Twin room plus extra bed should be assigned the suitable area for extra bed in the standard procedure. Placing extra bed inappropriate area is a failure of room layout.

We arrived late and the “hot food” under the heat laps were super dried out (the fried rice was crunchy)

Excellent for a layover in Beijing Capital International Airport. The room is spacious, quiet and very comfortable for a good night’s rest. The provision of an efficient bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, adds to the convenience of staying in this hotel. Staff were welcoming.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is very close to terminal 3 of the airport. If you have a layover this hotel.is perfect. The free transfer bus was easy to find and turned up at the times the hotel advised. The big king bed was comfortable.

Only two small bottles of water.in the room. I could also only buy small bottles of water at the hotel. To reduce plastic bottles a refill station would be a great idea.

It was really close to the airport and the shuttle bus is really convenient. It wasn't that hard to find and I when I wasn't sure I just asked people at the airport for shuttle to hotel and they pointed me in the right direction.
Since my room type wasn't available anymore they upgraded me for free which was really nice.

Food is really overpriced at the restaurant. I would recommend eating at the airport instead.

Rooms was very nice sham the French PM meant the shutters had to be lowered a few times which spoilt my view and the only reason i stayed at thos hotel. Not the hotels fault - Chinese security.
Carl the concierge was very very helpful to me including getting a power bank for me delivered to the hotel.

The hotel manager needs to learn customer skills from Carl and the checkin / out staff. She demands and not asks

The hotel is conveniently located next to Capital Airport, and it’s an easy 10-minute walk from the terminal if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle bus. The room was lovely and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of variety to choose from.

The restaurant felt a bit disorganized. On both evenings, our orders were taken promptly, but the food took quite a long time to arrive and didn't come out at the same time. Some of the dishes were served cold, and overall we didn’t really enjoy the meals. Not sure why it took so long for our meals to arrive, especially since the restaurant was fairly empty.

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. I could not believe the low cost!

We landed at Beijing around 9am, and got the hotel with their shuttle bus - really easy to find right outside the gates by 11am. The hotel was super accommodating and gave us an early check-in so we could rest after our flight. We had an early flight to our next destination the day after (this was a layover), and the shuttle went right outside the hotel directly to the airport terminal - super smooth! Would definitely stay here again if I have a layover in Beijing.

We got to the hotel - then took a taxi to the great wall of china - came back and took our morning flight. This was seriously a great hotel for long layovers.

Some furnitures were a bit worn, but the bed was big and comfortable, the view was nice, and it was quiet.

It was very convenient for a one-night layover in Beijing. I was upgraded to an enormous suite, which felt a bit crazy for just one person but it was very nice.

The hotel was pretty nice overall. The only annoying part was during check-in when they couldn’t take the payment right away and we had to go find an ATM for nothing.

The room was cozy and clean. Just so you know, sometimes you have to keep the curtains closed because of some government events nearby. It didn’t really bother us, but some people might not like that.

We tried to order food to the room but couldn’t figure it out, so we just got noodles from the vending machine downstairs (it was actually really good)

Also, having a bathtub was a total win.

We came from Terminal 2 by taxi. The driver took the long way there (probably for a bigger fare), but the ride back was super quick and easy.

Still not sure what the problem with the card payment was. Well, it happens.

Great hotel. We spent one night at the hotel as we had a layover between flights.
The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a shuffle bus to the hotel right outside. It is very convenient.

I originally booked a standard room but I was upgraded to residence suite for free!
Everythings in the suite are perfect. Huge bed, nice shower, lots of sockets, great view, a large table for work, etc.
Staffs are of course very friendly. And there is free shuttle bus service to the terminal 3 airport every 20 minutes.

Wifi is quite unstable, luckily lan cable is provided in the room.
There is a staircase in the suite which is a little bit inconvenient.
Breakfasts is fair, there are not many choices for the buffet.
