Liked- helpful staff, clean large room, large bed, breakfast and location to mbk. Rooftop bar, Able to use shower room between check out and airport taxi

Disliked- bedside socket too close to side table so could not use plug! Had to buy Thai plug, not good design. I think there may be electrical fault top of curtain in room 1404, top right hand side as small spark when opened curtain

Great location, wonderful staff and facilities! Lovely breakfast in Chim Chim, the pool was great for an afternoon dip and the rooftop cherry on top! Highly recommend! Oh and only 5 minute walk to Banthat Thong Road which is a road full of restaurants and food vendors! Recommended by the staff! Also only 5 minute walk to Jim Thompson house which was cool!

very nice hotel, nice facilities, nice location, staff are very hospitable and respectful. however, there are limited number of elevators that are really very very slow.

Initially had a problem with the room and the staff handled it very professionally and moved me to a different suite. That room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Decent selection to choose from. Great view from the rooftop bar. The pool area is fairly small, but nice. No real amenities for kids. Overall, a pretty good wxperiwnce.

the staff was really nice, the rooms big and close to the shopping hub. unlike most places, the breakfast was really good, with a lot of variety.

Amazing views from the roof top bar. Room was huge and clean and comfortable. Especially the pillows. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and understanding as it is my first time visiting Bangkok.

Perfect breakfast option ( also few gluten free options ). Pool on the 11th floor with lovely views. Hotel is truly a design peace. One of the amazing services is an option to entry the bathroom parts at the hotel after check out ( without any fees - if you have a later flight, you can prepare yourself at the bathroom and return the keys after your shower at the reception desk).

The music in the main restaurant is way too load for all meals even breakfast.

Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS, yet the surroundings are quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest. I asked the receptionist to assist with paying for and holding a parcel while I was out, and they were very friendly and helpful—the whole process went smoothly!

It’s a great location close to MBK shopping centre, close to the BTS station. Breakfast was great a lot of choices. Housekeeping was amazing they always clean our room, give us a new stuff everyday

The property is near to all the main mall. Rooms are beautiful and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and all went well.

Great location. Amazing staff. The air conditioning is definitely noisy, but I solved the problem by switching it off. Overall, I’m happy with this hotel, and I would come back.

Food is massively overpriced but everything else amazing! Dealt with the earthquake aftermath brilliantly!

Everything was great, especially the staff and the breakfast! It was also a special case, but during the earthquake we were looked after excellently, which is absolutely not a matter of course and made this drastic experience a little more “pleasant”. Special praise to the cooks from the restaurant on the first floor, who we joined during the evacuation.

Beautiful pool, roof top bar with 360 view over Bangkok, acceptable cocktail prices during happy hour, great location for shopping (5 min away from Siam centers), spacy and stylish corner room with bathrobes, slippers and everything you need, great view from the room, window door to the bathroom is available

Corner room has actually only one window to enjoy the view, another window is always closed behind wooden curtains.

I would like to thank every staff working in this beautiful hotel, would definitely be back. They greeted us every day with a smile. Very helpful and awesome hospitality. 100/10 hotel. Highly recommend

Pretty much everything : Nice room, perfectly clean and calm, good location near BTS station, pleasant staff, decent enough gym (although would have been nice to have more modern machines with integrated heart monitors), nice swimming pool. Breakfast excellent, even if not cheap.

The decor was pleasing. Excellent service. Food was very good.

They arranged a private boat temple tour for me. The tour guide took me to the temples but also to a gem factory where I was left with a high pressure sales person. Wasted an hour of the tour and uncomfortable because I was not interested in purchasing gems.

The taps in the bathroom shower where stiff to switch one and needed a bit more of clean and the pool tiles needed clean near the jacuzzi

love the service, facilities etc. especially the concierge service, since we have quite a few parcels sent to the hotel

Great location, cool design, friendly staff and loved the onsite restaurant Chim Chim which caters for plant based and gluten free diets. Lovely wine too! Enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening drinks.

Room decor and bathrooms need a bit of an update and refurb to match the ambiance and quality of the downstairs lobby and accompanying restaurant.

Great staff, location good, comfortable clean rooms well maintained by lovely housekeeper. The pool area is very nice and also the rooftop bar. O

One area for improvement is breakfast, the seating arrangements at breakfast are not great, quite a small area busy most of the time, food quality is average, coffee poor and the Thai tea I was given was not authentic and not nice. I would recommend anyone to stay at the hotel but skip breakfast, better go find a local Thai breakfast.

Amazing staff - everywhere! Very accommodating. Very high levels of cleanliness and the best desserts! Mango sticky rice crumble and Matca lava cake divine!

We were asked to leave a deposit which is a standard procedure so I'm not opposed to it but a month after checking out I still haven't received it back despite chasing for it twice now - this should not happen, I keep being told that the hotel asked the bank to release it but there is nothing happening which really dampens the stay as it made it 25% more expensive on my side - would have chosen a different hotel for the same price so this is leaving a very sour taste on what otherwise has been a pleasant stay.

Lovely facilities. Unique for the traveler who likes FUN DECOR. Location was great!! You can get anywhere from it. Jim Thompson House was a destination again and it’s around the corner.

The room and bed were big and comfortable. The rooftop bar was amazing (our friends that live in Bangkok said it was one of the best they'd been to). The pool was lovely - cold but welcome on a hot day! ChimChim was great for Western snacks. Great location, easily accessible by various modes of transport and within walking distance of Jim Thompson's house and a street with loads of food options.

Breakfast was very expensive. We paid for the buffet - sat down at 10.15am but nobody told us it would stop being served at 10.30 which was extremely disappointing. We complained to the cafe staff who were apologetic and brought us coffee, but when we complained to reception they said there was nothing they could do. We then complained via Booking.com and were refunded one of the breakfasts and received an apologetic email so we feel it was resolved- just something to look out for if you're planning to pay for breakfast!
