Very comfortable. Have stayed there before. We were also offered discount at the roof bar and late checkout till 2:00pm

Small issue but a bit irritating. The morning of our departure we did a tour, returning to the hotel about 1:00pm. We found our key card had been cancelled despite our granted late checkout. I went to reception and had the card re-instated. Reception seemed a little unhappy and were keen to ensure we were checking out ‘soon’. Despite the fact they offered the late checkout. We were about to check out as we had to catch a bus back to our cruise but it added a sour note to our otherwise great stay.

Great location. Walk score, 100. Walking distance to MBK night market; shopping centers all around. I felt safe walking at night. Food vendors have awesome eats, and decently priced. National Stadium is the train station, very easy and fastest airport route to the airport link train.

Close to everything shopping malls especially. More nicer and cleaner area. We had studio room and was given upper floor so it was good for the view. Very quiet.

The overall the hotel was great and beautiful just felt the bathroom needs an upgrade.

The location is great for shoppers, the staff is friendly and helpful, the sunset from the poolside or rooftop is awesome. Internet speed ok. The food at the rooftop and at the ground floor cafe/restaurant is just ok, nothing special.

The room furniture, walls, doors and hotel general facilities (i.e. pool side) need an upgrade. The maintenance could be more detail oriented instead of just patching up things that end up noticeable with the naked eye. Rooftop design could be changed to be more chic to match the hotels style instead of the current pink colored style but that is just our own opinion.

Great location, nice staff. There are two 7 Elevens close by, and it is easy to call a taxi/Bolt. Pratunam Night Market is a 30-minute walk. I liked the quirky design, and the room was clean.

The breakfast is unreasonably expensive. The pool was a disappointment as it was very cold. The room only had small lamps but not a big lamp/chandelier, so the room was always half-lit.

What a stay!! This hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are so nice and comfortable. We loved the pool area, such a cool view over the city and a great area to chill and have a few drinks. Staff so super friendly. Rooftop bar also has a great vibe. Good location too. We would definitely stay again when we come to Bangkok.

Would be nice to have a discount on the breakfast, as a guest of the hotel. Or better yet - breakfast included.

The front desk - needs improvement The lady named NAME was very impatient with our special requests considering we booked a total of 8 rooms with an average of 6 nights Imagine our family was paying for an average of 48 room nights on a peak season! Not to mention paying 60,000 baht for NYE She should have been more patient - She was fighting with me. And giving me a very rude look and attitude with my requests I understand that my requests were not easy - however, I was also considering travelling with a 90 year old grandmother who needed extra care She was pissed, she was saying she’s confused, and she started giving me a very rude look. She is not a true hotelier, no service with a smile. If she cannot be patient - she should not be in the front desk. All her colleagues were OK -

Honestly nothing i dislike

It is such a great visual treat to those who appreciate carefully thought of arts and design! My daughters and I loved everything in this hotel. From the spacious room, the breakfast and the lobby, not to mention, they have Malin + Goetz toilettries which I truly love. I've been to TH for 5th time and this hotel is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in this category.

I love this hotel, stayed a year and half ago for a week, that’s why I decided to stay this time again. The room was great, as spacious and comfortable as before. Bed is great! The views from the rooftop bar are so underrated! You can see the whole city, the interior design is so beautiful too and the staff is so nice. The food, so many options, no struggle to find something even if you have strict diet restrictions like me.

The shower wasn’t really working. To get into it was a bit tough, specially for people with mobility problems. If I was staying for longer would’ve asked to change the room

There is a deposit that you need to pay. Such information was new for me when we checked in. During the check out you do not receive any confirmation that the deposit from your card will be withdrawn (noone is checking the room in terms of mini bar etc) so you are leaving the hotel with only verbal information that if the room is ok we will return the money up to 2 weeks after the check out. After leaving i had to write to the hotel as payment was not returned. I received money around a month after the check out and only because i wrote to the hotel…. Situation like this cause lack of trust, so probably i will not be returning to this hotel next time Im in Bangkok although the hotel has a very nice standard.

Friendly. Clean and very organised. Bee was Always very helpful as were all the staff. Close to beach. Very relaxing atmosphere.

There were no dislikes. I found everything very comfortable. If you have a problem the staff will resolve it very quickly as I had a leak in bathroom. Resolved immediately.

We love staying at Siam@Siam. This is our second time, and definitely not the last! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day and had drinks and appetizers overlooking the sunset. They gave us a great table, even without a reservation, on Christmas Eve. The gym has an awesome Smith machine!!

Pool water is icy cold as the sun does not shine there. Gym is 24 hour access but it’s bad for those staying on heritage floor. Heard someone dropping heavy weights on the floor repeatedly from midnight to past 1am. Maybe they don’t know there are rooms right below them.

The staff members are excellent - they even helped receive a courier package for me (3;weeks before I was due to arrive, due to a miscomm by the sender) and Concierge kept it safe for me until my arrival. Location was also very good for the purpose of my visit. BTS station (National Stadium) is a quick 2 mins walk away. Rooms are spacious and very clean - comfy beds and pillows.

It seemed like one of the female staff at TAAN restaurant didn’t like when I asked if I could take a look inside of the restaurant because if it was what I was looking for then I might have a dinner there during my next stay. However, she let me in to take a peek inside.
