Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Beds, shower, and towels are super comfy. Breakfast is excellent. Shuttle to/from terminal 3 runs smoothly and on time. We will be booking again for sure!

Really nice and clean rooms with high end decor. I had free upgrade and the room was huge, far bigger then needed but nice to relax in during layover and waiting for connecting flight.

Lake view from the window is amazing! Very good breakfast! Staff is very responsive and helpful. Overall it is the perfect place to spend a night between flights.

Getting to the hotel from Terminal 2 was tricky. The hotel shuttle only runs to and from Terminal 3. I had to take a taxi from Terminal 2. The taxi driver typed on his smartphone translator that the trip to the hotel was too short and cheap, so at first he refused to take the order and then he demanded double the amount according to the meter. It was late night and I didn’t have many options being in a taxi with non-English speaking person who didn’t seem friendly at all. I realize that unpleasant taxi ride had nothing to do with the hotel. However they could let me know that I could take the airport shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 and then take the hotel shuttle. The staff could be warmer and smile more often. Maybe stern faces are common In China - I cannot judge as not that was my first and very short visit.

Wonderful hotel, really comfortable bed and big room. Exceptionally clean and very closely located to the airport. You could walk there but the shuttle runs frequently 24/7 and is free. Staff was nice and breakfast buffet was huge.

Good sized room, great facilities. No breakfast tea, but that was understandable. Shower was spectacular, hotel robe was soft and comfortable, bed was amazing, view out the window was superb. 10/10

Struggled to figure out the thermostat. Instructions were in Chinese and there were no instructions in the hotel guide.

The price for a simple meal (fried rice dish) was exhorbitant

Trying to find shuttle bus for the first time, no signs unlike mirror Hilton Hotel opposite. I should have read the instructions on website, before arriving. I thought I could walk as only few hundred metres,but not easy to. But friendly police and bus driver helped me find it eventually.

Location is excellent. I needed to catch flight at T3 Beijing capital. The hotel is just a few minutes away from it by shuttle bus. Staff at hotel were excellent helpful and professional to their guests. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was tasty had variety of choices both Chinese and western style.

The last time when I stayed at this hotel was 5-6yrs ago. It seems the decoration in the room and quality of facilities like shower cubicles, door, wardrobe stuff are getting tired and needed refurbed. There is also smoking smell when I checked in.

The location was great for us as we had to catch a flight next day. Hotel offered a shuttle from and to the airport that was very convenient. Beautiful view from the room, a lake reflecting landing planes and a park. Spacious room, very clean, good facilities. Very tasty breakfast.

When we were checking in the receptionist offered us a free "upgrade" to a children's room. We were confused and asked what is the difference between the room we initially booked. He replied that children's room is bigger. We took it and it turned out to be a very small, creepy room with spiderman theme. We decided to go back to the reception and take back the room we initially booked declining his "upgrade". When we saw our room at 6th floor it became clear that the guy lied to us and we took it as an offence towards European tourists. All other members of staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel had swimming pool available but it wasn't very clean. Slimy water and cigarette smoke everywhere made this experience unpleasant.

The room was specious and nice. Breakfast was superb - exceeding our expectations. A lot of domestic and international dishes. Convinient communication/transfer with Terminal3.

There were some minor dmages in the room (for example the shower was not working properly) that should not take place in a hotel with that standard.

Good location when you're going to fly, also has an shuttle service to bring you to terminal 3 ,where you can pick the airport shuttle to terminal 2. Very nice hotel, big rooms and clean. Both a bath and shower. Also an swimming pool,spa, but did not had time to visit.

Prices for food and drinks at the hotel where very high. Employees in the restaurant did not speak English.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, and for just £62! What a shame it was only for 12 hours! Apparently it's walkable from the airport, but don't make the mistake of thinking it's in the terminal. The shuttle bus is very convenient, free, and every 20mins in both directions. The staff spoke pretty good English but use a translator app to be sure.

Sadly the entire spa is, in the staff's own words, "always closed". I only found that out when I tried to book a massage after browsing the options in the in-room guide book. I think they mean it's being renovated but that was a disappointment.

Very clean and stylish hotel, big rooms, clean facilities, efficient and friendly staff.

They don't have shuttle service from T2, so you have to take taxi (the drivers don't know the location, so show them the address in Chinese). The charge for the additional bed is CNY 400, which is outrageous. There is no shops or cafes around, so you have to go to T3 in order to eat something (the restaurant in the hotel itself is closed). Overall, next time I would not stay here during the stopover in Shoudu.

Enormous room and bathroom, a very comfy bed and great view over the lake and of landing aircraft. Excellent soundproofing though, so no worries about any noise. Friendly, helpful staff and very useful airport shuttle bus.

The heat! We couldn't get our room below 28 degrees all night. Apparently they turn the air-con off at this time of year because it isn't needed! The staff tried to help and brought us a large fan, which took the edge off the heat (without actually making it any cooler).

Amazing hotel, great location, free shuttle service from T3, great bedrooms, quality of the beds, amazing swimming pool, amazing MING restaurant, I 100% recommend it if you need to wait for a plane.

To bad they don't offer a 24h stay rate: We arrived at 2am and left at 9pm but had to pay for two nights. Sound insulation could be upgraded, the bedroom next door we could hear the people argue really loudly.

Shuttle service is great. Very helpful for arriving in Beijing on a layover. Works to the timetable - brilliant.

Liked the food but due to the character of the hotel (hosts coming and going based on their arrival/departure times) it has to be kept warm for a longer period of time which makes it a bit dry on the surface, which is a pity. For a first timers, I would mark the bus spot, and emphasise that they need to get to terminal 3C (or whichever) and that the gates mean building exits, although the instructions are precise.if ypu read them carefully.

I like the fact I could pay for half a day and check in at 6am . The bedroom was so large and had a bathtub and nice huge comfortable bed. Easy to walk from the airport

In a bathroom, there was a BATHTUB. It was so relaxing. Breakfast was so good. Many kinds of foods and fruits was so delicious.

Obviously the location was great, but also the FOOD. Breakfast was vast and delicious. We also ate a few meals at the hotel in the Ming Court restaurant. We also tried the all you can eat dim sum. It was quite affordable (for us, who are used to Munich Germany restaurant prices) and the quality of the food was amazing. It was so delicious. The beds, blankets and pillows were comfortable too.

I am not a fan of the window that serves as a wall that divides the bathroom from the rest of the room. Even with the blinds pulled down, there is no privacy. As a married couple, it's fine. Except maybe when you have to get up in the middle of the night to pee and turn on the bathrom light, this will then wake up your sleeping partner (even with the blinds down!). So - I think it's a very bad design for the room. I think there should be a sign that says Cordis Airport Hotel where the shuttle picks you up at the airport. There were signs for Hilton, etc.
