Pool was warm but Pool area too cold

Some of the ice machines didn’t work so we had to go to a few floors

Room and bed were fine. Seems like hotel could be updated overall.

Hotel seems a bit aged

Excellent staff who put customer service first! Had an issue caused by my travel app that they took care of. Thanks! Room & bath were spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed the harbor view from my upgraded room. Had minor issues with the coffee maker & lamp but in a classy gesture hotel issued a hospitality credit. Would come again!

On premise restaurant only serves dinner. Would have like to be able to get a hot breakfast or lunch.

The room was wide and the bad was very comfortable. The bathroom was OK too. The position od the hotel is very convenient to visit the old harbour.

I was given a room with a broken heating system (in December!) and it took my a couple of days to convince the staff to isell someone to fix it (which didn't happen) and finally I obtained to switch to another room (which was perfectly OK with a functioning heating). So, at the end everything was fine, but the first night and day I was literally freezing!

Very pretty lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area and gym was well equipped. They have a sauna in the locker room. Room had all amenities needed and was clean.

Hot tub was not very hot.

The location is perfect for those looking to be at the harbor. We stayed in a harbor view room and besides the fact that the view was partially obstructed by the top of the roof it was beautiful! The hot tub, pool and saunas in the locker rooms were AMAZING! They also have free yoga during the weekdays which was very nice! I wish they offered spa treatments.

They need to upgrade TVs to smart TVs, clean the baseboards in the bathrooms, repair structural damage in the ceilings of the pool area, and offer a reduced rate for parking. Parking was pretty expensive. For the harbor view rooms they should note the view may be obstructed by the roof and indicate which rooms have the full view of the harbor with no obstructions.

the bathroom door didn't close properly. when it did finally close, askew fell from the air vent in the ceiling into the toilet. Parking should be listed as add-on when paying for the room.

Central and safe location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean.

The shower water temperature would not get above "warm" every time we showered over the three days we were there. Walls were thin, could hear a clear conversation of couple next door.

location across from Christmas Village was perfect. Teh harbor view was very nice as well. convenient to train station and restaurant.

Very loud the evening we arrived because of a large group arriving back to hotel after an event. Luckily the rooms are relatively quiet as some of these people were on our floor.

The hotel was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and informative. Easy layout to navigate and had no issues with noise in the hallways or issues with the room. The view of the water was lovely as well. Loved the window with couch to watch the sunrise and the bed was very comfortable and room temperature was great! Also loved the overall space and size of the room.

I only had two areas that were good but not great for me. In 2024 I was disappointed that there was a lack of streaming capabilities for the TVs it’s something I’ve grown accustomed to when going to hotels to have a more personalized viewing experience in the room. Secondly and this may be an issue for some but not all but the shower did not get hot enough for me. Especially on a winter stay I would’ve loved a nice hot steamy shower but the water never got above warm at best. Not sure what can be done about that but it was a minor blip on my stay. Everything else was fantastic

Location - cleanliness

The location was great, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. One of the staff was kind enough to bring us a microwave so we didn't have to keep going downstairs to ask.

That the parking method could of been better but not the end of the world

Hotel had no bellman or people to get luggage into rooms on checkin. Only had 1 guy doing cars in front. Front desk was very nice but again not enough staff.

Nice view of the harbor. Staff very pleasant.

Dated. Check bedding. Stains on sheets. Carpets, need cleaning. We were put on the 6th floor, on a weekend where 3 wedding were taking place. NO sleep on our end. People coming and going as well as LOUD all night.

Soft beds

The hotel was reasonably priced for the area, and incredibly convenient to the Inner Harbor. My room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet (other than an intermittent background hum that I think was the elevators moving up and down, as I was right next to them). I didn't interact much with staff, but they were very friendly and attentive when I did.

Parking was expensive. Everything was clean, but the couch in my room was very threadbare. My room was right next to the elevators, and while it wasn't loud, I could hear the machinery whirring often.

The staff were so welcoming from the valet to the attendants.

Service at Explorers Restaurant was excellent, as was the food. The pool area was clean and well-kept. the view of the harbor from our room was spectacular.

Only one receptionist was checking people into the hotel when we arrived, even though there were two on duty, and the line waiting to check in was four people long. Later in the evening after eating at Explorers Restaurant, we returned to our room only to find our key card did not open the door to our room. There was a hall door that did not accept our key card, and this kept us from even getting to our room door. The reception desk was vacant and did not even answer the phone. Finally, I had to go downstairs to find a receptionist, who was not in sight, and she re-keyed our key cards. These did not work on the hall door. When getting back to the receptionist, she said security would have to open the hall door. We waited outside in the hallway for 25 minutes for security to open the hall door. Security told us she did not know why the key cards would not open the hall door, and that this was a recurring problem. This should not have happened, as it seriously detracted from a lovely evening, and took an hour away from our time in the room.

Clean, staff was great, Kevin the bartender is a cool dude. A lot in walking distance and felt safe the whole time. Will be back again someday.

Wish the little snack shack thing was open later. But just plan accordingly and have late night snacks ahead of time

harbor view is not so much a view as in you don't see any water or boats $100 guarantee for parking i think, per night, and they wouldn't take cash tricky to find your room or the elevator as it has an 8-ish shape and non informative indications no master light, only lamps also the bedsode alarm clocks went off - one at 5:50 a m

Location and view from the room on the harbor side cannot be beat. Room size is large and very nicely decorated. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly.

Value. Only basic coffee/tea offered and not refilled on day 2 without requesting it. Refrigerator but no microwave. I agree with not changing sheets each day but did expect the room to be cleaned and serviced. But this is not their policy - you have to request service. For the cost I did not feel that the service and bath amenities were appropriate.

Did not like the fact that I had to request the room to be cleaned. I felt I should have been informed at check in. Though I was told it was on paperwork given to me at check in, I felt it should hv been at least mentioned at check in since this is not the norm .I've never had this situation at a hotel . At over $1500 for 2 nights I didnt think I would hv to request my room to be cleaned.

Staff were very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Coffee shop had fantastic coffee. Restaurant was great for breakfast on the weekend with wonderful staff. Room was spacious and view was nice.

The gym was a little dark, run down and felt a little dirty. The TV's were ripped off the walls and the treadmills were sticky.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Overlooking the harbor at night was really pretty.

I felt the room was really pricey for one night. I only paid because it was convenient for my family needs. The room was really nice, spacious, and clean. They have nice Ramen shop that sits next door. The hotel is within walking distance of food, shopping, and many museums.

Beautiful property, nice spacious rooms, well maintained, fantastic location.

Inattentiveness of the staff: when we arrived mid-afternoon on Thursday, both people at the front desk were on their computers and made us wait while they worked on whatever they were doing. Also, there was no available concierge or valet to be found. This lack of staffing and inattentiveness was consistent throughout our stay.

Location to Camden Yards was excellent

I asked three times for some towels to be brought to our room and we never got any. That is the only negative about our stay.

Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Nice little breakfast area with good coffee and a sweet lady behind the counter.

No one ever seemed to answer the phone at the front desk.
