Surprised that an upscale hotel like this did not serve decaf coffe for breakfast

It’s well decorated with nice finishes

Restaurant needed a better range of food… more small plate items

Go to a lot of shows around in that area and I love staying at the glen

I love the rooftop bar, but I do think the furniture could be a little better

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the decor was nice.

My husband loved the bed. The decor felt regal with the lion theming. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner at Poor Calvins and the location was perfect to get back to bed at evenings end.

The theming was a little dark dare I say weird. A lion in a tuxedo?

Wish I had a bathtub

I loved the decor, the staff was VERY friendly and informative. My friend & I booked because it was close to the arena. The food was also really good. i normally never order room service but when I come back I will definitely order it again!

I loved the location and decor of The Glenn. Every staff member was absolutely delightful and curteous.

The water temp was very hard to get set and took a long time to readjust

The location and appearance of the property were excellent. The room was small but comfortable. Having a restaurant was very nice. We ate breakfast there and it was tasty and convenient. Valet parking is another bonus

It can be noisy in downtown Atlanta and it seemed that car alarms and emergency services were busy during our stay. Fortunately this was early evening and not through the night

Beautiful property. Great location: a 5 min walk to State Farm Arena. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

I liked the locations. Front desk was very polite and welcoming. The lounge bar and bartenders were excellent.

The Glenn kitchen at breakfast time was a complete joke. We arrived at 9:40 am. They close at 10. We sat for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged until they came and decided to tell us they were closed. I informed them we had been seated for 20 minutes and the waitress couldn't have cared less. Everything that was great leading up to eating breakfast before hitting the road was ruined by an employee more interested in closing then acknowledging patrons that had been sitting for for almost half an hour!!!

The staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We ate three meals in the hotel restaurant, and the staff was extremely nice and professional.  In particular, there are three people that stand out…. Mitchel, Karson and Angel.

Our room was a disappointment. The room was small. We couldn’t move around the bed freely. The window cleaners came up the side of the exterior bathroom window while I was in there. The room needs new carpet.

Excellent customer service! Every staff member went over and above. From taking pics of our group to giving us umbrellas to use to carrying out the heavy luggage to the Uber!

No microwave in the room

The best party was the excellent customer service. It began to pour rain just before time to leave for our special event. Jay provided umbrellas and towels to dry our feet when we arrived. Tomas at the downstairs bar was wonderful with attention to detail and super friendly. Desmond acted as our photographer between his security guard responsibilities. Angelique and Brittany were quick to make sure our bill was divided properly, helped get our luggage to the Uber and water bottle refills.
