There is no towels included, so you need to rent it for 2 euro.

The staff was super nice, special thanks to Nicole (I hope I am spelling it correctly), who helped us. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, excellent location, very convenient right in front of Sants train station.

Great access to the Barcelona Sants station. There are small supermarkets and some good food places around, or 10mins walk to bigger supermarket. Great for stop over. I asked for a hairdryer and they lend me at no cost. The staffs were very friendly and warm.

The description was clear but there is no kitchen, nor microwave or kettle. So it is really for just to sleep.

Very clean and the staff friendly. Great location as only a block behind the Barcelona Centrale train station. Lot of restaurants close by in walking distance. No parking available. Bus stop for hop on and off for tours is minutes away

Is not negative, but a matter of expectations. I booked a double room with private bathroom. So I was expecting two beds in a room (the usual stuff). But there were 2 bunkbeds. My first reaction was "they will put more people in the room" but it was not the case they don't do that. Also it is a youth hostel. No towels or shámpoo/soap are offered. Again not a problem, they rent towels for 2 euros and there are several supermarkets around to buy stuff. Once I understood that I was in a youth hostel. No problem at all. Bunkbeds are ok. Bathroom was really clean. Facilities were good. Location was great.

The shared room (which I was able to book alone) and bathroom were clean and basic. The location is fantastic for travelers as it is one block from Sants train, metro, and bus station.

The extra fee at check-in could be done online. This was inefficient. It also seemed like chech-in was redundant from the information I already provided online. There is no space for communal gathering, only a few tiny tables for eating. The reading lights at night are not sufficient. I was provided with sheets, but no towels This should be that you get both, or you don't get at all.

I was running late, contacted the hotel to say I would not make the check in time. No problem at all for the reception team, thank you guys so much. Also they looked after my bags after I checked out, very helpful people. Great location 2 minute walk from Sants railway station.

Very little signage and easy to walk by and not see.

The staff was super nice and kind and they let you store the luggage (in the hostel) for another day if you need it. The room with private bathroom is perfect for a small group of people !!

Convenient and clean

I was alone for a single night between flight and train trip. Perfect place to spend one night close to the train station. Very friendly staff.

The location is just across from the train station which is always handy. The place was clean, and looked inviting. They didn’t have a kitchen but offered us a kettle for the room which was very nice and we also borrowed a hair dryer too. Beds were fine, but a bit squeaky at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The lockers were spacious enough for onboard luggage and a great idea to be able to lock via your entry card. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 lockers didn’t work. Luckily we had the whole room to ourselves. Also, the shower room lock didn’t work. Sadly no kitchen facilities.

Location. Close to metro and train station. The neighbour around it felt good and authentic. There are plenty of good eating spots nearby. Would stay again.

Renting towels for €2 each.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Booked this hostel as it is very close to Barcelona Sants (main station) and I was arriving late at night by train. It's the first time I booked a hostel style accommodation, but hotels in Barcelona seem very expensive. I got a very friendly welcome and the room was very clean and the bunk bed surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when transferring at Barcelona Sants.

It was quite noisy outside until around midnight, which seems fairly typical in Spain.

The welcome from front desk was superb. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Better than most hotel rooms.

The staff, cleaness of everything and the room decoration

The noise pollution if you don't close the windows. There are lots of bars and restaurants and it is right next to the train station so you will hear noise if you don't keep the windows shut.

I paid for the entire room so I had privacy as well as my own bathroom; but it is a room with 2 bunk bed frames with 4 twin beds. Others may be in a dormitory situation if you just purchased 1 bed in a 4 bed room.

Clean, easy check in and check out, lots of shops and restaurant nearby, good wifi, near metro and easy access to transportation like train and bus. We felt secured, quiet during our stay.

No towels, you bring your own soap and shampoo, no hair dryer, we have only half toilet tissue when we came in, i have to ask for another one as we stayed there for 4 days. very basic, a bit far from city center.

If we are to visit Barcelona in the future, we might stay there again. Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, you can find whatever you need and want, and then some, within a a 10 minute radius. There where places not found on Google map, so just go for a walk and see what you can find 🙂

The staff was very friendly. I forgot my keys and airpods at the place, they were able to send it from a DHL point back to Czech Republic. I am very grateful for that!!

Unbeatable location for a night before getting on a train. Barcelona Sants is just around the corner. Incredibly quiet for where it is. Javier was super friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities.

Hostels are great if you simply want a shower and a bed, no luxury. But beds need to be decent. The mattress here were so thin and sank, so I could feel the bed. Also, no mattress or pillow protectors. Not sure how often the blankets get washed.
