We were a bit off from some of the sights especially during rush hour it took very long to get back and forth

Convenient location upstairs of central embassy and central chiplom, downstairs has eathai which is essentially a Thai supermarket which also has clean street food style kiosks. The toiletries were great, the service was phenomenal.

One of the most amazing experienced I have had in a hotel. The hotel itself is a design masterpiece, the wooden walls and curved lines make you feel like you just stepped into a natural oasis in the middle of the busy Bangkok. The pool, its garden and the view is perfectly designed to match the solar aesthetics. The staff was impeccable, and it just felt as if you were at home. The gym is extremely well equipped and again it has a wonderful view! The breakfast was simply divine, and the breakfast restaurant was designed in such a way that you never wanted to leave. Really an architectural marvel. Bonus: we got a beautiful upgrade to a corner room, request it as the view is worth it!

The hotel was fantastic, and the location was unbelievable. It was very close to a BTS station, which was extremely convenient. Additionally, you could access the mall directly from the 6th floor via the main elevator, which was a great feature. As a smoker, I appreciated the convenience of being able to go straight from my room to level 9 to smoke. Overall, everything was very convenient.

Loved everything! The only thing I found odd: was that every time you enter or exit the hotel, you have to pass through the main reception area, which feels quite narrow due to desks on both sides. It kind of compels you to greet everyone there, which, to be fair, is a nice touch. However, if I had the choice, I’d prefer it to be a bit more private and personal. Maybe I’m just an introvert, but that’s how I feel. I’m sure other people would love the personal attention, though!

Very good location, amazing rooms. Was surprised that lifts are connected with the shopping center, which is very high-end one.

Super expensive breakfast, would say - skip this option at the hotel and go for plenty of amazing breakfast places within 5 minutes walk!

Good location & staffs were good and helpful. The Christmas decor was fabulous. Totally different than traditional red color. The breakfast was really good.

We took 7 rooms and 2 rooms were not ready at check in until 5pm. Also the room i saw in photo was not the room i got. The category was right but the size was much small. One of my family member wanted higher floor but he didn’t get it but one who got didn’t ask for it at booking. They changed his room later in a higher floor and also gave him the room he saw amd booked.

Park Hyatt Bangkok is my go-to hotel. The location (close to Central Embassy) and many shopping malls is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, with calm and serene interior design. The staff are friendly and warm. The pool area is beautiful, and the buffet breakfast is unbeatable.

We loved flowers in our room for our anniversary, Amazing place , clean , friendly environment, location close to all malls and main streets . Mall in sample building as well has supermarket , good restaurants and all shops needed . Honestly we loved it and everything went smooth with them

I think one few extra halal dishes in breakfast menu will be great other wise we loved hotel and for sure we will choose it on our next visit

The location is really nice close to everything and have two malls close to it . The staff really respectful and always smile make you feel you are The only gust there . They really very welcomed . The smell of the rooms were nice makes you feel you are in a spa . The bathrooms got all your needs .

The service and quality of the rooms was as expected for a Park Hyatt brand

Hot water in room takes some time before it gets hot and also a little hard to adjust the water temperature. Shaver in room do not come with shaving cream.

Great stay and wonderful long weekend away. From start to finish the hotel was perfect. Nothing difficult to arrange and very kind and helpful hotel team. Pool area was very relaxing and food and beverages served were terrific - no matter what was ordered.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls.

Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April)

Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very minor things:
- Appliances in the bathroom and some of the finishes on the door handles, decorations are not well down. The gaps and joints can be visually detected.
- I have a very light sleep and sometimes the TukTuks exhausts are so loud you could hear them in the room. (Otherwise the isolation is perfect, you don‘t hear a thing from the outside or other rooms). But ear buds did the trick and I slept like a baby.
