The service and quality of the rooms was as expected for a Park Hyatt brand

Hot water in room takes some time before it gets hot and also a little hard to adjust the water temperature. Shaver in room do not come with shaving cream.

The staff were extremely courteous, the location perfect, rooms very comfortable and clean, spa experience was amazing and the food was great. Overall very satisfied with my stay, wonderful experience.

Great stay and wonderful long weekend away. From start to finish the hotel was perfect. Nothing difficult to arrange and very kind and helpful hotel team. Pool area was very relaxing and food and beverages served were terrific - no matter what was ordered.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls. Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April) Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very minor things: - Appliances in the bathroom and some of the finishes on the door handles, decorations are not well down. The gaps and joints can be visually detected. - I have a very light sleep and sometimes the TukTuks exhausts are so loud you could hear them in the room. (Otherwise the isolation is perfect, you don‘t hear a thing from the outside or other rooms). But ear buds did the trick and I slept like a baby.

Property is in a great location. Hotel offers everything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was amazing. Daily breakfast was yummy. Will highly recommend.

Her dedication to customer service was evident from the moment we checked in. She took the time to provide us with valuable tips for exploring the city, which made our sightseeing adventures much smoother and more enjoyable. Diana's warm hospitality and genuine care for guests truly set the Park Hyatt Bangkok apart. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to the highest standards of quality and comfort. We enjoyed peaceful nights of restful sleep in the plush bedding, and waking up to the breathtaking views of the city skyline. Additionally, the dining experience at the hotel surpassed our expectations. The room is so spacious and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bed ia the best! Breakfast amazing. Pool and poolside lounges are so cool. I didn’t want to leave the pool area.

The swimming pool was bit small

The room was very comfortable and the surrounding view attractive. The breakfast and accompanying service were beyond our expectations. Besides an excellent spread the ala carte Menü allowed us to eat almost anything we wanted. The waiting staff were amazing, not only responding promptly but also remembering our needs. The pool was lovely but the gym could do with a couple more machines. Central Embassy adjacent to the hotel and the nearby Ploenchit BST station accessible by an attached walkway were pleasant surprises.

Mattress was very bad quality. The toilet seat was not heated. For this reason booking at Waldorf Astoria this time.

Amazing building, beautiful interior, staff is the friendliest you could ever imagine. The pool area was outstanding. The roof top bar excellent.

If I really have to come up with something to improve it would be the gym that could be better equipped and the breakfast that could have more variety. But these are nothing compared to the positives of this hotel.

Location amazing! Breakfast amazing! (Staff attentive and remembered my coffee order each day) Room was spacious, clean, modern and minimalistic - perfect for two friends sharing large double twins. Concierge went ALL OUT to help be it book things or get transport for us. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed staying here.

Music by the pool same as the restaurant (lobby style music) - the pool needs more beat and atmosphere!

Staffs are friendly and nice. The lobby attendants were pleasant and helpful especially getting us the taxi to the sightseeing place by negotiating fares at reasonable price for us.

The access to the outdoor swimming poor is a bit weird as I had to walk through tables at the restaurant to get into the swimming pool and back. Not sure whether it was a normal access but anyway people in the restaurant let me walk back and forth in that passage.

The hotel is extremely clean, modern looking, simply beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming

The Staff service was fantastic. They even noted that its my birthday and arrange a tart for me. The breakfast was fabulous and nice. The room is comfy and spacious with gorgeous view.

I have only 1 thing that i am not happy with is the effort to get to my room from the ground floor. I have to first get to the lobby area to switch another lift to my room level and I have do a long walk to my room
