The location is awesome and after 5 stays there we discovered you have a shower room to use before getting on the plane, we will now stay there every time and great service

The property is beautiful and clean. Really close to MBK and Discovery Siam.

The hotel was very neat and clean and it was a nice place to stay at ,the breakfast was good.

The design style of the rooms and public spaces is colourful and vibrant. The rooms and facilities are clean, the staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing with a comprehensive range of delicious food. I initially thought the bed felt too firm, but I slept well every night.

The pillows could have been better, and I would have liked more Thai options in the restaurant.

Only ting I didn’t like was the noise from the AC, it was loud. Also, the way the reception process payments is a hassle, they had my card details but didn’t let me charge breakfast to the room. But really minor issue and not worth paying attention to as a guest.

the breakfast restaurant & roof top bar have focused too much on looking trendy and not enough on function. So while the food and drinks are great the seats/tables are awful, very uncomfortable so staying for longer than a quick coffee or drink is not enjoyable. Doesn't make you want to stay and enjoy. Check in staff were so so.

It was all great. The only thing would be if the gym had no music as the choice of music playing was loud and off-putting.

Unique design

Everything about the property is great. Central location, close to the malls and shopping. The pool was great and perfect depth. The breakfast options were amazing. The bar is great, great selection of spirita and cocktails. Amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

While the hotel exceeded our expectations in most of the aspects, its a bit dark in the corriders. I understand it is the theme and the design of the hotel, it is just not my own personal preference as I like the corriders light and bright. The lifts can get really busy at times.

Next time would pay the extra and have a separate shower rather than one over the bath- for the price I paid would have expected that.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near MBK and the National Stadium BTS station. The staff are very polite and kind, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants to enjoy shopping in Bangkok.

Very good location, amazing people

The hotel is centrally located 5 minutes walk to MBK and 15 minutes walk to Siam paragon or central world shopping centers. You have 7/11 just two minutes from the hotel. The pool at the hotel is great. The breakfast is really good with very nice variety. The staff are excellent especially Fah and Au.

Perfect location ever near to the all important malls and restaurants in the town. Room is spacious enough to accommodate all of us and languages. Amazing swimming pool with great view

We had previously stayed here 8 years ago and enjoyed it so much then we decided to stay again. All the public spaces have been redone and are modern and vibrant. The rooms are large comfortable and clean. We love the location of the hotel being walking distance to MBK and the other shopping centres. National Stadium Station is also close to catch the BTS anywhere. Breakfast is also great with good variety. We also tried Chim Chim for drinks and dinner which did not disappoint and Paradise Lost for the evening happy hour. Would be happy to stay again.

The staff are incredibly friendly, great with kids. The facilities are great, even 8 years after my first visit it’s still really well put together. Location is prime to a great way street, night market and the plethora of malls. Easily best value in the area. For those who struggle to find a great coffee, you’ll be spoilt for choice as the cafe on-site is fantastic but a few great options nearby also

Couldn’t fault it if I tried

Nicely designed room, clean gym, conveniently located (walking distance to BTS, MBK, Siam Discovery, etc), and a short drive to Platinum Mall. The view at the roof top bar was pretty and it had nice pink round tables - could have used my laptop, read a book or write my journal, if I had gone up earlier.

All is good.

Location is non negotiable. It was excellent location

The bidets it’s need to be change it’s leaking..
