The Club Lounge staff were very helpful. The same for everyone else from the Sky Bar, room service, cleaners and door staff. All very lovely and professional.

The location is not ideal if you like to walk to nearby places as there are limited footpaths around the area.

The staff in the Club Lounge were lovely and took care of every request with such professionalism.

Staff are not friendly at all .. i came here for the 3rd time. 2 times i booked the premium room. But the staff are not friendly. In all bkk all the hotels welcoming us with drinks and they are welcoming with big smiles but here no!!

Beautiful, spacious hotel with excellent service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout my stay. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was superb — comfortable, well-appointed, and very relaxing. The ground-floor bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the prices were on the higher side. The hotel is situated on a main road; while there’s an MRT station within walking distance, the immediate area doesn’t offer much else in terms of attractions or amenities. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and facilities — ideal if you value comfort and don’t mind being a little removed from the city’s livelier neighborhoods.

My recent stay at The Luxury of the Lancaster was truly memorable, not just for its amenities but for the exceptional humanity displayed by the staff. I had the pleasure of staying in the premiere suite, and I was genuinely impressed with the spacious apartment-like decor. The highlight was certainly the incredible whirlpool tub, which came with stunning views—perfect for relaxation. One unique touch that stood out was the Phai Lin welcome tea, which added a special atmosphere to my arrival. The doormen were consistently attentive, ensuring my bags were handled, doors were opened, and I was greeted with care as I came and went. During my stay, I extended my time there twice, despite having other options available. The experience at Lancaster made it an easy choice for me. Although my final days had some hiccups, the staff's responsiveness was commendable. They handled the situation with professionalism and grace, making sure to do everything possible to turn my experience around. Overall, The Luxury of the Lancaster has left a lasting impression on me, solidifying it as my top choice for future visits and a recommendation for my family and friends.

The hotel deserved a really good rating. As soon as you entered the hotel there was an element of elegance. The room was spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean and included a large bath if required. The facilities at the hotel were extremely good including the gymnasium sauna steam room and pool. The club lounge although not particularly busy was a nice location to enjoy a quiet drink and snack during the day/evening. If I was traveling back to Bangkok, I would certainly have no hesitation in rebooking this hotel, and it deserves a rating of nine out of 10 .

Musty smell in the room. Had to push the AC for 24h to get rid of it. AC could not be set up to appropriate temperature (too cold).

All staff were very approachable and helpful, with beautiful smiles. Food was great, and the room was clean and very comfy even for 3 adults :)

Firstly I'd like to say that this is an excellently presented hotel, and makes a very grand welcome from the moment you walk into the huge atrium lobby with all its gold fashioned cladding, and you're greeted with a smile. The hotel room was an excellent size and the bed was relatively comfortable, it had a particularly large bathroom which accommodates you with a standalone bath tube or standalone shower (which you'll need after trekking Bangkok). Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, sheets, water as required etc. The hotel has restaurants, bar, pool etc and everything you could probably want should you never want to leave the hotel. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the MTR blue line which basically connects you to the whole city in someway or another, and only a 30 minute taxi journey from the airport.

1.) I didn't realise a 5,000 baht deposit would be taken on arrival, staff asked for a credit card, which I wasn't keen on as I would have been charged transfer and currency conversion fees, so they do take debit card (wise card in my case) which I already had baht on and was taken from my account (but returned swiftly when I checked out to be fair), I'd of rather it was on a hold so I could still use the money. 2.) The room as lovely as it was was quite fusty from the moment we got in, the air con helped, but you couldn't ever get that feeling of slight dampness away from the room (this could just of been my room 828). 3.) The mini bar is rather expensive (I get that it's probably always the case in such hotels) but 130 baht (£2.96 GBP) for a can of coke was a bit outrageous, especially since the 7 Eleven across the road is 19 baht (43p GBP), but again this is probably the price of convenience, just a little high when compared with what's around you (I would have used it if the prices had been more reasonable i.e £1.20). 4.) You will hear traffic all day and night, but this is more a Bangkok thing as you never don't hear it or smell it.

Amazing breakfast, not the widest range of food available but certainly very well picked. Family room size and layout, with two bathrooms. All clean and tidy. Staff welcoming and caring. True 5* experience without spending a fortune. The sauna in the Spa suite was cherry on top. Plus the location for us was great, shopping malls nearby, public transportation as well in walking distance.

It was very comfortable and well appointed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault them or the hotel. If we are ever back in Bangkok we will definitely stay here again.

The staff from the front door to the front desk were very welcoming and professional. Congrats on hiring friendly people who are good at their jobs! I hope you pay them well! LOL! The room was super comfortable, shower was excellent, bed was perfect, view was nice and open to morning light. The Club Lounge upstairs was a very quiet, laidback place with nice canapes and cocktails.

Location is a bit out of the way, but not that far.
