the breakfast is not served in the bedroom and we have to go in the restaurant attached which decoration is not as original and elegant as the rest of the hotel

The classic charm and elegance welcomed me as soon as I entered the door. Most members of the staff were friendly, helpful and demonstrated sincere care for my needs. The valet and security services were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The restaurant closed a bit early and didn’t have too much of an variety. I didn’t feel safe walking to get food.

The hotel in itself was lovely and very big!

Outside the hotel, there were many homeless people.

The history of the building. The tall ceilings, and antique windows. The grand entrance is beautiful and needs some updating. The bathroom was very clean, windows are perfect to watch the city below.

There was a booger on the headboard (literally), air vents had brown/black dirt on them, the panel covering the refrigerator had dried food smears dripped down it. The room was in good shape, but the charm of the hotel wasn’t reflected in the room’s decor. I noticed the Reno plans and they seem to be a good start. What sets that hotel apart from all the others is the history and the style. Or it could be what sets it apart. There didn’t seem to be enough staff. One of three days my room was made up, but 2 days didn’t get services.

Proximity to the attraction we wanted to see (Camden Yards). Friendly staff. Interesting facility. Large room.

The adjoining room had some noisy guests and were pot users. So every time we left and came back to the room it smelled of pot (through adjoining door).

Loved the location, valet parking option, secure guest elevators, and size of room. It was nice to have mini fridge for baby’s milk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking staff were super nice

The room wasn’t very clean, the keys didn’t work well, it overall dingy feel.

No hand soap.

The basic setup is good. Staffs are good.

1. Restroom doesn't have lock 2. They didn't provide minibar things. 3. No jug or pitcher for water! 4. They didn't provide us toothpaste earlier, we went to reception to have it. 5. Staffs are really good but the Hotel didn't have sufficient staffs.

Room was beautifully cleaned and prepared. Staff was Super friendly and nice and helped us find a good seafood restaurant to eat at. Also valet parking was nice and could walk to downtown harbor from hotel.

All of the front desk staff, hotel staff and even the bartender at the attached restaurant were very friendly. The best part of our stay had to be Mr. Kevin, or uncle Kevin should I say. He is the head of security and he is a ball of sunshine. He made sure our stay was going well everyday. All of the front door staff were especially friendly. The hotel overall was great and in a marvelous location for all of the tourists attractions. Great fun for the family, but we will be coming back mainly because of the friendly front door security and valet personal.

The only problem we faced was how the bathroom floors would get wet from taking a shower. The shower floor and bathroom floor are tile and a level match to each other, but there is no kind of wall or lip to stop the water from running onto the bathroom floor. And also, maybe for the price they could include a continental breakfast instead of just coffee.

Everyone was very friendly I had one situation in my room was changed because the smelling of smoke and I was allergic to smoke so the girl at the front desk was very helpful with switching the room and would check on what was going on on the 11th.

The air conditioner in the room got very stuffy at night would’ve like for it to be cooler especially with the weather outside being so hot and humid

we had to get valet while we were there which was 50.00 and when we went out at like 830-900 at night they didn’t tell us what time they shut everything down so when we got back I had no where to park my car but far away and had to pay more money. tried to get back into the hotel and if it wasn’t for a guest coming out I would t of been able to get back in

The price I paid and the service exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, easy walking distance to train, baseball parks and Inner Harbor facilities.

Wanted to pay cash for a couple of bottles of water, but front desk had no change.

Loved that i caught the complimentary wine from 5-6

There for BIL wedding. They double booked our bridal suite to get ready in & sent us to a conference room but otherwise was a nice stay.

I have a large family with triplet girls and a 9-year-old son and it's hard to find a hotel that could accommodate us to give them their own space when it comes to actually sleeping and I love the double beds with the bunk beds in a separate room that was perfect

I was in a wheel chair accessible room and was not handicapped. Did not like that the water from the handicapped shower would flood the bathroom floor.

good position. imposing building. seemed like a skeleton staff. no room service. room was a nice size. valet expensive at $44. Monica was lovely at reception.

some furnishings were a little tired. but they were ‘period’. this is Art Deco in style We enjoyed our stay. could not get anything to eat in the area at 9.30pm. many people wearing masks around town. don’t fell that the Inner Harbor has really come thru the pandemic as yet.
