We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the hotel, from the moment we walked in, the lovely smell, the exceptional staff, the facilities, location, all was fantastic!

I think the b'fast could be improved!

Location excellent, room was in a quiet location and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower in the bath tub was a challenge to use. You had to climb over a high bath tub side to get access to using the shower. Not practical for anyone over 60 and could be health and safety issue.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. It is fantastic.

The property was well presented in a good location with friendly and helpful staff for the most part.

I was disappointed with the attitude of one member of staff at check out. She initially tried to charge full adult taxes for both my clearly young 11 and 13 year old children for the whole 6 days saying she thought they were over 18 and being somewhat rude about it. Another member of staff had to step in at her refusal and tirade in Spanish even though I said I did not understand Spanish. Also after 6 days of having a family suite of 2 rooms I asked for a late checkout to which I was informed by the same member of staff was not going to be possible at all as there was a check in a few hours after our checkout. The request was accommodated by another member of staff but only for one room for an hour and on going back to collect my luggage several hours later both rooms were still empty and hadn’t yet been cleaned showing there was no check in. I found this disappointing after having spent 6 nights there and paying good money with rooms and bars for what was otherwise a very good experience.

Staying in a building designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner is a treat on its own, but this hotel is an epitome of personalised luxury. First and foremost, the hotel personnel are wonderful - all of them - efficient and helpful, not in a formal way, but rather friendly and personal. Hotel public areas - lobby, breakfast hall, Cafe Vienes, rooftop terrace are visually impressive. Our deluxe room was perfectly appointed, featuring separate bedroom, living room and spacious bathroom. Our balcony was overlooking the quieter part of Passeig de Gracia. Hotel's location is unbeatable if you want to explore Barcelona's cultural treasures and best restaurants. Sagrada Familia and Plaza Catalunya are 20 min walk away, Casa Mila is under 10 and Casa Battlo/ Casa Amatller is under 15. And you will be spoilt by a choice of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. We already start planning our next stay at Casa Fuster

My husband and I stayed for one night in August 2024. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the 24 hour reception desk. We also appreciated that we were able to have an early check in as we arrived quite early in the morning. We liked the location, the comfortable bed, air conditioning which worked, cleanliness of our room room amenities and the quiet room ( we stayed in Room 222). Breakfast was included in our rate and was a buffet, with a decent assortment of hot and cold European and Spanish style offerings. There was also a chef who prepared omelettes and crepes to order. The staff in the breakfast room were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is old-worldly and has a lovely history. Whilst our room did not have a view the view from the rooftop is great.

Rooms are very small and not recommended for families of 3 or more or you will have to book two separate rooms . Also, the rooms we booked showed a photo with a fantastic view for our specific room type and when we checked in both of our rooms windows faced a brick wall so the rooms were very dark and a bit claustrophobic.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had lots of help with our baggage on arrival/departure. All staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was a good size with a large and comfy bed. We enjoyed the Terrace bar at the top of the hotel with lovely food and excellent entertainment. The bar lounge downstairs was a beautiful space to enjoy snacks and drinks along with great music from a pianist.

The building’s design (by Gaudi’s teacher) and history is amazing. We really appreciated the flexibility of the staff and management during our booking process and during our stay - they went out of their way to make it unforgettable. The rooftop bar and pool is also a great addition to this great hotel. The place is well situated and well connected.

Excellent hotel, wonderfull archetectural design, well maintained, clean & tidy and all staff we encountered provided service to a very high standard. The room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed, no excessive street noise was noted even though our room looked onto the main street. The breakfast room was clean, tidy & well staffed with a reasonable selection of food & drink.

No English speaking channels on the T.V except for two news channels. No English newspaper in the breakfast room.

Probably the best located hotel to enjoy this spectacular city and beyond expectations. Casa Fuster has got to be amongst the top 5 of all hotels in the centre of Barcelona. Its classy, historic and exudes luxury and in addition to its location at the head of the Passieg de Gracia, its well run by the most helpful and friendly staff we could have wished for. The roof top bar has an exclusive feel and yes its expensive but what the hell? Its worth it!! Great views, great vibe and lovely drinks. Rooms were very beautifully decorated and beds / pillows were amazingly comfortable.

Perhaps our only major complaint was the breakfast room which was located in the basement level without windows or natural light. It felt a little oppressive and perhaps could be better located under canopies on the roof terrace. We couldn't fault the choice of food for breakfast especially ordering items off the menu (even if sometimes service was a little slow). Our room was located above what was quite a noisy square below which at times sounded like a school playground however, this didn't affect what was otherwise a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

We upgraded to a suite and were very happy with the amount of space and the beauty of the room. The bathroom was also very nice, especially with a jacuzzi tub and a shower with many side nozzles that spray you from both sides. The rainshower showerhead didn't work, but the side nozzels made up for it. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the view from the roof terrace bar is incredible!

It’s very well located, it’s a most beautiful building, the staff for Excellent, the food and drink both in the bar/restaurant downstairs and the roof terrace is amazing. The rooms are well appointed Clean with everything one could want.

A beautifully luxurious hotel, well situated near shopping and sight seeing. It was easy to arrive and leave by taxi. The staff were very helpful upon arrival. We noticed a surgical clinic next door and think it might be a good place to rest after a procedure. View of Sagrada Familia from the window. Very slow wifi.

The bathroom though beautiful, was difficult to get in and out of the shower. Better ask about accessibility if not athletic. The wine bar and breakfast areas were good looking, but difficult to get drink service.

The hotel was spectacular architecturally, as you arrived the doormen came to greet you and the service was brilliant. Rooms are also large with great amenities and you can walk to a lot of Barcelona. Rooftop bar is brilliant.

The ‘pool’ is extremely small and you wouldn’t get in it, I think this is slightly missold. The breakfast is in the basement which is a shame, it should be on the roof and I feel it’s expensive for what it is.
