Proximity to the airport, city and beach

Service was very slow in restaurants. One restaurant was closed which was not advised on website prior to booking, which limited dining opportunities. Room/suite/garden was not kept well maintained. The WhatsApp concierge service is great, but response is not always very speedy - husband was left waiting for a taxi for nearly 45 mins.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited. The rooms were gorgeous!! Service by the pool was very good as was housekeeping

Breakfast service was poor (had to chase for menus multiple times, chase for hot drinks, one of our parties breakfast didn’t arrive until long after the rest of us had finished). This happened on 2/4 days so perhaps they were understaffed on those days. Hotel is next to a six lane highway which you can hear in some of the bungalows so be sure to ask for a quieter room Bungalow 7 restaurant didn’t let you in unless you agreed to order a bottle of wine - we are fine with minimum orders but not everyone drinks wine Plunge pool in room not heated and unusable in September

Everything about the One and Only was fantastic.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t stay longer !

The main pool was under maintenance for 3 days during my stay and my bungalow private pool was not heated

Not enough staff - especially at breakfast and on beach service. Not expected for a hotel of this caliber.

Our stay was great, the service is excellent and the room is super comfortable.

Big problem: a swimming pool which is unusable because it is very cold and even that of the spa was quite cold, we were not able to enjoy it as we would have liked.

The facility was exceptional and the staff were super friendly especially Jean Paul he was super kind and helpful. And the gym had complete equipments and it was extremely clean thanks to the staff at the gym.

This is a beautiful property. Truly 5 stars with great service. The breakfast was delicious. The staff tried their very best to make sure you had everything you needed. I did not receive any spa services but the Guerlain spa is also beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow and it was spacious and so clean. There is turn down service every night as well. I could not have asked for more.

There were a few minor delays in service, but it’s understandable for a new resort, and improvements are clearly underway as they also will open new restaurant at the resort. All the staff were welcoming, hardworking, and always smiling, which made a positive difference in our stay.

Amazing big room, lovely spa fantastic pool and clean shallow water beach

Absolutely stunning. Everyone was so attentive, kind, our bungalow was spotlessly clean and so nice. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon.

Everything is new, clean, the food is excellent, the location has amazing views.

The staff is a little bit slow

Location, vibe, colors, view, the beach, exotic plants, palm trees, big cactus trees! Exterior and interior design is everything! Just wow! So calm energy, quiet and relaxing! It’s like you are on a private exotic island but actually so close to the center of Athens, just 20 minutes with a car.

Everything.. the facility, the room and the small details were amazing. The food variety and the restaurants were great. Overall, the staff were very polite and helpful

The receptionist wasn’t really helpful. She made a dinner reservation for us in one of the resort’s restaurants but didn’t tell us that the kitchen will close 15 minutes after our reservation, and when I told her about this the next day she seemed like she doesn’t care

The rooms are new and well-designed, the spa treatments and facilities are great. The housekeeping were attentive to details and took care of special requests efficiently, which was nice. The room service was good as well.

The hotel itself is far below the One&Only standard: the majority of the staff at the check-in and main restaurant lacks professionalism, the services provided by them are extremely slow; a lot of things are not done in a proper way. Despite the fact that the breakfast selection is good, a lot of the waiters at Ora are incompetent: i have been served a spoiled avocado at breakfast, which was overlooked by the waiter who served it and when i pointed that out he went to the other waiter and was laughing about it instead of properly doing his job. Also my order was mixed up twice, as were several of other people’s orders. The food at dinner is not the highest quality as well: both at Ora and Manko; however the views at dinner are enjoyable. The sea is dirty: it is impossible to swim in it and the loud road sounds can be heard throughout the entire resort. Apart from that, there is no privacy while being outside your room unless you book a seafront bungalow/villa. Overall a lot of aspects need vast improvement.

High quality and modern location, very nice Spa and gym

Extremely slow service, guests orders get forgotten, staff overwhelmed when more than 4 guests are at the pool Or restaurant, we waited 1.5h for a fruit platter at the pool and during dinner the waiter forgot to serve us to the point we were ready to leave before our main course.

Perfect location, just 30 minutes from Athens International airport. It exceeded my expectations when providing Dyson hairdryers and Marvis toothpaste. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our butler is super amazing. Thank you so much!

Only disappointing issue was that we travelled in the early part of summer (about 25 degrees Celsius). Therefore, it is too cold to have a swim. Several resorts offer a heating system to adjust the temperature of the private swimming pool to about 26-27 degrees Celsius.

Wow! Aesthesis has managed to find a team of exceptional people. From the first moment on we felt comfortable and every little wish was taken care of within shortest time. The biggest shoutout to the team at the main restaurant, how is it even possible to already miss them after we‘ve known them only for a few days? 🤍 Food was really good, rooms have stunning interior, it’s only 25 min by car from Athens center. The room service team was incredibly attentive! We can’t wait to come back soon.

Location - In a beautiful and calm bay, half an hour from Athens center, and same for Athens International airport. Facility - exceptional design details with an exceptional executioner. Staff - they invented curtesy and friendliness Spa - excellent facilities and a variety of program activities.
