The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Amenities in room excellent. Coffee outside was great.

The hotel is located in a lovely area of Barcelona. Heat dependent, it's 30 minutes walk to the Gothic area where we found a lot of great food options. The breakfast within the hotel is very good - nice variety and covers all diets. The staff were incredibly helpful - offering suggestions for food options, offering to book on our behalf... couldn't have done more.

Lucky of the draw - our terrace looked onto the side street not the main street - less visually pleasing, but not a fault of the hotel - reality of the room you're in - no complaints

We recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It was such a great find we loved the location and the beautiful interiors. We dined there for breakfast and had our last dinner there and every meal was exceptional. The best things of all though is the wonderful staff we really felt like we were well looked after and were very sad to leave.

I think it's a bit overpriced. At least, the suits were for sure, and facilities did not worked as it should at 5* hotels, but staff saved holidays for sure

All staff exceptional and happy to help us. Breakfast was great and our server, Jonathan, went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed what was on offer. The room was a good size.

If pressed and it is out of the control of hotel staff; the smokers on balconies around us was at times a minor irritant.

Breakfast was good but not to the same very high standards as dinner. In addition the breakfast menu said salmon was included in our selection but we had to request it as an extra when our order arrived without it. We were charged for breakfast at checkout (when it was included in our rate) but we were refunded promptly once we realised the error.

The staff was incredibly helpful in booking reservations, giving recommendations and assisting us in anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs made great drinks and food. We often brought food and drinks up to our room or had it delivered, great service! Being on the Rambla meant you're in the center of everything but there wasn't much noise at night. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was really friendly and also very helpful with local tips to go around the city and enjoy it as much as possible

The assistance we received feom the cosierge staff was 1st class. Very very polite and helpful at all times!

You might find this superfluous but the quality of the toilet paper was very poor and should be improved.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from the tourist attraction and outside the very busy area. Nice restaurants around the hotel and Metro just outside. Reception staff was very professional and helpful. Loved the way to communicate with whatsapp about restaurant recommendations and any other questions. The beds are very comfy and no noise from outside.

Location is very good for shopping. Breakfast and bar is good. Staff is very considerate and helpful, their response on WhatsApp is quick and help me booked a tennis court.

Europe is expensive so the value of cost is not good, but overall I accept the price with a comfortable room and good location.

The hotel’s desirable location and sedateness is exceeded only by the professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff who attended to us during our stay: Judit, Alberto, Melania, Lorenzo, and Adria (all at reception) and Jonathan (at breakfast).

It’s a matter of good manners to say good morning or hi by reception staff when guests pass through reception..practically no one did this, which really surprised us. Cleaning needed a little improvement

We were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Since it was my birthday the previous day, they thoughtfully surprised us with champagne and a cake—such a sweet gesture! The room was a decent size, comfortable, and clean, with the added bonus of unlimited water, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect, situated near attractions and sights, and the room offered great privacy, with soundproof windows and doors for a peaceful stay. At $1000 for 3 nights in November, we felt it was good value for the money, given the overall quality of the stay and the added perks. We truly loved our time here!
