Siam@Siam Design Hotel, Bangkok

Very nice Hotel in great location. Parking was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from parking, reception, restaurant and bar staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Room was very quiet. Hotel is Extremely close to great shopping. Convenient for BTS Line only a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very good. My wife and I had a lovely evening with food and drinks at the "Paradise Lost" Rooftop Bar, and our Waitress "Pan" was exceptionally nice and helpful. The Bar Staff (Rooftop & Chim Chim) do an excellent Negroni. Overall a lovely stay.

The room could do with a bit more lighting in the evening, a little bit dim lighting. Romantic, but not great for a wife applying her warpaint for a night out. LOL. Apart from that, certainly no other issues, everything was fine.

We return to SIam@Siam Design Hotel in Bangkok every year for 2 1/2 weeks. The rooms are cleverly artistic, large and complete with all needs. We always include the excellent breakfast as well. The hotel is just a few minutes from the BTS sky train, which gives you access to most tourist attractions. We are able to walk to Saim Paragon, Jim Thompson Silk Museum, and MBK mall. The wonderful staff makes this hotel our favorite in Thailand!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff incredible. Very friendly, nice and willing to help. I originally had an issue with my booking but they sorted it immediately. (My fault not theirs but they were super helpful). Extremely clean, room cleaned every day, bedding changed sometimes too. Pool and gym great conditions. Air con was great.

I think their rooftop bar, although has incredible views of the city is a bit expensive.

Very welcoming Reception Staff. Highly stylised Hotel but it works. Loud colour schemes and garish designs but it all melds together. Lovely infinity pool on 11th floor adjacent to a large gym ( with not a lot of equipment). Great rooftop bar and snack food site which is reasonably priced. Good location.

Beautiful property that is clean, staff cordial, and beautifully designed. It’s located a sky train ride away to most everything.

Always happy to be back, friendly as always. The new pool area looks good.

Elevators can be slow but as expected .

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view. The pool on the 11th floor was quite an experience and the rooftop bar on the 25th floor was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options

Love the room and facilities of this hotel.

It is situated at the end of National stadium station. About a 5min walk. This sort of makes it a little inconvenient as you have to carry for one stop and change trains and so on. There is also a short walk to eat at other places, although there is a MacDonald’s and 7/11 in the next building for simple things.

The room is large (9/10) and clean (8/10). The hotel has a rooftop bar (8/10). I found the food good (8/10). Overall, it's a bit expensive. The service is typical for Thailand: very good and very friendly (9/10). I would stay here again.

We had to amend our booking because of bad weather from the destination we were coming from. The central reservations team was very understanding and accomodating. Thank you Jirayu! The arrival process was very smooth and the staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious, unfortunately because we only stayed for 1 night we did not get the chance to enjoy the facilities but the pool looked really cool. Breakfast was incredible. There was a wide selection of foods to choose from and the fruits especially the watermelon was so delicious. We went to the rooftop bar and the staff were super kind - shout out to the waiter from Colombia sorry I dont remember his name but he gave us excellent recommendations. If we do ever get a chance to go back to Bangkok this is where we will be staying.

Breakfast is outstanding! The pool area is wonderful, the pool is cold but exactly the right temperature when it’s baking hot in Bangkok. We loved the roof terrace at sunset and the terrace on the ground floor was a great place to relax after breakfast

The lift wait time could be better. The sliding door for the bathroom is also the door to the wardrobe, meaning if you need to use the toilet at night you switch on the wardrobe light!

Staff were always welcoming and helpful. They even noticed my friend’s birthday and gave us a birthday cake to celebrate in our room :) Bottled glass water in room everyday was great. Breakfast variety was extensive and delicious.

Sofa and bed sheet had an unknown insect dropping? Dirt? But it was minor.

We really love the design of the hotel and staff were so kind and helpful! It is close to several facilities, MBK center, some restaurants, Spa, 7-11… Great location!

The room itself was very comfortable as were the bed and pillows. The location is excellent. The concierges were very helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was excellent. We spent six nights here.

Hotel informed me during check in the price is higher than I have in my Booking reservation- they treat 16 yo like an adult. And the second comment - the room wasn’t ready for 3 people. We have to ask to prepare it. We were very tiered after the long flight so it was really annoying.

There was so much to love about this hotel - the room was clean comfortable with an amazing view, the restaurant and bars attached to the hotel were fantastic and all so different, the breakfast was amazing - huge selection and really tasty, the pool area looked great (although we didn’t get chance to go in!)

Literally one tiny thing I would say as an improvement - I would suggest considering a coffee order at breakfast rather than a machine - everything else was super

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff were very kind and upgraded my room to a studio, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel services were outstanding, and everything was well organized and professional. The location is amazing, very convenient and close to shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Location and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The gym is decent and the pool area made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. The roof top bar offers spectacular views of the city. The breakfast buffet was great with different Thai dishes.
