Excellent location on the marina, close to a wide selection of bars & restaurants. Well-appointed room, great views, modern & clean.

We booked a suite but on arrival were told we only had a standard room (same price) & that the details on Booking.com were incorrect. After complaining we were upgraded to a suite.

I did not have breakfast as a part of my booking. My room location was excellent.

Beautiful property…lovely gardens…so much work to make them beautiful! I loved that. The restaurant was very nice too, delicious and glad that they do takeaways!

Nothing (maybe a grass rug in the hotel soon would make it cozier), but very nice amenities

I loved that they had a full service restaurant right on the property. I really loved Sabor and my family did to. The pool was clean even though we did not get to use it and the staff was incredible! They accommodated us even when our room got flooded out. Very efficient and effective staff that was very welcoming. Oh and the buffet breakfast on the property was delicious!

Wifi is unbelievably bad for this day and age. It’s obviously a ploy to force guests to pay for the “faster” wifi service which is ridiculous.

The location was great on a kind of small peninsula. The rooms were big and airy with a small patio with chairs and table ours was overlooking one of the 3 pools and the inlet. There’s a water taxi that goes to Taino beach on a regular schedule. There’s several restaurants within the compound.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The location was near restaurants and the breakfast was awesome the staff was nice and helpful, especially at breakfast.

There wasn't any microwave in the ground floor room but in the laundry area. The price we were given for one (1) night was $202.02. We end up paying $323.02 which is $121.00 over the price given by booking.com. This should have been stated before we booked.

Everything was good, the overall ambiance was very pleasant and comfortable due to the villa vibe, my husband and I will 100% visit again.

The entire staff was extremely nice and respectful. Everyone from the people cleaning rooms, and pools to the front desk were friendly and smiling. The room itself was clean, cold, and up to date. Not a lot of thrills, but we weren't expecting them in the room. The beds were clean and comfy. Softer than what I am used too, but I slept wonderfully each night. We took the Ferry twice over to Taino Beach which is a wonderful beach. Its off-season so we got stuck over there while the ferry wasn't running during a thunderstorm, but we nearly had the beach to ourselves. Less than 20 or so people for both of our afternoons at the beach. Very awesome and it was like a ghost town overall. We had a good Friday night in Port Lucaya partying and was quiet most of the trip. Perfect balance.

We wanted to save some money by not doing an all-inclusive. This was a wash because its a short walk to Port Lucaya where you'll pay top-dollar for every meal. $14 BLT sandwiches for instance. We were lucky to not spend $50 for each meal not including drinks. The hotel also gives you a litre of water when you get there. You can buy water bottles but expect to spend $2-3 per bottle (and more). I ended up buying a case from the liquor store by Wendy's and walking it back. A 40 case for about $22 bucks. In 3 days we drank almost the entire case plus what we drank while out and about. While the staff was extremely nice, you need to ask them if you need anything. No brochures or things in the room for what to do besides Port Lucaya. If I had to do it over, I would have booked online for anything. Prices online were significantly cheaper than what the front staff had at the front desk and what they had at the front desk seemed to be outdated. If I was to stay here again, I'd definitely be renting transportation. We had 3 people so we didn't want to rent two scooters at $58 each per day and I would have spent more time booking things to do online than waiting until we were at the resort.

Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. Any requests or remarks are dealt with properly.

Breakfast is not what is expected for such a nice hotel. No pastries, very limited cold cuts and even the fruit drinks taste very artificial.

The staff was amazing and always willing to help. The location is great it's right beside the marina and marketplace.

A false alarm went off in the middle of the night, but that could've happened anywhere. I didn't realize until after I made the reservation that there was no direct beach access. This wasn't an issue because there is a free ferry that takes you to Taino Beach.

I did not have the breakfast. I loved the location of my room. Watching the sunrise and set was lovely. The people was very friendly and professional.

I didn’t like the noise the ac made when it turned on and off but I got use to it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and escape from the hectic everyday life. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beach.

The staff was very friendly, I had an issue with getting the air condition on and front desk sent someone up within 5 minutes to correct the issue with was great. I liked how the property is centrally located with lots of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. Would stay again.

I was disappointed because upon booking the room I had requested a king size bed, which I did not receive, so I called down to the front desk and was told there weren't any more rooms available with the king bed, therefore making my sleep a bit uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep. The room could've been a bit cleaner, I stayed at the property recently for the year and the room I had then was much better than the one I had on this visit.

My stay was comfortable room was nice.......

1. After a long day checkin time was 3pm but was not able to get a room until about 5pm, 2 hours later. 2. My reservation of 2 nights and cost through booking.com was not honored. At checkin I did not realize the hotel had only booked me in the room for 1 night and was charged at their nightly rates. I went out the following day came back and was locked out of the room. Went to the front desk to have the swipe reprogrammed that's when I found out that they had already checked me out the room, I explained to her that I booked through booking.com for 2 nights she confirmed that I did however I later found out that I was charged another nights stay at their higher cost. 3. I choose booking.com to book my reservation because of their reasonable rates for nice hotels. With that being said if this hotel won't honor reservation made through booking.com I won't stay there again.

Breakfast was poor of variety, on my last visit there was fruits and creamer for the coffee. unfortunately, this was a very poor continental breakfast.

Overall the central location, but a car is a must to see the beauty of the island. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We will happily return.

On the first morning (a Saturday) we went to breakfast rather late. The selection and lack of interest from the personell motivated us right out of the room, never to return. Instead we sought out interesting restaurants and cafes offsite.

Walking distance to the Lucayan market, to beach, and nice walking lagoon pathways around the property. Ms. Margaret from breakfast staff was very kind and friendly .

Upon checking in, Front Desk informed me, that she couldn’t find my booking without checking my confirmation no.. it got me worried. Other than that our stay was fantastic..
