I've booked a room with city view but I got a big, noisy clima near my room with view of a big office building. When I mentioned on the reception they're answer was that if I want a view I should book the room Ambassador Suite River View. I've been visited more Four Seasons Hotel before but never had experience like this. Images are added.

The staff were friendly, although most did not speak English. Bed comfort is excellent as in all Four Seasons locations.

The wifi almost did not exist. Very poor to no reception in rooms and decent reception at the lobby.

Literally EVERYTHING. The service i have never in my entire life been to a Fourseasons’ with this level of professionalism and cleanliness! The staff from the bellman to the house keeper, the concierge went above and beyond.

I usually like my room freezing and it was a little too warm for me. Didn’t complain tho.

This hotel is so well-managed, it feels right from the entrance that the personnel IS the team. the way they smoothly operate with the luggage, at the reception, near the lifts, at the restaurants, in the swimming and spa area. Literally everyone from the staff could show you the way to find something, assist you. The hotel operates easily and smoothly, and this is probably WHY i love coming back here. There are hotels that are more centrally located, with better swimming pools or bigger lobby, etc, but this one is a winner, because of the attitude, and attention to details that matter! rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are very big and have daylight due to the big window, tea and coffee facilities (Nespresso). I had a neck problem, so I was offered alternative pillows to choose from, even the traditional Chinese buckwheat pillow, which is great. the breakfast is served in a very stylish hall and offers a fantastic selection of Asian and western delights. SPA and Swimming area is worth visiting Definitely recommend this hotel to stay, you will be well looked after!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s one of my favorite hotels in the world, I’ll definitely come back here when I have a chance coming to Beijing again!

The rooms were fabulous and very clean. Facilities in the rooms were superb - water temp/pressure for showers, tea/coffee, free bottled water etc The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant onsite was excellent. It specialised in western/Italian food and everything we ordered over the three days was delicious. The soft drinks are served with a lemon lollipop in the glass which looks and tastes great. The staff were vert polite and helped organise taxis and translate for me. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and smelled like cinnamon (which I love)

Smell. Try two different rooms and they all smell as cigarettes.

Executive Club

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Already pre arrival in preparing the trip. It was our first stop in china, and they were extremely helpful in teaching us how to go about. One member of the concierge team, Fred, truly stood out. Thanks Fred and team for a great stay!

Too bad there is no outdoor pool

The Four Seasons Beijing wins hearts with its impeccable hospitality, personnel, attention to details. The hotel is beautifully decorated, cudos to the florist of the hotel. Location is very convenient. Excellent rooms with comfy beds. In-room Nespresso coffee machine and tea facilities, plenty of complimented water. Bathrooms require an extra word -very spacious, very clean, good quality toiletries. The breakfast was amazing, a selection of 5 star-quality food for all sort of food lovers: healthy, western, chinese, bakery, lots of fruits and berries, a selection of smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, reserve some extra time for breakfast so that you can enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food. Great restaurants, the Italian and Chinese cuisine, both worth having a meal there. My special thank you goes to the team at the Front Reception. The professionalism and dedication they work with is amazing. Any question at any time -with a smile and helpful response. Ms.Kayla did such a great job and went an extra mile to help me find the necessary medication in Beijing. The Front reception and their attitude were the reason of why I chose the Four seasons again for my stay on my way back from Shanghai. Twice in 2 weeks, and it was the right thing to do!! Thank you for your kind attention and making my birthday stay at the Four Seasons so happy.

Great hotel overall !

For the hotel price and the bar components (coke, budget local beer , etc) it should be free in my opinion. I think 60 rmb for a 0.33 Tsingtao is a ripoff :)

Service is top, basically sending the items immediately after requested. Super clean and lovely food.

Maybe the style in the room is a bit too dark tone ?

Breakfast on Sunday was exceptional. One of the best I have had in my travels. The hotel, in the sector housing diplomatic missions meant access to fine shops and restaurants were par for the course.

In dining experience was disappointing. The food was overpriced and was certainly no better than competitively priced fares in the local vicinity.

Probably one of the best hotels in Beijing. Fantastic staff and service.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last year and it far exceeds the quality of any of the other hotels in the area. All of the facilities are excellent however the thing that sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. I spent a lot of time doing work and relaxing in the 26th floor executive lounge and the service is exemplary. I want to extent a special thanks to Daniel, Lisa, Jade, Lucky, Celia and Angela. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.

Wonderful staff

Starting with the room itself, spacious and clean, the Four Seasons Room has a beautiful interior design that did not lose any functionality as a tradeoff. In addition, from the professional and accommodating concierge to the friendly and patient cleaning staff, the staff at the hotel treated its guests with respect and kindness. It was a flawless hotel experience as a whole. Special shoutout to the Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Carrie, for her involvement in creating a customized and comfortable experience before, during, and after the check-in process. Her hospitality and attention to detail have made our long-weekend stay truly enjoyable and exceptional.

The decoration totally meet the imagination. Pillow super comfortable.

The car parking venue is far and not easy to find the access way to the hotel. I cannot believe a can of Coke charge ￥58 when you have paid more than ￥1500 for the accommodation fee.
