Alia at the reception was really helpful, and the property is close to the center. Room was clean, and it was cleaned everyday.

The room we got basically had no window, and there was no chair in the rooms, so basically you can only sleep in those rooms and thats it.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially the Guest Manager, Mr. Pierre, who went above and beyond. The first room we checked into had windows that didn’t open because of ongoing renovations and the balcony was locked, even though we specifically booked a room with a balcony. When we mentioned this, Mr. Pierre immediately assisted us. He upgraded us to a larger suite, which was a great gesture. The hotel has its own restaurant, and it was very good. The room was clean. The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, and shops.

While the first room was stuffy, the suite had the opposite problem: the windows kept opening by themselves, making the room extremely cold. The room never warmed up properly, which made the stay a little uncomfortable even tough the room was really nice. There were no slippers provided, which was a big downside since there were no carpets in the room—only bare concrete floors—so our feet were freezing. After some time, the corridor started smelling strongly of a toilet, likely due to poor ventilation.

They made a lot of efforts for the breakfast, and it had quite a good range of variety.

There are not many activities organized by the hostel.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious and offered many different types of food. The bed was comfortable.

The shower head was broken which made it hard to have a decent shower, the aircon was on a timer that was difficult to change so the room was very cold.

Superb location. If you like walking then you can reach everything on foot. Otherwise the underground station is right across the street. Go left and you go to the busy tourist area. Go right and you go to a residential area with also shops and restaurants! The dormitory is spacious! Decently clean to my standards. Good pillow to rest your head on and a very soft mattress (too soft for me because I felt like falling into a black hole). The price per night was great. Breakfast is optional.

Why does the kitchen only have knives? Hundreds of them and no forks to be found! So weird ;) On a serious note, it would be nice to have curtains around the beds for privacy in the dormitory rooms. This is kind of a standard thing at decent hostels, which this one is part of!

there should be curtains for every bed for the privacy and locks for every storage i had to buy lock ive paid for that id like to pay it to you at least only one small towel for 6 person better dont put it or give it for everyone

The location is great and the staff is kind and helpful.

The stay would be much better if there were tea/coffee making facilities (the staff was kind to lend us a water cooker but there were no cups), TV and bidet.

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the check in was really easy. The room was made up once a day which was really nice and the location of the place was brilliant - Gracia is an awesome area.

I did ask for a double bed when I made the booking, but they gave us two single beds which weren't very comfortable unfortunately!

The location is great! It's very well connected to many subway lines. And the neighborhood is beautiful. It's a great place to stay if you want to discover the city while staying at a central spot. They also clean the rooms and change the towels every day, which keeps everything tidy. And the common spaces are beautiful!

Location is perfect, the best part of the city if you like shopping, good coffee shops and you like to stroll along the Diagonal Avenue. It was my second time and I will probably repeat.

There were some works going on in the building and it was a little bit uncomfortable when taking the lifts or moving across the building. The bar/restaurant was close, many things going on. But I believe that it’s going to be beautiful when everything is finished because the building is historical and if they refurnish and modernise the rooms, it’s going to be incredible.

I loved the communal areas and also the fact that the my room was extremely spacious for only three bunk beds.

The overall stay was amazing. But I have some issues with some of the tenants, who were not be considered when they turned on the lights and make noise during the night. Also personally I would prefer for the bottom beds to have some curtains for extra privacy.

The location was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful, the room was spot on clean, breakfast was varied and very good.

Perfect location, good breakfast different options, charming, confortable common area. Especially, the hotel personel named Eringer at reception was helpful and friendly for informing about my stay.

I was provided internal room and it was a bit darker. A chair-small table inside room could be functional.

The hotel's location is superb, an incredibly cool area, with all the top boutiques within walking distance. Gaudi's houses are a 3-minute walk away. Good breakfast for €12 per person. The metro station is right next door. During our stay, the elevator was out of order, but the friendly and helpful hotel staff allowed us to use the service elevator because my wife was pregnant. Rooms with balconies have a very beautiful view from the window. Overall, the hotel is good, however, I would like to note that, in my opinion, this hotel is more like a hostel, because most of the hotel is designed for single occupancy in shared rooms. Actually, Barcelona is a magical city, and wherever you stay, you feel the city vibe, because of the people and everything you see there.

We originally booked a standard double room without a balcony, but when we arrived, it was not what we expected. For that kind of money, I would have liked to see something more than a courtyard from the window. This room was not ventilated at all, and I had to change it for a room with a balcony for an additional fee, because my wife found it very difficult to stay in such a dark and stuffy room. Unfortunately, we were only able to get a room with a balcony for two days, and on the last day we had to return to the old room without a balcony. So, if you just need a place to sleep, you can take a room without a balcony, but if you want to relax with a beautiful view, it's better to pay extra and take the option with a balcony.

Very warm in the hallway, but it was not critical. Breakfast could have been better.

Shared dorms were lovely and spacious. And bathrooms just for the dorm were clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and doing their best!!

Slightly understaffed at reception - they were doing their best but need more people rostered on.

Clean and tidy family room, with six single beds and private bathroom, overooking a city quiet back yard with rooftops, with a view to the Basílica de la Sagrada Família.

