I did like the rooftop pool, we were lucky enough to also have the pool to ourselves which was relaxing. We also had pleasant and helpful conversations with the staff. As well as our room being clean upon arrival.

We did not like that the kitchen wasn’t very useful. We had groceries for our stay and the refrigerator didn’t keep anything cooled, we played around with the settings and nothing worked. The freezer portion was also a problem it eventually got semi cold, but it felt like it was at the temperature of how a refrigerator should be. So that’s where we ended up putting our groceries. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t effective or it was the dishwasher pods, but either way the dishes were just as dirty when they went in as when they came out. And also, the water pressure in the sink in very low. And speaking of water, the shower water went cold in less than 5 minutes. Another thing was that the pictures didn’t really look like what we booked, it states in the booking that there was supposed to be a washing and dryer machine, but there wasn’t one in the actual stay. And if you go through the pictures none of them actually are what was given to us, they are similar in the fact that they have the same style and furniture. However the architecture of how the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were completely different from the pictures. Also the ice machine was extremely hard to find, my husband went to every floor and couldn’t find one until luckily he ran into a employee on their way out and they helped him find one that was actually hidden. Another example is the shower in the picture it was a connected bath/shower what we got was a small separated cubed shower and tub on its own, which isn’t necessarily a problem I just don’t like that it wasn’t what was advertised. We still had a good time and made the best of everything but these are things that definitely need some work!

Whoever was at the front desk answering the phone on April 18th around 9:15 pm was very much rude & nasty ! I had a reservation made & my option was to “pay at property” ! The lady I spoke with stated my reservation was cancelled & it was no other rooms available due to prom .. cardi b concert.. etc .. she stated they tried to call me but my number wasn’t on file . Before I complete ANY booking .. a number & email is ALWAYS needed. I traveled many miles just for all that stupidity to happen. I am very UPSET ! I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

No internet during my entire stay so I couldn’t enjoy Netflix or any apps. I thought i couldn’t fix the problem by connecting my hotspot to the tv but nope the television was old and that feature was unavailable. I even tried to mirror it to the tv but nope television did not support it. Rey disappointing. Water leaking down the front door from the silver box attached to the door. The bathroom shower had a weird smell like mildew and looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The bathroom shower was much older, rust on vents. The hotel needs some renovation in the rooms as well as outside of the elevators on each floor. I was super excited about my stay but disappointed once I arrived.

Akeem who was working at the front desk was very patient and kind! I had trouble locating the best place to park and Akeem took several of my calls to insure I was able to find parking.

The bar was closed and I did not find out until I checked in. Had I known that, I would've booked somewhere else. Also, the valet phone number did not work for me to retrieve my vehicle, which caused me to lose time as I headed out for the evening. Also, the checkout time on this site is listed as noon. However, on site, it was 11 am.

This hotel was booked by me and then they emailed me hours later saying that my reservation was canceled. I reached out and couldn’t get anyone on the phone for hours. I partnered with booking . Com and they reached out for over a hour. Once we finally talked to someone at the desk around 4am they still didn’t have a reason as to why they cancelled my reservation after it was booked over 12hrs earlier. We even asked to be accommodated or honor the stay and they said no. They still had multiple rooms available for the same dates and still said no to us staying there. Booking . Com had to help me find another hotel and honor my stay somewhere else. Terrible experience at this hotel and we didn’t even stay there.

My friend and I drove over 5 hours to stay at this hotel for our first stay in Atlanta in years. I paid in advance to make the check-in process easier. Upon arriving in the hotel lobby we were rudely “greeted” by someone screaming across the lobby at us still at the door, asking if we’re coming to check in. It was Shay, the site manager. Looking back, she was judging us based off our looks and was looking for a reason to kick us out before we even made it to the front desk. Who screams across a lobby to cut two people off, mid talking, before they even get to the front desk?? At the start of the check-in she told me she cannot let us stay here due to me using a Cashapp card to pay for the room (I didn’t have my debit or credit card). I don’t understand the relevance of the card, because the $250 was paid hours in advanced and removed off my card. I have also used that card at other, better hotels, but I digress. She didn’t give any formal greetings, be polite, or even attempt to make causal small talk. She didn’t even give a single smile. Just told us we cannot stay here and that she cannot refund us. I didn’t expect a $250 hotel booking at a supposed 4 star hotel would get me treated so poorly like a criminal off the street. Long story short, I spent an hour making a bunch of calls and addressing Shay’s micro aggressions before finally getting my refund. She treated us like garbage because of our appearance; it was because of the color of our skin and the way we were dressed. We were dressed down in sweatpants and t-shirts because we had been driving for about 6 hours and needed to check in to freshen up and get dressed for the night. She could’ve been talking to millionaires, but already decided to mistreat us due to our appearance. I am a law student being treated like garbage by the hotel manager after paying $250 for a room. After leaving I noticed there are reviews dating back years ago discussing Shay’s discrimination towards people of color.

