The views of the zoo are amazing. We had a fantastic room with a hammock and inspiring furniture, as well as a bathtub with underwater music. The reception area has indoor swings and comfy sofas to work or relax. The restaurant and bar on the top floor have a great selection of food and drinks, and the view over Berlin is stunning. As a guest, you have a separate preference elevator to reach this top floor.

Reception stuff is not friendly enough

The sauna was the best part over looking the zoo. The staff is friendly. The rooms are gorgeous. The area is lively especially at night. The lounge feels like a wework. Very creative and well done hotel. This was the nicest experience I’ve ever had for a hotel. Love!

Such a fun hotel in a lovely part of town. We loved the view over the zoo. We had one of the extra large room - sadly not facing the zoo, but the room was great regardless. Nice panoramic views over the city, plenty of space, free mini bar, nice interiors with lots of fun little extras (a bag you can borrow, a soft toy monkey).

Not really sure what could be better, we were happy. We didn't try the breakfast as it was too expensive for us, but I'm sure it was a nice breakfast.

The property is absolutely true to the photos—if not better. I chose this hotel specifically to work on some projects, and it turned out to be the perfect place for that. The tranquil atmosphere and well-designed spaces provided an ideal environment for concentration and creativity. The view from the jungle rooms is breathtaking, and the hammock offers a safe and cozy retreat. The hotel has a youthful vibe, but this doesn’t detract from the high quality you’d expect from a superior establishment. The rooms are spacious, the staff is kind, and both the bar and especially the restaurant are excellent. I would particularly highlight the restaurant for the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The bar attracts a diverse and young crowd, and sometimes the staff might seem a bit stressed. The availability of bicycles for getting around the city is extremely useful. I would gladly return. I extended my stay and experienced several different rooms. I recommend spending a bit more for a jungle room with a view of the zoo. Both the Medium and Large rooms are nice, with the Large being more comfortable—though, even with the shower directly in the room, there’s enough space for two people in both cases. I had a minor misunderstanding regarding my second booking, which was brilliantly resolved by the General Manager, Francesca Schiano, who also kindly offered me an upgrade, for which I am very grateful. This added a very personal, human touch to my stay, which made me appreciate the quality of the property even more. In any case, every member of the front desk was kind and accommodating to all my requests. It was a splendid stay overall.

Room, lobby, terrace are very stylish. Breakfast is amazing. Hotel offers lounges to relax or work, the Monkey bar is magnetic. Hotel is such a great value!

The room became stuffy and felt dark but we didn’t spend too long in it … given it was a twin and we travelled as friends, it’s quite an intimate / small space …

Loved the zoo view. It was a really cool experience, different than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hammock was fun, too!

The location was great with awesome views of the Tiergarten and city. The most comfortable bed ever! A great nights sleep. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooftop bar was fabulous as were the cocktails and the food at the restaurant Neni was delicious.

That the sauna didn’t open until 4pm and as a person on vacation I’d prefer to sauna early I the day and leave the afternoon and evening for outdoor activities

The 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin is not for everyone. It is quirky and fun. Somethings work really well, some not so well but that's part of its character. We've stayed here before and we'd stay again but we'd be careful to whom we recommended it. Great views from the large window but the rooms can get warm due to the sunlight (and bright in the early morning). Big TV but only FTA channels. Great restaurant but need to book in advance. Nice staff but service can be a little patchy. Reflects Berlin's quirky character really well!

Check in was a little slow, pillows were a little soft, room was a little warm ... all little things

- loved the concept/interior design of the hotel and rooms - beautiful views on the zoo and park - reception staff with good banter & very helpful - good sauna facilities - different berlin neighbourhoods are easily reachable by bicycle or public transport - bicycle rental super easy, some of the bikes need some upgrading (Gustav) and baskets would be nice to have

- the breakfast is a bit overpriced for what you get. Views are really nice from the restaurant but the lady at the entrance who took down our room number wasn’t really friendly. The rest of the breakfast staff were quite nice though :) - lamps in the shower would be good, also the hall ways are quite dark

Quite a special place to stay during our visit in Berlin. We got the room looking on the Zoo and it was a special experience on its own. We loved the view and the nice space inside the room. + fast internet + Bluetooth speaker + good location + great mini bar offers that were complimentary + rooftop bar and rooftop restaurant were quite good

- no coffee machine in the room (basically what is missing for a clear 10/10) - pillows were extremely soft so we used the pillows of the couch to sleep

Really great location and comfort. Outstanding staff! Like - really helpfull, serviceminded and available for help 24/7. Great styling of rooms with lots of small gadgets, making it fun to stay in the room.

Room was very hot on southside. Aircon was really struggling, so not much sleep the first night.

Very little. If you are super light sleepers, please note that on Friday and Saturday one can hear/feel a bit the basses from the bar downstairs (I presume). We were on the 4th floor, maybe upper floors are better.

Over looking the zoo was good. Thea on reception was very good and gave us loads of information above and beyond what she needed to .

Great location. Very quirky. Well appointed and spacious rooms. Loved the LP player :-). Stocked mini bar is a bonus. Lots of great restaurants close by. Many public transport options on your doorstep.

No access to free tea / coffee facilities. Limited and expensive wine options in the restaurant / bar.

The hotel is perfectly located near all possible public transport means. This was super useful as any point in Berlin is easily accessible using a single line of something... The area is lovely, safe, has plenty of caffes, restaurants and shops and is generally very pleasing. The room was huge, clean, and very well designed. The shower and toilets are in separate areas, which is really convenient. We had very little interaction with the stuff, as the room is directly accessed by the elevator (no lobby to go through), but they were super nice and useful when we needed their help. It's a great hotel! P.S: If you arrive super-late and super-hungry as we did, there is a 24H Mc'donalds in the Zoo train station building nearby. Not a common site in Berlin!

It took me 10 min to think of something. The soap. The soap provided in the shower smells GREAT - but dried my skin, so I couldn't really enjoy it. That's it. The rest was beyond exepectations.

It was way too loud at night - even on a sunday evening you could hear some bass music. I would like to get a disclaimer for that. Because I was not there to party.

The view! And what a cool design - really enjoyed it. The staff was also amazing. Room was very clean with nice touches and a great sense of humor was visible across all areas of the hotel.

Well the hammock which featured on my room type (and one of the reasons I chose the more expensive rate) did not exist in my room. When I asked I was told that hammocks are available in some rooms and I should have made a request when booking (impossible as I thought this was feature of the room). This was misleading and frankly was disappointing. I would also revisit the mattress which wasn’t very comfortable.

We had a wonderfull stay at the 25h Bikini Berlin. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious with all necessary comfort and great layout/modern look. We loved the free mini-bar. Enjoyed the free Sauna. We had breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant: amazing view and great food & top service. We can absolutely recommend the hotel!
