Hostel Casa Gràcia, Barcelona

Our room is quite large with beautiful finishes and comfortable beds. It is walking distance to Casa Batlló and very near to Metro Station

The check in took quite a while

Lovely hotel with great location.

They need more security around the front and reception. My bag was stolen from in front of the reception desk.

It was very clean, bathroom was clean and had enough room, location was wonderful

The room was very dark, the mattresses moved on the bed frame and there was no room for chair or table

Lights were too bright.

The rooms were lovely, we had paid for a standard room and was given a balcony at no extra charge. The room still included everything we asked for and everything was clean, no concerns.

There is AC but it is VERY weak. Luckily it wasn’t so hot and we also kept the balcony door open at night to let cool air in. Also one day I was going down the elevator and this one guy worker for some odd reason was not happy about me going down the elevator and literally gave me a death stare the entire time. I was extremely uncomfortable.

The location is excellent (metro, restaurants, stores).

The view was towards very narrow (technical) backyard, the Windows was therefore covered with tape. Futhermore, Windows made a rattling sound.

Great location with amazing view! Great for families

It was really clean and the room was spacious. The bed had plugs, lights, a shelf and ample storage spaces. The location was really good.

The beds would be better with curtains and water fountains would be a bonus too.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t great

The design of the interior was splendid. Gives you a vintage warm welcome. The location is also very near to all the major tourist attractions. I had a 6-bed dorm and it had huge inside space, a table and clothes rack and also a window which have views of the open breakfast arena. The breakfast arena was also very lovely and everywhere you get that old rustic vintage feel. I would also mention the common kitchen which had all the required utensils and was kept quite clean.

The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned daily. The hand soap was exhausted in between but not filled up, instead some soap bars were given, which is also fine but the hand soap was better.

Room was comfortable and clean.

The place was clean and fine but I just wished I could clean the air by opening up a wide window. There was just one little window and if I open it, all I could see was another window facing our window.

Location and authentic European feel coupled with great location surrounded by amazing Cafés, stores and restaurants. At the heart of Barcelona but sufficiently away to be peaceful!!!

One of the best locations I guess in Barcelona. Great stuff and comfy apartment. The building is old. Personally I am a fan of a building with kinda local flavour, so for me that wasn't a cons. Saying just to take it into account.

The accomodation was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The dormitories were a but small with no real space to keep your luggages

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Barcelona! Also, the terrace was a nice space to chill and have breakfast/relax/work.

It felt a bit noisy during night times, specially towards the corridors.

Breakfast was good although we were a little late and remaining options were limited. Room was clean. Some aging but perfect for a quick nights rest. Bar and food was great and lower level area was super cool and eclectic.

Shower needed some TLC. Water leaked out from glass and basin.

Central Area - Easy Access to attractions by Metro and buses. Helpful Staff Hotel has beautiful Common Use Area for all guests to use the kitchen, dinning, living rooms.

The hotel was clean, with a big room and a very good location—just a short walk from the metro. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I don’t think it was worth the money

The shared kitchen was very handy. We enjoyed the communal yard area which has lots of seating and umbrellas. We also liked the spacious common room. The location was excellent. Casa Milla is very close and the Diagonol metro station was sixty seconds away. We loved the nearby local neighbourhood - definitely visit those streets if you like real Spanish culture, coffee, independent shops and vegan food.

Some water coolers would have been great, but that's only a small thing!

I liked the Terrace were you can eat outdoors. Thebkitchen is big and nice of you want to cook. There a Nice buffet breakfast with fruits, eggs , tortilla españolas, breads, ham and cheese, coffee s, jodes, etc etc very abundant and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day and you get a fresh towel everyday and a shower mat. Location is super centric . The restaurant next door part of the hostel is very nice and serves amazing food.

I would suggest they put a soap bar and shampoo gel per each guest in the room instead of only one. And that they allow the ac to be lower because in top bunks it’s hotter than below. Or they can add a small fan per bed.

Not every bed has its own lockable storage. No where to hang your towel if you are on the bottom bunk There was stains on the sheets There is bad mould in the bathroom Terrible shower head

The room had no tv, its SO important, specially for families.

Comfortable hostel in great location

Would not recommend leaving your luggage in the storage area during the day. Got super crowded, had to crawl over the suitcases and move many many out of the way to get to my suitcase, and the staff will not help you.

The place was neat and clean. Well maintained. It’s very good to stay at this place for few days while enjoying all the places nearby. This place is located inside the city and is well easy for transport. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice room styling and perfect location, with bus stop and Metro near. 15/20 min Walking from Placa cataluñya and Rambla. Staff was very nice and helpful. Common area, terrace and restaurant available in the property. Very nice and unforgettable stay

Very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The common area was really nice and had a good vibe during matches.

The kitchen has a very slight unpleasant smell.

Beautiful, old building with a cool, original elevator and an old bank safe in the basement which is where the toilet for the restaurant is located Location is great, right next to a metro station, good restaurants closeby, good accessibility by foot to a lot of places of interest Staff was friendly, especially Yvonne

Beds might be too soft for certain people A/C was not always working properly The price was relatively high (100 per night per person) due to the date being on the Formula 1 weekend(?) No toilet brush (dump carefully)

Location and the price for this accommodation is perfect for a short visit in barcelona. Breakfast has a lot of choice but served cold specially the bacon and scrambled eggs. It would be ideal to served it with food warmer.

Walls are very thin so you can hear anyone in the hallway or closing their doors. The hotel also has a hostel in it shared within floors. Ac was super loud, couldnt keep it on at night.

Rooms with no window should not exist :) Coffee cups should be washed better, I literally had to take the third one, because the first two cups were dirty.

I like the location.

A bit noisy, maybe because of the construction at the street. The room is not sound proof; and the heater at the shower room failed most of the time. They need to dust-off the elevator. No problem about it being an old model, but they really need to clean it.

V helpful staff. Great location. Lovely style of building. Great kitchenette and common areas.

Honestly the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in.
