breakfast is nice

Location is very traffic during rush hour

Clean and well maintained room, very nice gym, good value

Ac is a bit noisy, hotel a bit away from the cool stuff but very easy reachable from the airports

I walked into the hotel it's beautiful reception area . The staff was prompt and i got into the the room on time

It is a clean facility . it's very comfortable a true 5 star hotel

Location , taxis required to go anywhere , no other restaurants or bars around , probably 2.5 K to a lively area

The property is in a great position, very handy to the metro and great for taxi pickup. The hotel manager Martin Hurley is very attentive and has excellent customer service skills. We needed some advice and he literally went above and beyond to the help us. We booked the hotel again at the end of the holiday as we loved it so much. The room sizes are very generous and had excellent decor.

Very very nice hotel around a ten minute walk from makkasan station. All staff were exceptional as was the room and facilities. So nice to go back to a decent hotel after a day in the heat and noise of Bangkok. Would recommend. Big thankyou to all of you staff who made my stay very comfortable

Bit off the main drag compared to where we’ve stayed before

The reception staff were unhelpful. I stayed for 10 days, and they wouldn't even let me check out until 2 PM. I've never experienced such treatment in any of the hotels I've stayed in.

The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the bar, the gym was amazing it had more than enough and was way more equipped than most hotels in Thailand. every other hotel I stayed at I was disappointed in comparison.

The only downside was the bar closes too early as I wanted to socialize in my hotel that wasn’t a thing.

The gym, spa and sauna was awesome. The concierge was helpful. Was able to store our bags and use the facilities to have a shower.

Lancaster hotel was beautiful. The pictures online doesn’t do it justice. We would have liked a larger hot tub, since it only seats 4 people. And the pool was too cold for my kids.

I can’t complain too much, Lancaster was beautiful. However, in the bathroom I took a picture of the AC and there was mold. They could have done better to clean it.

The room was absolutely perfect for us (family with two small children). It was a lot more spacious than I imagined based on the photos and virtual tour. The price of the room was certainly not too high. The staff was super friendly and as we arrived with an early flight they let us in to our room way earlier than normal (free of charge).

Nothing really. Only comment would be that the price for dinner and room service is on the higher end for what you get.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Beautiful, great pool, view, room, and smells amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It may be a little further way from the bigger attractions. But for the value and caliber I feel it was worth every penny.

Lovely old school kind of 5 star hotel. The service was outstanding, the staff were amazing and the facilities were great.

Nothing much to dislike, my only comment would be for any smokers, the smoking facilities didn’t fit the 5 star standard.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent service throughout. near public transport.

No other restaurants near by.

The hotel had great staff and amenities, with the restaurants being great with a fair price.

The location is further away from the things you want to do. There is a public transit line, but it wasn't safe to walk for my family of kids, so we need to take a cab everywhere. If you don't have young kids or disabilities you would be ok with public transport.

We love the facade of the hotel and facilities. We love how close the walk is to the train lines. Staffs are very pleasant. Welcome drinks’ refreshing and great. We love the design of the room and structure of the room. Kids and adults - we love our space with a common living area for some chats and some fun. Toilet and shower space is very comfortable.

Temperature of the shower is inconsistent. Cold and hot water switches every now and then causing concerns for shower, especially for my young kids.

The executive suite room was huge and very well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Also had club lounge access which was great for drinks and light snacks and also made the check in and check out experience a lot smoother.

Clean and good choice of breakfast and stuff are friendly. The hotel also close to MRT and also link to BTS train.

Inside the bedroom have smoking alarm and flashing green lights all the time. At night when you turn off the light that is affecting sleep big time.

Al a carte breakfast each morning is wonderful Cocktails are fantastic both pool bar and Lancaster bar. Food is extremely good and hygiene is superb. Mr Bam and Mr Art are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Lack of decent music in public areas, literally no Thai music Didn't like connecting door or lots of young people knocking early in morning for football training.

The Club Lounge staff were very helpful. The same for everyone else from the Sky Bar, room service, cleaners and door staff. All very lovely and professional.

The location is not ideal if you like to walk to nearby places as there are limited footpaths around the area.

The staff in the Club Lounge were lovely and took care of every request with such professionalism.
