Hotel Cordis Capital Airport, Beijing

Our flight was shifted, so our family spent a night at the hotel. The booking was comfortable, the hotel sent a letter with all instructions. It took 10 minutes to walk from Terminal 3 to the hotel. We checked-in very fast and had some relaxation in our room. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent, room was spacious enough for 3 adults without having to pay for an extra bed, location next to the park was great as it allowed the option of walking after a flight, food and dining options were excellent.

Had an initial misunderstanding about the room cost but this was sorted out before checkout. In order to swim in the pool, you had to purchase a swim cap. Would have been nice to know this so I could have packed one.

The facilities of the hotel are complete. It's near yo the airport. The receptionist speaks a lil bit of English bit still bery helpful dan friendly. Also, the driver of the bus is very polite and helpful.

The smell of the room just like smoking room.

Staff were very helpful, shuttle bus was going every 30mins very convenient for layover. Bed was comfy

Big room

It is a very convenient place to stay if you have an overnight layover at Beijing Capital Airport. Easy to catch transfer that runs multiple times in an hour. Beautifully designed lobby, very nice and spacious room (the standalone bathtub was a nice surprise and was perhaps the most comfortable bathtub I laid in). Breakfast selection is excellent, with fresh juices, eggs multiple ways (incl. perfectly made poached) soups and noodles, whatever your heart desires.

You must have a cap to use the swimming pool, we didn't There was only one bathrobe in the room weirdly

Shuttle punctuality- lSheer Ambience of Hotel - friendly staff - good Breakfast- comfortable room. It’s even better than some of 5 star properties around in the area like ..st. Regis

Pool area could have better with more staff

good location for early flight departure in the morning. the hotel has free shuttle bus to and from terminal 3 of the airport every 20 mins.

Comfortable room close to airport with the advantage of shuttle service. Very comfi bed and delicious breakfast.

We booked large bed room but was kindly upgraded to family room. The room is super spacious and child attractive and child friendly. We had a wonderful view of the arriving flights. The hotel is literally within walking distance from T3. We had a nice stay and cannot wait to visit again on our next trip to Beijing.

Modern, clean, large rooms with very comfortable beds. Good gym facilities and swimming pool. Breakfast is very good with lots of Asian and western options. Location excellent as 10 minutes on foot or shuttle to the airport and subway to Beijing centre. My last stay was overbooked, so was upgraded, which was a wonderful, luxury experience.

Younger staff in the breakfast room were somewhat distracted and inattentive to guests - some training required. Have stayed here 3 times, and in every room, the hair drier plug easily falls out, so had to hold it in place - not a good idea when you are wet from a shower.

You can reach the hotel from airport by shuttle bus. Kind staff. Amazing room, very big with view and all accessories. Bed very comfortable and you can choose different pillows. Rich breakfast with Chinese and international delicacies. Unfortunately I stayed only one night and I didn't have the time to try all the services.

Very comfortable bed. Fast WiFi connection. And very good breakfast. Location is near the airport.

It was not possible to switch the shower mode in ny room. But everything else was fine.

Perfect place to spend time before flight. Location is very close to airport, there was a transfer to terminal 2. It takes literally 5 minutes to take to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and there was a beautiful view to the lake and planes.

The proximity to the airport. The shuttle service. Cleanliness and size of room. Friendliness of staff. I could rate it as one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

There is a shuttle bus service from and to the hotel, but a bit tricky when you first arrive at the airport to find the bus stop as it is not truly written and the bus just travels around the street and stops on the road. The hotel itself is elegant and nice, quite clean room with multiple bottled waters and coffee/tea machine as well as perfect cleaning service everyday. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. Some of them were not good at speaking English but we could communicate perfectly with their smartphone translation app. Internet connection was also good.

Nothing particular, but only thing I want to mention is some US made movies or UK/US TV news were not available. I heard from a couple of people who stayed in Hilton and Marriot that they could see these movies and news. I guess it is the matter of Chinese origin hotel or US origin hotel....

The hotel overall was very good. It was clean, modern and quiet. All the staff were very helpful.

This hotel would have been a 10/10 except the spa was out of action. The answer I got was linked to not having any staff. If the spa had of been operational this hotel would have been a 10/10 considering the price.

Quality and cleanliness. Quiet area with attractive surroundings. Regular and free airport shuttle.
