On arrival it was amazing. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early. The staff were accommodating when my partner felt ill after eating over salted scrambled eggs by extending our check out time.

No openable window which without fresh air upset our sleep. The bathroom, generally not maintained well for this standard of hotel. You have to climb over the edge of the bath to take a shower which was difficult as I have a very unstable knee joint. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Sadly when ordering scrambled eggs they were very over salted and caused my partner to be unwell.

Lovely location and historic hotel

Reception staff on our arrival were a little abrupt. Our room was spacious but furniture was looking tired. There was a huge/ugly TV which took up a huge amount of space in our sitting area of the room which was out of keeping with the decor/period of the hotel

This was an iconic modernism hotel in an elegant neighborhood. It was luxurious without being overly pricey. The staff cleaned the room beautifully every day. The support staff was always courteous and helpful. The location was within walking distance of three of the iconic Gaudi houses. The Gracia neighborhood was upscale with many great restaurants within walking distance.

The only nit, and it is a small one, is that the bathtubs were a little difficult to get in and out of. Anyone who is short or has mobility issues would not be able to take a bath easily.

Perfect location, no traffic in front of the hotel, I want to highlight how kind were the hotel staff, they even gave us a room in a higher floor when we requested it The room service was spectacular

The staff was tremendous. The greeting staff and Bell Man were fantastic. Jose went above and beyond to get a taxi and reservation. It was extremely busy this weekend and he kept us on time. Thank you Jose!

The toilets are difficult to flush.

Entering this hotel felt like you were entering luxury. Lovely lobby with entertainment piano bar. The food was very good. We ended up having dinner there as well as breakfast is for both days the breakfast fabulous fresh eggs, omelettes anything champagne. The choices were very good. The service desk and the concierge were very nice recommending where do we eat for dinner? Very helpful to navigate. The bedrooms are very nice luxurious you won’t be disappointed overall from the mailman to everyone very nice hotel.

Toilet was very low to sit on if you had bad knees and I’m not sure how elderly or shorter people find getting out the bath as I struggled as a tall person

My room was on the first floor and there was a lot of noise during the day from the alley behind the hotel

The fragrance at the lobby of the hotel which is very intense and unpleasant for our taste. Entering the hotel was our only negative experience. We’d recommend using something lighter.

The room was clean and was organised all the time. The rooftop was very nice. We liked that there is fully equipment WC around and outside your hotel room. Breakfast was very delicious and the crew was very nice.

The AC was set globally and without any option of fine tune it locally in our room. It was hot

Fantastic services from the concierge (responded to requests very swifts 24/7) to room services (cleaned the room multiple times per day). There were some noise issues from our neighbours and the overnight staff was able to deal with it very effectively. Also, the design of the building was quite classy and the location was certainly one of the best.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and kind — everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Sagrada Familia and close to many main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and we also loved the jazz night with the full meal — such a great experience!

A beautiful location with highly attentive staff and quality, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff were amazing and always willing to be helpful.

The Internet was not very consistent, and it would connect and disconnect, was unable to do work on my laptop without connecting to my hotspot - perhaps it was the location within the hotel but for this quality hotel I expected perfection.
