The size of the pool area was not like other W hotels

From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay.  It was an absolute delight throughout. We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.  The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way. Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out. We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

the room, and hotel through out, is very well designed and has many items available at the counter and minibar of the room. Breakfast was great and the staff all around do their utmost to make sure your expectations are met and more.

The price is much higher than at other hotels at similar level and am not sure if that extra splash of style and splendor is really worth it! My son used the fitness but mentioned it was a bit small for such a big hotel with many guests. But enjoyed every minute of it....

What a difference to the hotels i was before on this trip. Coming from Philipines before, this hotel was an amazing display on professionallity, diversity, and hospitality. Big shoutout to them.

The neighborhood is a bit sterile, i was expecting a bit more lively restaurant / club / park scene from the description.

Wonderful large room. Was moved to a higher floor with a room looking out the back of the hotel. Best outlook as front side has an office building.

Can't fault anything except best if you are not looking directly at the office building as room has wonderful large full room width glass window.

we had a corner room in the 25th floor which was really great - nothing to complain - simply perfect. Breakfast was also superb, staff super friendly and helpful. All in all the best hotel we have stayed in BKK so far. Also the area is quite cool with Mahanakhon tower just a 3min walk away with the highest sky bar in BKK - amazing. We will come back for sure!

Clean, unique styling, great pool area, cool heritage listed building attached in courtyard with swanky bar and restaurant inside.

Less youthful than most W hotels. Seemed quite formal everywhere except the pool. Great if you like dressing up nicely to go out and have a drink or two. The bar had very a unusual promotion: “Two (approved) drinks for the price of one during happy hour” When we went to order two of the same cocktail at once however, the response was “sorry you cant order that as there is no sharing allowed”… we tried several times to understand what they meant but couldn’t figure it out and ended up grabbing a cocktail at another bar down the road.

The staff, the food and the amenities were excellent. Pool area was lovely, gym well equipped and the House on Sathorn next door was so beautiful, with delicious food and a gorgeous courtyard. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming and helpful. An absolute asset to the W.

The fact that there’s a curtain instead of a bathroom door on the bathroom. This was a definite downside for giving any privacy to a couple travelling together.

The most amazing experience staying at the W hotel, so much so we changed our flight from the beaches to stay two more nights. Magnificent, welcoming and curated to create the most magical experience for us! We did not want to leave, everything carefully considered and curated by the amazing staff to make your stay an incredible experience. The breakfast buffet is a must! Highly recommend it for a romantic and comfortable stay. The MOST comfortable beds in Thailand. Do yourself a favour and indulge in the luxury of the W, you won't be disappointed.

What I didn’t like was I didn’t stay longer!

Our stay was fantastic--a spacious, quiet, and comfortable room, amenities like a gym (larger and with more equipment than most hotel gyms), and basically between two stops on the BTS (Saint Louis and Chong Nonsi) so getting around the city was a breeze.

The way they dealt with the earthquake was something else. We were so looked after it was amazing. The staff were incredible!
