and the free parking space in the gravel yard beside the hotel was a huge bonus for us. The small kitchenette had 1x pot, 1x frying pan, 2x small plates and 2x small bowls and a good little fridge. We cooked some pasta and it would be tricky to do anything else, but it was amazing to have a little kitchen in the room. It was easy to get into/from town with public transport.

Modern, small enough to navigate quickly around with a nice bar and restaurant, staff are friendly, My room had a great large window with an open view towards the south, minibar (I didn’t use it but sometimes are handy), comfortable bed and Iron/Ironing board in the room. Bathroom was perfect for me (large walk in shower), nice architectural touches!

No gym, pool, sauna or hot tub (I believe its pending). Bedding could be better, i.e. 2x duvet folded and placed onto bed for the guest to place properly and towel left at the bottom of the bed, Towels should really be in the bathroom, (twice I went for a shower and there was no towels in the bathroom, I had to walk back out into a room where there is a HUGE glass window for you to be on show to the world, I was also sharing the room with a family member so it was a bit awkward.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and treat you with so much warmth and respect. The entire place is spotless — oh my God, so clean! It’s located in such a perfect spot, making it even more enjoyable. I’m so happy I got to stay here. The restaurant, the lobby — everywhere is just beautiful. It was truly worth every penny, and I would love to visit again.

As I was travelling with my kid, the staff was really helpful and allowed us to check-in earlier. Hotel was really clean, new and nice. Additonally, the price was really low, so for me this a definitely a really good deal! Would recommend!

It was a very nice stay. Front office manager Taran was very nice. Supported very well during the stay.

The Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. Public transport just around the corner.

The Internet could be better. No desk available in the rooms. Sometimes, you need a real desk,especially in the suites.

There was air conditioning and the internet was stable. Room was pretty clean.

Unfortunately no down pillows or privacy because the room was located on the ground floor and windows were accessible to everyone who wanted to look in that happened to be walking by. Also due to the location of the room, it was quite noisy.

We booked a room for our wedding morning. Firstly, we got a room on the ground floor and it had issues with the water - during taking a shower, the water just was everywhere in the bathroom and got under the door into the room and the whole carpet was wet. But the hotel’s personal gladly helped us and gave much better room in the morning. And it was a wonderful place - huge windows, clean, nice bathrooms, small kitchen. We were so happy and grateful for this change

Location is in a tough neighborhood but then it’s a great price so it’s a good bargain.

Nice rooms, clean, not too expensive

Aircon was tricky and for some reason would stop working. Had to get someone from reception to help me at midnight and then again woke up from the heat in the middle of the night and had to play with it again

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless, and the room was amazing! Comfortable, beautifully designed, and quiet. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

My first room did not meet my expectations, but the staff handled it very professionally. The room was clean, quiet, had no noise disturbances, and the Wi-Fi was good. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay

Staff of Bellman Hotel was so helpful and kind. We are grateful for everything they have done. Our room and the hotel overall was exactly as on pictures; everything was clean. The underground is right across the road, so there was no troubles with reaching out somewhere at all. We had really comfortable experience and definitely would stay here again. Thank you :)

The hotel room was well designed, very nice and comfortable — spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor. The location was perfect for our needs and conveniently close to the train station. Overall, it was a great stay!

Staff was polite, rooms were great

They only had one elevator working for the entire hotel, which was annoying as there were long waiting times. Sometimes they would knock on the door a bit too early (09:30) to offer to clean the room. Pillows weren’t the best

I had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in vibrant Neukölln. But what truly sets it apart is the staff — absolutely wonderful people who made me feel welcome every step of the way. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! I felt like home.
