love the service, facilities etc. especially the concierge service, since we have quite a few parcels sent to the hotel

Great location, cool design, friendly staff and loved the onsite restaurant Chim Chim which caters for plant based and gluten free diets. Lovely wine too! Enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening drinks.

Room decor and bathrooms need a bit of an update and refurb to match the ambiance and quality of the downstairs lobby and accompanying restaurant.

Great staff, location good, comfortable clean rooms well maintained by lovely housekeeper. The pool area is very nice and also the rooftop bar. O

One area for improvement is breakfast, the seating arrangements at breakfast are not great, quite a small area busy most of the time, food quality is average, coffee poor and the Thai tea I was given was not authentic and not nice. I would recommend anyone to stay at the hotel but skip breakfast, better go find a local Thai breakfast.

Amazing staff - everywhere! Very accommodating. Very high levels of cleanliness and the best desserts! Mango sticky rice crumble and Matca lava cake divine!

We were asked to leave a deposit which is a standard procedure so I'm not opposed to it but a month after checking out I still haven't received it back despite chasing for it twice now - this should not happen, I keep being told that the hotel asked the bank to release it but there is nothing happening which really dampens the stay as it made it 25% more expensive on my side - would have chosen a different hotel for the same price so this is leaving a very sour taste on what otherwise has been a pleasant stay.

Lovely facilities. Unique for the traveler who likes FUN DECOR. Location was great!! You can get anywhere from it. Jim Thompson House was a destination again and it’s around the corner.

The room and bed were big and comfortable. The rooftop bar was amazing (our friends that live in Bangkok said it was one of the best they'd been to). The pool was lovely - cold but welcome on a hot day! ChimChim was great for Western snacks. Great location, easily accessible by various modes of transport and within walking distance of Jim Thompson's house and a street with loads of food options.

Breakfast was very expensive. We paid for the buffet - sat down at 10.15am but nobody told us it would stop being served at 10.30 which was extremely disappointing. We complained to the cafe staff who were apologetic and brought us coffee, but when we complained to reception they said there was nothing they could do. We then complained via Booking.com and were refunded one of the breakfasts and received an apologetic email so we feel it was resolved- just something to look out for if you're planning to pay for breakfast!

Incredible location close to the university/ shopping district, beautiful rooms and the decor and art in the rooftop bar/cafe/ reception was fabulous. Have already recommended to my family and friends! Particularly Loved the pool and rooftop bar with panoramic views and the pastries and drinks in the cafe were amazing. We enjoyed the Lunar new year celebrations that had been organised during our stay- it made it really special

The breakfast is great and caters for those with special dietary needs. Gluten free options and plant based milks available. The best things about this hotel are the lovely staff, the central location to Siam shopping districts and the fab restaurant downstairs, Chim Chim. The food was delicious and many plant based options too which was amazing!

The rooms and the bathrooms need a bit of a decor update to modernise a little. But still very comfortable and did not detract from our stay!

Small issue but a bit irritating. The morning of our departure we did a tour, returning to the hotel about 1:00pm. We found our key card had been cancelled despite our granted late checkout. I went to reception and had the card re-instated. Reception seemed a little unhappy and were keen to ensure we were checking out ‘soon’. Despite the fact they offered the late checkout. We were about to check out as we had to catch a bus back to our cruise but it added a sour note to our otherwise great stay.

Great location. Walk score, 100. Walking distance to MBK night market; shopping centers all around. I felt safe walking at night. Food vendors have awesome eats, and decently priced. National Stadium is the train station, very easy and fastest airport route to the airport link train.

The overall the hotel was great and beautiful just felt the bathroom needs an upgrade.

The location is great for shoppers, the staff is friendly and helpful, the sunset from the poolside or rooftop is awesome. Internet speed ok. The food at the rooftop and at the ground floor cafe/restaurant is just ok, nothing special.

The room furniture, walls, doors and hotel general facilities (i.e. pool side) need an upgrade. The maintenance could be more detail oriented instead of just patching up things that end up noticeable with the naked eye. Rooftop design could be changed to be more chic to match the hotels style instead of the current pink colored style but that is just our own opinion.

Great location, nice staff. There are two 7 Elevens close by, and it is easy to call a taxi/Bolt. Pratunam Night Market is a 30-minute walk. I liked the quirky design, and the room was clean.

The breakfast is unreasonably expensive. The pool was a disappointment as it was very cold. The room only had small lamps but not a big lamp/chandelier, so the room was always half-lit.

What a stay!! This hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are so nice and comfortable. We loved the pool area, such a cool view over the city and a great area to chill and have a few drinks. Staff so super friendly. Rooftop bar also has a great vibe. Good location too. We would definitely stay again when we come to Bangkok.

Would be nice to have a discount on the breakfast, as a guest of the hotel. Or better yet - breakfast included.

The front desk - needs improvement The lady named NAME was very impatient with our special requests considering we booked a total of 8 rooms with an average of 6 nights Imagine our family was paying for an average of 48 room nights on a peak season! Not to mention paying 60,000 baht for NYE She should have been more patient - She was fighting with me. And giving me a very rude look and attitude with my requests I understand that my requests were not easy - however, I was also considering travelling with a 90 year old grandmother who needed extra care She was pissed, she was saying she’s confused, and she started giving me a very rude look. She is not a true hotelier, no service with a smile. If she cannot be patient - she should not be in the front desk. All her colleagues were OK -

Honestly nothing i dislike

It is such a great visual treat to those who appreciate carefully thought of arts and design! My daughters and I loved everything in this hotel. From the spacious room, the breakfast and the lobby, not to mention, they have Malin + Goetz toilettries which I truly love. I've been to TH for 5th time and this hotel is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in this category.

I love this hotel, stayed a year and half ago for a week, that’s why I decided to stay this time again. The room was great, as spacious and comfortable as before. Bed is great! The views from the rooftop bar are so underrated! You can see the whole city, the interior design is so beautiful too and the staff is so nice. The food, so many options, no struggle to find something even if you have strict diet restrictions like me.

The shower wasn’t really working. To get into it was a bit tough, specially for people with mobility problems. If I was staying for longer would’ve asked to change the room
