NUO Hotel, Beijing

The hotel is designed beautifully shows a lot of fine detail of asian/chinese culture. i have stayed this hotel 7 years ago, at that time hotel was brand new. However, this time, i can see wear and tear in our room.

Location is not the best. it's bit far of central district and if you don't have didi chinese to call taxi, it is very hard to find the taxi on street. I was also surprised lobby bar closed at 10 pm on friday evening. When u enter swimming pool, it is required to wear hat in pool and wear their slippers as well.

Hotel It looks very grand and atmospheric. Clean and glamours. If you like Chinese culture , and want to experience the new lux chinese hotel , you don’t want to miss this one.

Room lights is not bright enough for me, elevator is very dark as well. The stuff are polite, event too polite and too shy!

Me and my boyfriend were absolutely blown away by the Nuo hotel. The staff were so professional and the hotel was beautiful. I would like to give a huge thank you to Frank who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. I would recommend anyone visiting beijing to stay at the Nuo hotel, it was definitely the nicest most professional hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and were definitely an added bonus! Thank you again to all the staff and a very special thanks to Frank.

The food was very expensive however, it was also delicious and the service was amazing service.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The room welcomed me with calm music and a view of the cityscape. The bathtub was so luxurious!

We went during Covid so there was no access to the restaurants and the pool was closed. 😩

The hotel design is absolutely stunning and the location was very convenient- close to a shopping mall and also the famous 798 Art District. All staff were excellent, polite and very helpful. I would like to personally thank the Assistant Director of Lifestyle, Frank who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. Our room was beautiful- extremely comfortable and very clean! Overall, we were so impressed and will definitely be staying here again in the future and also recommending our friends.
