Hotel Casa Camper, Barcelona

We enjoyed the location of the Hotel, it was 2 mins from the La Rambla. The free nibbles were a bonus and sometimes it was enough to fill us up and not bother with breakfast. Staff were more than helpful and always there to help. Rooms were super comfy and the bed was generous and comfortable. Will recommend for anyone to stay

Very central, 5 mins from the Rambla and the Boqueria Market, yet still very quiet. Very spacious main room and a dedicated secondary room to chill out (on an amaca!). I used to eat a snack in there to avoid the smell of food in the other room where I slept.

Excellent hotel in a good location with friendly, helpful staff. The snack corner is a great idea and is not just limited to water and a few biscuits. In fact, on days when I was too tired at the end of the day to still head out for dinner at a restaurant in town, I simply had dinner at the snack corner instead. I also loved the room which was spacious. I never noticed any noise from other rooms or from the street, so I also had a good night's rest each day.

Nothing at all. I wish I could've stayed longer! When I head back to Barcelona, Casa Camper will be my go to hotel again for sure.

The hotel was Amazing I cannot wait to return. the location is perfect just off La Rambla (2 mins walk) The staff could not be more helpful. The room was amazing and a bonus was that we had our own lounge so in effect it was a suite. the free refreshments and snacks were amazing. Free use of umbrellas and staff booked a taxi to return to the airport. It was faultless from registration through to leaving.

Room was wonderful! Corner Suite was spacious, perfectly appointed, layout was easy nicely done. Breakfast was a surprise and unexpectedly nice, great selection, good service! Loved the rooftop amenities and snack bar. Front desk personnel were helpful and attentive. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Casa Camper is an excellent, modern facility tucked away into old Barcelona. It is far enough from La Rambla to be quiet, but still centrally located.The extra touches like the morning coffee and an honor bar on the roof-top terrace plus afternoon snacks were a bonus.

The buffet is excellent when you walk in hungry. The terrace bar was great too. The staff treated us very well and provided all instructions. Shower was excellent.

The bed was ok but not great.

It’s a very original hotel! The modern design of the hotel is unexpectedly impressive when you enter from the narrow street of the Old town. It is very original that each room has a small separate room with a sofa and a hammock, in which you can retire and relax or, conversely, work quietly. The room is clean, there is everything you need, including slippers and bathrobes. The room is very quiet and has the most original view from the window that I have ever seen.) The hotel staff is great. Service is excellent and attitude to the customer is perfect . We needed a good Internet connection for a teleconference, and there were problems with regular Wi-Fi. The manager at the reception resolved this issue very quickly. By the way, the hotel offers its guests unlimited Internet even outside the hotel via a hotspot. An interesting feature is that drinks and snacks are free for hotel guests in the lobby. On the 6th floor there is a beautiful terrace where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The original thing is that the terrace bar is self-service. All that you have drunk, you write down on your own account to your room. In my opinion, in such a bar concept, the hotel management seems to say that they trust their guests. And it is very pleasant.

Comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Loved the rooftop and the vertical garden in my room. Having snacks and small meals available 24/4 was fantastic. The staff is awesome. The location was great.

It was a little pricy and the sitting room separated by hallway was different but not entirely bad.

This hotel is a must do in Barcelona. Compared with other hotels Casa Camper is the best. The rooms are on a different level. No standard business hotel. You feel very welcome and the staff is very supportive. The roof terras is great with a nice view with the help yourself honesty bar. The rain shower is great and the beds are very comfortable. I am a frequent traveler and every time when I am in Barcelona I stay in Casa Camper

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will call you a taxi or make a dinner reservation for you if needed. The hotel is safely secured and located near the Rambla, many restaurants and shops. They offer complimentary water and light refreshments. Very nice touch!

The location was excellent, as were the facilities. Very good included breakfast. Mainly à la carte - lovely freshly cooked . The terrace with complimentary soft drinks and snacks was a great place to relax. And something never experienced before: they lent us a wifi hotspot for use while we were out and about.

Lack of privacy in the shower area.

Was a little worried, as other reviews had stated this location was “sketchy” after dark. We did not find this at all. It’s less that 100m from Las Ramblas, very close to Catalunya Square. Fantastic oasis from the hustle and bustle of touristy Barcelona. It’s quirky and funky and has a great vibe. Lovely rooftop terrace with a choice of seating options, nice breakfast area in the hotel foyer and there are snacks and soft drinks available throughout the day. Nothing better than coming back from a hike around town, to grab a tray in the hotel kitchen, fill it up with nuts, potato chips, chocolate, salads, wraps, ETC and take up to your room to enjoy. Such a nice perk!

There is an honor bar in the rooftop terrace, but the prices are crazy. There is a good choice but when there is no service included, the prices should be a lot lower than this. The room was wonderful - we went for the corner suite with a terrific view of the street below, and kept the windows open to enjoy the sounds of Barcelona. However, one thing that really let down the suite was the bathroom. The toilet was in a separate room, adjacent to the main door, which necessitated a walk around the corner into the bath / shower / vanity area. The bathroom itself was decorated in shades of grey and the overall feel was of a corporate washroom, definitely not in keeping with the charm of the rest of the suite.

Was our anchor for our trip to Barcelona. Very central location to pick up the hop on hop off. And the subways. Made our lives so easy.

They do not have a good coffee maker for just grabbing a coffee in the morning and being on your way.

The bedroom and sala were amazing and very comfortable! I enjoyed the ability to go downstairs and grab quick bites of food and drink at no extra cost, and breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly, and allowed me to store my bags there for a few hours after checkout while I toured the city. I will absolutely return!

My only note was that the shower room has too much of an open design with not enough ventilation, so taking hot showers resulted in the entire room fogging up very quickly. A very small inconvenience that had no effect on my trip overall, but just something to note!

Great location, very generous facilities, after hours free snacks and drinks were a real surprise and treat, a terrace bar and cocktail bar. The breakfast was 5 star quality and plentiful. Staff were really professional and friendly . Rooms were spacious, big bathroom and lounge room as well. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending or staying here again one day.

Excellent staff at the hotel. Very accommodating. We had bad colds during our visit and they even arranged for a doctor to visit us. Can't say enough about how happy we were with them
