Staff was friendly

Other guests were quite loud and obnoxious from 3-5 in the morning. The room (co ed dorm) has a persistent smell that was likely sewer gas. It was quite pungent.

The room was very clean and spacious, but very basic. The staff was friendly and available to solve any problem. The location was perfect, in the city center and very well connected to public transportation.

For the price I would have expected some amenities, like a water cooker and coffee/tea supply.

I've really liked staying at this hostel, the employees were nice and helpful at any time, the room booked was clean and ready.

I do think that the price is a bit high for a hostel but we were really close to the city center.

No refrigatior in the room. No coffie machine.

Loved the location, the breakfast, the common spaces and the bar. The staff were also very friendly.

The rooms were very small, there was no place to keep our suitcases except on the floor, and the floor of the shower stall was made of slippery material, so one of us almost slipped and fell - at least an anti skid mat should have been there to prevent such accidents.

The hostel is in a very beautiful building and all the common areas are very beautiful. Staff was really friendly and helpful

The dorm was quite stuffy and I was missing a curtain on the bed for more privacy

The location was fabulous - and a great base to wander the city. On the weekend they close off some of the streets nearby so it becomes an even more fabulous place to wander, eat, shop.

It was quite noisy as our room faced the street. And the staff in the restaurant on the ground floor were quite snippety - so we only went there once.

The location of this hostel is very convenient. The room was spacious and the services and amenities were good.

Location is great. Lovely stylish interior. Room side is pretty good. Hotel was clean.

It is noisy. Every time someone closes a door in the hallway you hear a loud bang.

The location is near perfect, and the room has a very nice, comfy bed and a nice bathroom.

A little noise on one night late with guests returning but no major problem.

1. Room is bigger than usually in hostels. You can breathe. 2. Comfortable bed. Ceilings are high - it’s comfy on the upper bed 3. Location is just super 4. Beautiful terrace and common areas

1. Mattress and pillow were too soft but it’s a matter of taste 2. I was in mixed room. Would be good if hostel could provide option of only female/only guys rooms. 3. Maybe would be good to hang a reminder to respect silence in the room when somebody is sleeping. It’s fine to remind people about it - I saw in hostels. 4. Window looked on the backyard with pipes so it smelled canalisation a bit, but it’s just a luck with the room.

Some of the staff were very nice, kind, and willing to help, but some of them seemed a bit overworked and burned out. I understand it's busy and thriving business, understandably... but when the check-in/ reception staff is giving out information to customers before me but not to me... is not very nice.

The location was great and the room was large and the entire hotel is well decorated.

Our room was extremely hot even though it was cold outside, the shower leaked and the staff didn't give us much information about the facilities. It was also very loud throughout the night with other guests making alot of noise in the hallways.

Great location, friendly staff, tidy and simple but modern looking rooms with a nice bathroom and spa bath. For the price, I would expect a little more in the rooms ie. Tea/coffee making or something that makes the rooms easier to stay in. That said, the use of the hostel shared kitchen on the 1st floor doesn't feel like its just for a hostel and very good to make your own dinners, breakfasts etc.

Whilst the room was great, booking a mountain view meant you also got a big apartment block right in front of the balcony with the mountains to the sides so you have to go right onto the balcony to see. It is a bit noisy on the streets with traffic early morning. And the curtains do not keep enough light / fit to the window properly so light leaks out the sides.
