Lovely stay in Bangkok
Beautiful hotel with very hospitable staff. The gym and pool were great. Location is a bit far from the old town but Grab taxis are very convenient and the best way for getting around!

Amazing stay at the best affordable price! Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained. Breakfast is amazing too. Each room comes with a bathtub and it was just perfect. Walking distance to MRT. Best choice you could make.

Great hotel with excellent service
Hotel personnel is very professional and friendly. Solve issues quickly. Comfortable room with stunning bathroom. You have not only a shower cabin but also a bath! so you can have relax time making bubble bath:)))Nice pool zone with sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Siam shopping Malls - 10 min. without traffic if you're lucky (in Bangkok -traffic is usual thing).

Lovely Lancaster
Staff were wonderful, everybody from the reception desk to the door staff and porters and even the traffic guard were so warm and welcoming. Lobby is HUGE and very grand, tuktuk on display on the ground floor was a fun detail and there was plenty of seating while waiting for friends or taxis. Great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows, bathroom was huge and everything was very clean and well maintained. Room service available and the food was delicious. About a 10 minute walk from Phetchaburi MRT station, also just a short drive to Jodd Fairs and Central Rama 9.
While the location was perfect for my needs as I had to be near Thai Summit Tower, which is just across the road, being a little outside of the city centre it does lack the convenience of having more restaurants and public transport nearby. Price was also on the higher end, though it did have great facilities.

Great service, good location near airport train conenction.
USB ports were defective but the maintenance staff resolved it very quickly by providing a power & USB extension box.
My room was not ready even at 4 pm so I was asked to wait. After my protest the front desk got me another room.

Overall very nice.
The overall impression was great, my colleagues are all satisfied with the rooms. Special THANK YOU to Ake, who was so helpful during our stay. His professional attitude and detailed-oriented service was so delightful. We would like to recommend all our Group's colleague to choose Lancaster Bangkok for our future business trip.
The breakfast service could be improved.

Extremely happy with my stay! The gym facilities were exactly what I wanted. The sauna, and steam room were a huge bonus feature. I will most certainly return. A special thank you to the gym staff for an excellent 9 am circuit class. I will be certain to recommend the Lancaster to all of my friends travelling in Bangkok.

The hotels services was very top norch.. Great customer service. The morning breakfast, the transport, the swimming pool, 24hrs room dining.. everything was great about this hotel.
The TV wasn't smart TV and not kids friendly. No YouTube, no Netflix.. just common channels and no international channels.. the TV preferences was limited.

The Lancaster Bangkok is an excellent hotel with incredibly helpful and attentive staff, spacious rooms and and very nice amenities (spa, pool, gym etc.) We‘ve enjoyed our first stay there very much! Khop khun krap 🙏🙏
The location is a little bit further away from the central parts of Bangkok but we did know that before we’ve booked the hotel.
