Hotel Luxx XL, Bangkok

The room was spacious and have three individual washrooms and two bedrooms at a very good deal. Low density building. Nice and modern design.

The lightings were a bit too dim in the room even when we turned on all the lights. The electronic lock was also broken on our last night of stay so the hotel staff have to give us a physical key to lock the room

The room was modern, nice and quiet with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It was conveniently located for Lumpini Park and the sky train. Helpful staff and the ability to pay extra and check in early as our flight arrived 8am.

Number of eating options nearby was limited, no breakfast or laundry.

Hotel was in a good location with easy access to shopping and park areas, can easily get a grab, TukTuk or go to the BTS station around 5 mins away, the room was very comfortable and the process of check in was very quick.

The bathtub and shower needs reworking as when you have a shower the water goes out of the bathtub onto the shower floor making it very slippery, there is also now hairdryer in the room

I loved the location of this hotel as it felt like a little oasis away from the city, whilst being in the heart of things. Very comfy bed, amazing soundproofing, friendly and efficient. Cute design touches. Our room overlooked pool side and looked straight out onto the trees - barely like being in the city. You can get to the shopping at the end of the road, Lumpini park even closer and there's good food too in the complex opposite.

The wifi was not good at all. Not good enough to work on, but if, wifi is just using smartphone etc, or like us you have an alternative option you can work from - no problem. It would not stop me returning. I loved this place!

All the staff were amazing and so helpfull. We did have an issue associated with the building works that were going on when we stayed and the staff did everything they could to help. Ideal hotel for a short trip, rooms are nice and big enough. Balconies could do with a chair or two.

Shame they dont have a bar or coffee shop. Pool area was not clean and couldn't really use it. Hopefully this is not normal and due to construction work.

Location was great. Close to shops and restaurants and spas. As it was off the main road property was quiet. Beds were comfy and rooms are clean. Staff were helpful.

There was renovations to the property when i was there and i was not informed. The air con in my room was not working when i was there and i had to switch rooms on the last night. Wifi signal was spotty.

The swimming poor. Pool furniture and pool are not clean. Other than that, we were happy.

The A/C was really loud, we had to sleep with oropax. And the shower was not really well.

The hotel is 3 stars, not 4, the facilities are old, bathrooms are not very clean.

The location is excellent right in the heart of Bangkok near Lumpini park with plenty of food options nearby. But far enough off the road to keep the rooms quiet. Lots of plugs in the right places. The library and the video library in the lobby were nice too.

It's a bit run down. Carpets in the hall and grouting could be updated. A proper bolt for the door as well would have made me feel more secure. But I was comfortable. My room really wasn't set up for working. A stool rather than a chair. Directions on how to use the TV would have been great.

The staff tried their best to accommodate all my requests. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. I preferred the wooden interior and wooden floor of this place instead of carpets and flashy new stuff all over. Elegantly designed decoration and quiet neighborhood. Free coffee and tea in common lounge area was nice. Laundry was available with a small cost.

The facility is a little old that there has been a little smell from the toilette. It was ignorable and bearable in consideration of the atmosphere and great service of the staff.

Excellent location. Beautiful pool. Very comfortable room with plenty of storage for our things. Complimentary tea and coffee and guest lounge area was fantastic for relaxing.

Didn’t know which were hot and cold twos on the shower. Finally worked it out but it was hard to know because the hot water took some time to start.

The shower in our room was a little leaky. The overall space in main areas (passages, lift and light fixtures) could do with some extra cleaning.

Rooms are very comfortable, great beds. For a short stay it was ideal. Location is great - short walk to lots of chic cafes and bars, and the park is a short stroll away.

Located in the centre area of Bangkok, just 10-15 minutes to Ratchprasong area. Staff very kind and helpful. Even it's located in the centre but the environment quite calm and quiet. Room is good as the picture.

Bath look a bit old and water can somehow getting out of the bath.

The staffs are polite and nice. The bed and environment are comfortable and clean. Good connection with the wifi, unlike other hotel in Bangkok. The location is okay, easy to find but need to walk for 10 mins from the BTS. and there's a massage & spa next to the hotel.

The construction were remaining, heard noisy every morning. The bathroom is clean but no hand shower there, not that convenient for showering. The shampoo provided is too dry and no conditioner is given. Wish there'll be one.

Location was great near Lumphini park and Sukhumvit area. Surprising quiet off a short cul-de-sac. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Lovely pool area. Large bedroom with balcony.

The location for this hotel is not really convenience. We have to walk around 10-15 minutes central world or metro station. So it is better to call taxi when go out. Also the room is quite dark.

not really like the bath design, especially they use the sliding door instead of wall to separate the room and the bathroom. there is space between the bath pool and the sliding door, and the water stuck in there after shower, it also causes the smells.

Great value for money, rooms are athletically pleasing. I contacted in advance to arrange early check in from 8am and the staff offered this at a really reasonably additional fee. Was great that they were so flexible.

Would love if they offered a breakfast. I ended up just ordering Grab food deliveries for breakfast when I didn't feel like going out.

The rooms were excellent and the pool peaceful. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent with several great choices of restaurant and MRT access nearby.

There's no onsite restaurant or kitchen; the excellent room service was fetched in from who knows where. There was a plug socket on only one side of the bed which meant that devices had to be charged on the other side of the room.

location was good. pretty much walking distance to eating areas & shopping malls very quiet place love the staff very courteous & very helpful! I would again stay at LUXX hotel! I highly recommend this hotel! (just some little touches of flowers in the lobby would make a difference) just a suggestion!

It’s sufficiently “luxurious“, central in location , near facilities (other than good street side seafood stall type food), near enough to a cafe/starbucks & reasonable walk to the BTS.

Maybe up the game with better in-room coffee ala nespresso type coffee
