Love the room and facilities of this hotel.

It is situated at the end of National stadium station. About a 5min walk. This sort of makes it a little inconvenient as you have to carry for one stop and change trains and so on. There is also a short walk to eat at other places, although there is a MacDonald’s and 7/11 in the next building for simple things.

The room is large (9/10) and clean (8/10). The hotel has a rooftop bar (8/10). I found the food good (8/10). Overall, it's a bit expensive. The service is typical for Thailand: very good and very friendly (9/10). I would stay here again.

We had to amend our booking because of bad weather from the destination we were coming from. The central reservations team was very understanding and accomodating. Thank you Jirayu! The arrival process was very smooth and the staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious, unfortunately because we only stayed for 1 night we did not get the chance to enjoy the facilities but the pool looked really cool. Breakfast was incredible. There was a wide selection of foods to choose from and the fruits especially the watermelon was so delicious. We went to the rooftop bar and the staff were super kind - shout out to the waiter from Colombia sorry I dont remember his name but he gave us excellent recommendations. If we do ever get a chance to go back to Bangkok this is where we will be staying.

Breakfast is outstanding! The pool area is wonderful, the pool is cold but exactly the right temperature when it’s baking hot in Bangkok. We loved the roof terrace at sunset and the terrace on the ground floor was a great place to relax after breakfast

The lift wait time could be better. The sliding door for the bathroom is also the door to the wardrobe, meaning if you need to use the toilet at night you switch on the wardrobe light!

Staff were always welcoming and helpful. They even noticed my friend’s birthday and gave us a birthday cake to celebrate in our room :) Bottled glass water in room everyday was great. Breakfast variety was extensive and delicious.

Sofa and bed sheet had an unknown insect dropping? Dirt? But it was minor.

We really love the design of the hotel and staff were so kind and helpful! It is close to several facilities, MBK center, some restaurants, Spa, 7-11… Great location!

The room itself was very comfortable as were the bed and pillows. The location is excellent. The concierges were very helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was excellent. We spent six nights here.

Hotel informed me during check in the price is higher than I have in my Booking reservation- they treat 16 yo like an adult. And the second comment - the room wasn’t ready for 3 people. We have to ask to prepare it. We were very tiered after the long flight so it was really annoying.

There was so much to love about this hotel - the room was clean comfortable with an amazing view, the restaurant and bars attached to the hotel were fantastic and all so different, the breakfast was amazing - huge selection and really tasty, the pool area looked great (although we didn’t get chance to go in!)

Literally one tiny thing I would say as an improvement - I would suggest considering a coffee order at breakfast rather than a machine - everything else was super

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff were very kind and upgraded my room to a studio, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel services were outstanding, and everything was well organized and professional. The location is amazing, very convenient and close to shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Location and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The gym is decent and the pool area made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. The roof top bar offers spectacular views of the city. The breakfast buffet was great with different Thai dishes.

Cool design and modern rooms. Best location, convenient to so many attractions like the MBK mall, SkyTrain stop and the cultural center.

Wished for more local cuisine options in the restaurants. Mostly served western food and so we had to dine out to get local experience.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location for shopping at MBK and different Siam Centres. Lots of eating options with a 7/11 very close by. The breakfast is excellent quality and variety and everything is very fresh. The Sky Bar is fantastic with a beautiful pool. The gym is perfect for Travellers.

It was beyond my expectations. Breakfast was top notch, room was clean cozy I love the room staff was very attentive and explained almost all procedures in detail. Friendly environments plus point for me was every single staff understands and speak English, no communication problem at all.

Fabulous breakfast with both Western and Asian style options. Comfiest bed I've had in ages and overall room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and location was ideal. Extra points for giving me a room on the 21st floor. I had a lovely city view and was even able to see New Year's Eve fireworks from the comfort of my room.

A very minor gripe is that housekeeping starts quite early. Make sure to hang up the sign on the door to come back later if you want to sleep in or are having a late breakfast and are coming back to the room afterwards. But this was a very minor thing on an overall fabulous stay.

The hotel was great for our family of 4 (adults). Spacious rooms nicely decorated and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had with so many options to make everyone happy. I would stay there again!

Great location, very friendly staff who helped follow up on our lost luggage (several times!), they cancelled our first night without us having to ask when our flight was delayed. Very kind staff at the desk, restaurant, pool bar and skybar.

The pool was small for such a large hotel and there weren’t very many sun loungers. They also ran out of pool towels for several hours. The bigger issue was that our room had a nearly see-through window between the bedroom and the bathroom, looking directly onto the toilet. Privacy was an issue.

Nice location, near to the bts train station, 5 mins walking to the MBK mall. Hotel was clean, staff were courteous. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. Rooms were clean and room service was awesome. Certainly will come back.
