Loved everything about this hotel-- I would stay here again - we used the underground transportation to go everywhere!!

Staff were great and really helpful. Room was modern and clean.

Air conditioning was not that efficient but still did work

I have rarely liked a hotel this much: and especially never one that was also so affordable. Spaces are beautifully designed, modern yet very calming, and absolutely everything you could wish for was there in terms of practicalities.

The Room was Amazing! The Sauna Suite was the best hotel room I have experienced.

Nothing bad to say really, A little bit far from the city centre but easy to get around.

The staff was super helpful and friendly

New, clean and the free parking space in the gravel yard beside the hotel was a huge bonus for us. The small kitchenette had 1x pot, 1x frying pan, 2x small plates and 2x small bowls and a good little fridge. We cooked some pasta and it would be tricky to do anything else, but it was amazing to have a little kitchen in the room. It was easy to get into/from town with public transport.

Modern, small enough to navigate quickly around with a nice bar and restaurant, staff are friendly, My room had a great large window with an open view towards the south, minibar (I didn’t use it but sometimes are handy), comfortable bed and Iron/Ironing board in the room. Bathroom was perfect for me (large walk in shower), nice architectural touches!

No gym, pool, sauna or hot tub (I believe its pending). Bedding could be better, i.e. 2x duvet folded and placed onto bed for the guest to place properly and towel left at the bottom of the bed, Towels should really be in the bathroom, (twice I went for a shower and there was no towels in the bathroom, I had to walk back out into a room where there is a HUGE glass window for you to be on show to the world, I was also sharing the room with a family member so it was a bit awkward.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and treat you with so much warmth and respect. The entire place is spotless — oh my God, so clean! It’s located in such a perfect spot, making it even more enjoyable. I’m so happy I got to stay here. The restaurant, the lobby — everywhere is just beautiful. It was truly worth every penny, and I would love to visit again.

As I was travelling with my kid, the staff was really helpful and allowed us to check-in earlier. Hotel was really clean, new and nice. Additonally, the price was really low, so for me this a definitely a really good deal! Would recommend!

The Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. Public transport just around the corner.

The Internet could be better. No desk available in the rooms. Sometimes, you need a real desk,especially in the suites.

There was air conditioning and the internet was stable. Room was pretty clean.

Unfortunately no down pillows or privacy because the room was located on the ground floor and windows were accessible to everyone who wanted to look in that happened to be walking by. Also due to the location of the room, it was quite noisy.

We booked a room for our wedding morning. Firstly, we got a room on the ground floor and it had issues with the water - during taking a shower, the water just was everywhere in the bathroom and got under the door into the room and the whole carpet was wet. But the hotel’s personal gladly helped us and gave much better room in the morning. And it was a wonderful place - huge windows, clean, nice bathrooms, small kitchen. We were so happy and grateful for this change

Aircon was tricky and for some reason would stop working. Had to get someone from reception to help me at midnight and then again woke up from the heat in the middle of the night and had to play with it again

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless, and the room was amazing! Comfortable, beautifully designed, and quiet. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

My first room did not meet my expectations, but the staff handled it very professionally. The room was clean, quiet, had no noise disturbances, and the Wi-Fi was good. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay

Staff of Bellman Hotel was so helpful and kind. We are grateful for everything they have done. Our room and the hotel overall was exactly as on pictures; everything was clean. The underground is right across the road, so there was no troubles with reaching out somewhere at all. We had really comfortable experience and definitely would stay here again. Thank you :)

The hotel room was well designed, very nice and comfortable — spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor. The location was perfect for our needs and conveniently close to the train station. Overall, it was a great stay!

Staff was polite, rooms were great

They only had one elevator working for the entire hotel, which was annoying as there were long waiting times. Sometimes they would knock on the door a bit too early (09:30) to offer to clean the room. Pillows weren’t the best

The location seems not to be 100% safe, the nearest u-bahn station is frightening

I had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in vibrant Neukölln. But what truly sets it apart is the staff — absolutely wonderful people who made me feel welcome every step of the way. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! I felt like home.

Absolutely amazing Clean hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Our room was cleaned everyday upon our request. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchenette part was very a very nice addition to the room. Nice view overlooking berlin. Location is very good in the lively Nukolln, the U bahn is just across the street. Walls were soundproof except for the regular sirens of ambulances, which is normal in Germany. We went for a staycation and celebrating my husband's birthday and Bellman hotel made our trip perfect.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location. I’m really thankful for possibility of earlier check in. It was extremely fast.

The room was really nice, beds comfortable and we had overall good experience, but were staying only for one night. Little kitchenette was a great idea! We had a window on the street but it was kind of great soundproofed so unless there wasn’t some emergency signals outside it was quiet. TV was great and everything was working.

The area was quite unsettling I would say. We were a little bit worried to leave the car on the parking behind the hotel building but at the end everything turned out ok. There was only one elevator working so you needed to wait for it quite a long time. But it was okay if you weren’t in a hurry. The breakfast was fine. There wasn’t much choice, unfortunately but it was tasty. In the bathroom there could be some space to put your stuff somewhere. I think other guests being loud in the middle of the night was quite annoying.

The hotel was very clean and the bed super cozy. There are bus and metro stations right beside. We had a great stay here.

I loved the room and the decor of the hotel. I also thought the staff were very helpful & engaging, especially in the restaurant where a wonderful lady served me most nights. The restaurant food itself was exquisite, which was a big part of my experience, so compliments to the chef!

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. The experience would have been even better with a swimming pool or jacuzzi, but that's all.

It is newly furnished and smells fresh. All the equipments are kind of brand new. The bed is not in the "traditional" German style which splits couples rather it's a prober king size.

The only BIG problem is that we were hacked after booking the hotel and getting scam messages via WhatsApp and booking asking us to reconfirm via link or pay to reserve. Called the hotel and they said that it was an issue with Booking and we don't have to do anything. I couldn't have called booking for this suspicious "event" but I don't have the time.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is a bit far from the city center, which can be inconvenient during rush hour, but it’s much quieter than downtown — a big plus if you’re looking for a peaceful place to rest. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Confusing on the cleaning schedules, request to clean (or not) needs to be done via the tablet, but the in the last day I did not expect it to be cleaned before check out, but did have that anyway. Very odd.
