Loved the location and the breakfast! Loved the view of the Acropolis, especially in the evening. The spa was nice. The front desk helped arrange tours and drivers which was super handy!

Wished the pool was open for kids after 2pm. Wished there were better dining options that were more family friendly on-site. The room was quite noisy at night - better soundproofing would be great. Cold air also came into our room through the porch.

Beautiful hotel with incredible roof top view from dining room. Quiet rooms with plush beds and lovely artwork. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for exploring Plaka and central sites of Athens on foot.

access to indoor pool must be scheduled. Airport transportation is not free as suggested by Booking.com listing though they were very helpful arranging early morning ride and breakfast to go.

Hotel was in a great location. So central to every area and the main tourist spots. Didn't need to get one taxi and everywhere we needed to go was within 20 minute walk. Staff are honestly some of the most helpful and friendliest staff I've ever experienced. Couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are slightly dated but you see that in the photos so no suprises. Still very comfortable and bathrooms are lovely and modern. The rest of the hotel is also amazing. The roof top is just beautiful. Breakfast is lovely, staff make it even more enjoyable as they are so friendly and helpful. Really loved our stay.

No complaints. To be VERY picky...Maybe the breakfast could be a little less buttery/oily but cooking for the masses is hard and aware its easier this way.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management, the front office manager, and all front desk staff for their contributions to making us love Athens and for helping make our first trip to Europe truly perfect. The housekeeping team was also outstanding. Our room was cleaned impeccably every day, and the evening chocolate treats were a very thoughtful and delightful touch. The restaurant staff were equally remarkable—always smiling, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent service. I may not remember every name, but Ms. Anna, who first contacted us through Booking.com, and Ms. Victoria, who assisted us during check-in, made a particularly strong impression. Their willingness to help with all our requests—always with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction and without the slightest hesitation—made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect stay at Electra Palace, the room was impeccably clean, the balcony views of the Acropolis made our stay extra special. The staff goes above and beyond.

The location in Plaka and hotel are great. Breakfast on the roof was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable.

I thought the front door staff (not reception) could be more proactive. If we arrive or leave in a taxi and there are a group of men standing there talking with each other, please at least help my wife in and out. The street is narrow so it's not so easy. This happened many times. The spa facility was fine and staff very nice for scheduling time. The gym (even in a small room) should have a few more items for men like heavier dumbells at least 20kg i stead of just 10kg) that could be made with low investment.

The view from the roof terrace was incredible. Spa was free to use and nice facilities.

Best location, great team, wonderful experience

The indoor pool was super relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed orange juice and an amazing view! But what really made this hotel stand out was the incredible service. They were so nice to us and especially to my 4 year old son :) thank you for everything!

The Electra Palace Athens is in an excellent location. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is unhurried with a good choice of food options. The indoor pool is small and booking is required. The hotel is clean, our room was serviced daily and fresh towels supplied as required. There is an a view of the Acropolis from the roof top bar and restaurant.

The hotel’s location in excellent, in a quite street but still close to all the main venues and with amazing views of the Acropolis. The rooms are spacious and very nice and the staff is amazingly friendly. We just had a perfect stay with our family.

The location was fantastic. It was walking distance to many attractions that we wanted to see. We also quite enjoyed the breakfast; the food selection was good, and the staff was attentive.

Beautiful view and excellent choice of breakfast on the 8th floor restaurant. All staff across the hotel were very friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Athens.

From all the good things I mentioned, there were a few minor issues I didn’t like, such as the slow elevators and a bit of noise. However, overall, it is a great hotel with a great location

Excellent stay at Electra Palace. Everything was perfect, especially the staff—very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was perfect as well. They also kindly let us stay 2 hours longer after the normal check-out time for free, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great staff. The location is great if you enjoy walking. The room was magnificent and warm, and the bathroom/shower was truly enjoyable. The highlight, however, is the spa area—easily the best in Belgrade!

As it wasn't the peak tourist season, the hotel was very quiet. But this meant I had the beautiful spa all to myself, and the staff were incredibly accommodating

Great location, spacious, comfy rooms, while the staff were always ready to help. The cool, dinning room-bar on the top floor, has a fantastic view of the Acropolis and Athens. The barman made an exceptional margarita, while the service was fast and always friendly.

I loved the breakfast, the spa facilities and the massage. It was also a lovely surprise to find a dessert waiting for me after returning from the spa to celebrate my birthday. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was amazing - the staff, the views, everything was just perfect. :)

This hotel was central located, within 7 minute walk to an easily accessible subway station. Along with this hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Greece looking for a relaxing weekend.

Regarding the spa - you have to book it. And you allowed to book only 1 hour per day. Good thing with it that this way you really have your privacy. Bad thing - high season I believe is a big issue to find an available slot. Another issue - I received an email that despite the renovations all the facilities are working, but in fact the outdoor pool and terrace were closed, but in booking description there are not specified as seasonable or closed. Even I wasn't planning to swim in outdoor pool at January but I did except to have a rest at this terrace near the pool ....
