Great beach

Coral sands is a older place, nice , but not worth the prices they charge… and I had to check out early due to mechanical issues, and no chance of even a partial refund for the night I didn’t stay. Abd it was well within the time frame of cancellation. Staff was the best service we experienced on the whole island

The proximity to the beach

Food was terrible , bathroom pipes burst in our room the 2 night and our golf cart needed to get around the island broke down twice at their recommendation! They were so dismissive and didn’t bother apologizing our paying for the taxi needed to get to our reservations on the other side of the island.

The location was outstanding. The property has access to one of the best beaches I have stayed on. The room itself was nice and very comfortable. The patio was our favourite feature because we had some privacy, whilst overlooking a stunning beach and crystal blue water. The staff at the check in desk were also very lovely and helpful.

The customer service we received from all the staff working in the restaurants was one of the worst we have experienced. If we removed this aspect from our stay, it would have been very pleasant, albeit still not quite good value for money. Unfortunately, the breakfast/lunch/dinner staff were either understaffed and, therefore, overworked and fed up, which spilled into a lack of care and professionalism when dealing with guests, or very poorly trained, or just genuinely uninterested and borderline hostile.

For the money we spent the property is a little run down - the staff is ok but really not around that much to help out - the pool is so old . the only nice part is on a nice beach - the hotel not as nice as all surrounding hotels

we had a delay for health reasons and they refused to give resort credit for the one night stay. in these times of Covid crisis still lumping, one would think that they would have the decency to use the one night as resort fee. not to mention that our flight the following day was cancelled and we had to spend an extra 1400 dollars to get there. they are a one and done resort. No intentions to keep long Kadri g relationships.

the rooms were old and the property in general was old. The staff were unfriendly and overworked. The service was horrible. So slow.

all in all it was wonderful. staff was helpful and friendly. nice spacious rooms. pool was useful on the couple days it was too windy to be on the beach. location is perfect - proximity of property (and pool) to beach was great, especially if you have kids who might want to go back and forth. the beach cannot be beat in my opinion. food was solid. lastly, very cute (but perhaps slightly overpriced) gift shop ;)

it was pretty perfect. food is very expensive at the hotel but to be expected on a small island where a lot of things have to be imported. recommend stocking up on water/drinks/snacks from the local grocery store.

Breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was very good. The fruit was always fresh, and everything I ordered off the menu was tasty and well prepared. I also heard good things about the continental breakfast, but my aversion to gluten kept me away from the bread basket!

Housekeeping was fine, but not outstanding. Towel replacement was inconsistent and bottled water less than abundant. For the price, an extra bottle of water or two, in addition to the one left at bedside at night, would have been nice. But not a major issue at all. Poolside towels weren't abundant, had to go to the front desk to pick them up, again just a small thing.

Beautiful location just right the beach with direct access (including ombrellas). Nicely furnished rooms (better than in pictures here). Great food at the beach bar

Staff at the front desk could definitely be nicer/more friendly. Breakfast could be better considering overall price (15$ for a bottle of water, no comment).

Breakfast should be till later than 10am, need to do a better job with exterminating insects on the rooms. basically no tv channels.

The location and access to Harbour Island's pink sand beaches was perfect. The hotel had chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, paddle boards, floats and a kayak that you could use for no extra charge. The Beach Bar had by FAR the best food along the beach and was easy to access. Amazing spot to vacation!

The cost of water and wifi access wasn't great.

We loved this hotel. It had an amazing view of the ocean, and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The food was impeccable. We loved our dinner, so fresh and yummy. The beach was just down the nicely tailored rock walkway to the most beautiful pink sand beach! We loved everything about our stay here.

That we didn't get to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and beach more.

The location cannot be beat. Views are incredible. Property is tranquil and clean with everything you need. Food is excellent. We loved staying here and would definitely return.

Cocktail menu could be more creative. Breakfast was great but not very friendly to dairy-free diets. Would love to see a coconut yogurt or some local vegan pastries (both are made at Sweet Spot Cafe on the island so it could be a great collaboration).

everything is up to date and new. If you like beautiful decor you will be happy here. I also like that they had a pool as well as direct beach access. close by to town and all the good restaurants as well.
