Siam@Siam Design Hotel, Bangkok

Great location, very friendly staff who helped follow up on our lost luggage (several times!), they cancelled our first night without us having to ask when our flight was delayed. Very kind staff at the desk, restaurant, pool bar and skybar.

The pool was small for such a large hotel and there weren’t very many sun loungers. They also ran out of pool towels for several hours. The bigger issue was that our room had a nearly see-through window between the bedroom and the bathroom, looking directly onto the toilet. Privacy was an issue.

Nice location, near to the bts train station, 5 mins walking to the MBK mall. Hotel was clean, staff were courteous. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. Rooms were clean and room service was awesome. Certainly will come back.

Traffic was a nightmare especially if we want to go out we had to call the taxi at least 25-30 minutes before the we plan to go because the hotel is located on the main road with no you turn. So sometimes the it was difficult to get taxi on time.

Only thing is that the AC was a bit loud in the room.

Beautiful hotel with lovely furnishings. Breakfast is a must - honey dripping from the honeycomb. There was literally nothing missing. Superb infinity pool on 11th floor and excellent rooftop bar with fab views.

the hotel is comfortable, breakfast is very good. WIFI very effective. A.C. very efficient. Chk in-chk out -very fast.

TV-not a smart tv. Lighting in the room - not enough especially in the entrance area where the air conditioning control is installed. Toiletries and towels - could be improved.

Perfect location and exactly the kind of place we needed. Great food, lovely pool and bars and the staff were all incredibly welcoming.

Need more Thai food options at chim chim restaurant and paradise lost. Lacking entertainment on a Friday and Saturday night used to have a band which would be nice. Would also bring more revenue to the hotel

This was our second stay here, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very impressive. The staff were all lovely from the attendants out the front, to the concierge to the staff at Chim Chim restaurant. Great location too, very close to MBK and is walkable to CentralWorld.

The staff is helpful and lovely, ready to help with anything that you need. I also like the location of the hotel. Also the newly remodeled pool area was wonderful.

The room was spacious and clean with a view of National Stadium. The breakfast had a lot of choice. While the water temperature was a bit nippy, the pool and the lounging area were great. Wifi was perfect. I had to work from the room and had no issues with video calls.

As it was a connected room, there wasn't enough sound insulation with the next room; I kept hearing noise from the adjacent room. While very good, the breakfast was mainly a continental offering; I would have appreciated more Asian and fruit offerings.

Room was at the side of football stadium. It’s not suspected, when you are waked up at 7 am with music because of sport event.

The personnel was very kind and caring. The ambiance is very comfortable and beautiful.

Only con for a 5* hotel no youtube & Netflix app on TV. Reported issue to concierge unfortunately no feedback from the duty manager.

This is our second time in this hotel. We loved its breakfast and location nearby almost everything just walking away.

Location, style, staff and room with a great views

Some construction work at pool but minor inconvenience

The room exceeded expectations. An amazing chocolate tray on arrival room spotless, checking in was easy and breakfast sensational. The bed was large and linen good quality. What was excellent is, we left later that night and the hotel has a change and shower room they provided after our day in Bangkok that we used before our flight home. The roof top bar, all staff and concierges were fantastic.