Location was great and the room had all my necessities. The staff was also amazing.

IThis location was great for where I needed to be- lots of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance.

Im not sure if it was just my room 217 given other recent posts it looks like I am not the only one -but everything in the room was dirty from the floors, blankets, couches - bathrooms, living room and kitchen were outdated... my son even said if you touch the floor with your bare feet it feels like you are walking on sticky cream. We paid over $800 for 2 nights were supposed to have a balcony- instead were staring at a cement wall. The bathroom with a bathtub had the plumbing backwords and a long piece of metal sticking out to switch from bath to shower - super dangerous if you have kids, watch out. Only one trash can had plastic liners. One of the extra blankets we were going to use for my kids hard some hard white residue all over the blanket could not use. Upon check in find out restaurant was closed for renovations but there was nothing on the webpage stating that. You could constantly here noises during stay. The morning breakfast I just don’t even know where to start - inedible? The hallways on second floor old you could see black dirt and dust on all crevices - same thing in the room. Coming from hotel industry - Cannot explain how dirty everything was . Will be addressing with corporate it was honestly a disgrace.

I won’t change my perfect 10 score, but the overnight valet lady was so rude, and hardly ever available. Anytime after 11pm, we would end up parking ourselves and finding her after the fact and her response was rude each time. The day time valet staff were super busy but very friendly and accommodating

Great location. We came to Atlanta for my husband to have surgery at Piedmont.

We reserved the two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The shower in the second bathroom did not work. Rooms 310 and 312.

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Room was a nice size.

First room I was in didn’t have any hot water. The Room we was moved to front door would get stuck. Ice machine didn’t work. Remote in living room didn’t have nahh weeks. Remote in bed room didn’t work. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Stains on sheets. Hotel have an event on Friday at check in so valet parking wasn’t an option at all.

The design of the room with a lot of exposed concrete seemed a bit undone. You can see markings on the ceiling that was put there by a contractor or a construction worker.

Horible menu breakfast, very loud and enourmos rooms with a lot of wasted of space. Theoretically should be fairly new hotel, but rooms look run down. No place to sit and work.

I loved the one bedroom king suite. It was clean and smelled great. I loved the location and the fact it was walking distance from the publix, target, restaurants, and retail stores in the Atlantic station.

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping got to me after 4 pm every day of my stay

I love it. The location was 10/10 right across from Floyd Mayweather gym. Target forever21 cvs outlet etc.

The employees at this location had great customer service from front desk to housekeeping valet parking was very convenient and they had great service and they took great care of our cars

The main restaurant at this location food was horrible. I woke up hungry for breakfast and my breakfast food was a -3 I would never order food from this place ever again. I definitely would not recommend ordering breakfast from that location. If the breakfast was good, I may have invested in lunch or dinner, but thank God there was surrounding restaurants that had great food and great atmosphere.

The location is top tier. Valet was very attentive, along with overall staff. The housekeeping did a great job with cleaning the rooms.

Room amenities were lackluster for the size of room. (Didn’t have Washer and Dryer as advertised, TVs were small and updated.)

The room was so spacious and had all the amenities that you need. It was in a great location for walking to anything you are interested in. There was also a restaurant located on the property for easy dining .

The bed could use some work maybe a better mattress. And the bed dipped in the middle.

Breakfast was great, dinner not so much at all. Expensive and not appetizing. Steak too charred,, ran out of special which was reason I chose there.. Facilities clean but did kill roach in kitchen.

No one Acknowledged that we were there for honeymoon. Expected something from staff. Finally someone in restaurant asked if we were celebrating. I put info in reservations and comments. Did bring us dessert and champagne before we left.