It was strange that no soap was available in the otherwise well equiped and clean bathroom.

The best part of the Double room was the huge window, the balcony and the views! It was really beautiful to spend the night with the curtains open and watching the Barcelona sky. The bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. Big shower, more than enough space in the bedroom, also great the mirror distribution!

The temperature in the room fluctuated quite a bit during the night. Sometimes it was really warm and suddenly cold. I had the constant feeling that the air was dry. Apart from that, all good.

The location is perfect. Close to the neighborhood of Gracia. It feels safe and the rooms are super clean. The cleaning staff are incredibly polite and do their work very well. Fresh towels each day. The bathrooms are spotless, and the shower has great pressure. The rooms with a balcony are really great, and away from the noise. I love to stay here when I have short trips to Barcelona, and I prefer Casa Gracia to fancier hotels in the same area.

The front desk staff can be nicer; I honestly didn’t find them very pleasant (this time around) The reception is area is just a kiosk in the lobby, and they could do a better job of welcoming guests. The antique elevator almost always doesn’t work, so you need to climb a lot of stairs. The breakfast is kinda average.

The location was really amazing. Walking distance to most of the attractions, and in a great neighbourhood - Gracia is the best!

The rooms may need some renovation. Although the staff was always nice, when we had a problem in the room with a leak coming from the air conditioner there was no big effort to apologise for the inconvenience. We wrote a message in the evening but no reply, and we told the morning after but no effort to make the situation right. We were then leaving so we maybe they thought nothing could be done.

In the city centre, good transport routes. Metro station nearby. Good WiFi and nice communal area to relax after a long day.

Lack of view from bedroom window but that was not a necessity.

Noises above my friend’s room every night. Whoever was staying the floor above them kept stamping their foot.

Clean property with comfortable beds, well located in the middle of Barcelona on a beautiful street. Staff was okay, didn’t seem to eager to welcome tourists.. but good experience all in all.

The hotel room is not up to the standard and price charged for it. The building is beautiful, room size is ok, but the flooring is unpolished and requires maintenance. Bathroom did not have all the amenities we needed. Breakfast ran out of eggs way before closure time.

The location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Alia did our check out, she was very polite and proffessional, she kept the luggage for us in the storage room. 10 for her service!

Need some wall hooks in the wall for jackets, not enough space for luggage or hang clothes.

No lockers, rooms for 6 people are too small, you almost sleep with your feet touching your bunk bed neighbor. The toilet/bathroom in the room it's not comfortable, everybody can hear what your doing inside 🙁

The location was amazing for exploring Barcelona

They are under staff and acting stressed with the customer. Water pressure is very low to zero in the main times at morning and evening. Only one of 2 elevators was working what leads to long queues.

The air conditioning had a lock on it and it was hot in the room.

Staff were super nice despite my very late check in. Very nice rooms and kept in great condition and clean. Stayed in a dorm room with 8 beds. Room size was great with plenty storage space for each guest.

The only downside was the ac. The placement of the ac in the room is not great and wouldn't reach most beds as ac seems small considering the room size.

Great location, hop in bus stops near by. Towels and bed sheets changed every day. Comfy beds, we got bed topper as we requested to have single 2 persons bed.

Rooms are very small, could be already upgraded: room walls look dirty, chair with spots. Could be some small chairs in balcony to enjoy the view. Some nights people was knocking our door (as its hostel lots of young people walking around in the night).

There was no waste basket in the common room. The shower door leaked onto the floor, making the bathmat wet. One elevator wasn't working. Sometimes there wasn't enough staff working to handle the front desk load.

A great place to stay, friendly and comfortable. There is a wheelchair friendly bathroom and toilet and a lift. The lift isn't that big so you would need to ask for dimensions. The, rooftop area has a tropical vibe and the kitchen is homely and has everything you need. My first room 204 I think, was impossible to sleep! The hostel was really nice, just make sure you don't get the rooms that are located right where the cleaners park their huge trolley that carries sheets and towels, They work all night long cleaning the 100s of rooms, there is endless banging and rumbling that vibrates through the floors and walls that even earplugs can't block out! Also, the window opened onto a dark central space where there were lots of plumbing pipes so all I could hear all night was toilets being endlessly flushed. I like the place but just be really clear about requesting a room away from the trolley storage point. I asked to be moved as I was sleep deprived, I waited 4 hours for the new check-in time, which is normal, but the woman had put me in another room, but she didn't check and it was an identical room! So I made a complaint. I was then put into a stunning apartment with views and a bath in their hotel next door! So it was a mixed experience! From the worst to the best! I can't remember the name of the amazing person who gave me the beautiful room otherwise I would have mentioned him.

Choose outer rooms as they will be quiet , avoid the inner room as the toilet plumbing flushes all night and the trolys are loud.

The property was very well located. We checked in at one building and then walked down the street to where our actual unit was located.

The actual unit was in a separate building without any front desk. The same key card was used to access safety doors and the front door and the room.

The location was amazing. Lots to do within walking distance.

The check in process was a bit disjointed in terms of handling guests in arrival order and providing clear instructions.
