The ceiling in my dorm was dripping a lot of water to the floor.

Large room spacious.

The shower mechanism. The look and hygiene of the bathroom. The fact that you have very little access to get in and out of the facility. Staff was very shady. my friends came to see me and help me with my bags. and also make sure the hotel was suitable for me. When checking staff accused me of having more then one person in my room. Very rude and judgemental. not very accommodating to foreigners and their understanding

Located on the top floor of a mall, this is a unique experience - the bathrooms look like regular mall bathrooms but they are for Hom customers only. There’s a small window that overlooks a rooftop garden and you can spot the metro go by every now and then and feel a gentle rocking motion sometimes when you’re in bed. The beds are a good size and the fixtures work. The shower is in the room. The staff is kind and helps out when you need them. They have a large kitchen area with essentials and large tables and they make for a nice workspace if you want to catch up on some essential correspondence. The WiFi was good and I got a decent connection even in my room. Lots of eateries around. Lockers are inside the room.

This is not a complaint. Just an observation. This is not your usual backpacker hostel (probably on account of its proximity to the red light district. If you’re looking to meet other backpackers - at least as of October 2025, you won’t mind the regular crowd. This is NOT the hostel’s fault. Most social hostel tend to be either in Khao San road or in Ari.

Excellent facility. I have been staying here for the last several years. A peaceful place and great ambience.
The staff are wonderful and very hospitable. Keep it up.

only lower beds are available - it increases comfort level, climbing up wouldn't be convenient
food court and shopping mall

please consider adding curtains - there is absolutely no privacy if you don't hang towels and other stuff around bed

It was nicely located at Nana, a lively neighborhood, but it was quiet in the room to sleep well.

At the checkout, the lady was a bit weird asking me an indiscreet question. Also, I found a small cockroach at the bathroom.

The location is in the middle of the financial district, so perfectly located. However, you can sleep really well as it‘s not noisy at all.

The hostel is not really social as there were not many people there during my stay. If you look for party, then Khao San Road area is probably better.

Massive bedroom. Lovely big kitchen and outdoor terrace (which we didn't use as we were only staying for one night and departing early in the morning). Wifi seemed fine. Lots of furniture in the room. Location is great. Right next to an MRT stop and loads of restaurants/shops right outside.

The aircon was blowing directly on our faces all night, so we woke up with a sore throat and a cough. The room could have been cleaner, the bathroom wasn't spotless. Found one or two insects that we had to get rid of before bed. Bed was super firm as is to be expected in Thailand in our experience. Location inside a shopping centre is a little bizarre but fine.

We had a room for 4 people. The beds were super comfortable, not the rock hard beds you get in many places. Good bathroom facilities.
Nice garden

Very well kept, common area is excellent, staff is wry helpful.

The staff's friendliness and the cleaning, comfortable beds both in the double and dormitory rooms. The double room is really cozy too!
The dormitory hosts only 4 people for the moment and it makes it perfect and not too crowded.
The air conditioning is really convenient after a sweaty day outside, and it is fully adjustable.
The common areas are very well maintained and cosy.
Despite the very noisy area, the hostel is well insulated and quiet.
The proximity with BTS train station is a plus.

The location is very busy and not for everyone, as it's a kind of red light district, bit didn't face any issue as nobody bothers you if you just pass by.

Everything about my stay here was pleasant. I can’t say anything bad about the staff, location or hostel. I was everything I needed and more

It was a shame the cooking classes wasn’t on when I stayed
