Excellent stay at Electra Palace. Everything was perfect, especially the staff—very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was perfect as well. They also kindly let us stay 2 hours longer after the normal check-out time for free, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great staff. The location is great if you enjoy walking. The room was magnificent and warm, and the bathroom/shower was truly enjoyable. The highlight, however, is the spa area—easily the best in Belgrade!

As it wasn't the peak tourist season, the hotel was very quiet. But this meant I had the beautiful spa all to myself, and the staff were incredibly accommodating

Great location, spacious, comfy rooms, while the staff were always ready to help. The cool, dinning room-bar on the top floor, has a fantastic view of the Acropolis and Athens. The barman made an exceptional margarita, while the service was fast and always friendly.

I loved the breakfast, the spa facilities and the massage. It was also a lovely surprise to find a dessert waiting for me after returning from the spa to celebrate my birthday. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was amazing - the staff, the views, everything was just perfect. :)

We have stayed at the Electra Palace in Feb first week 2026, the location is excellent, every thing walkable. Excellent staff and services. Rooms were clean and cozy.

This hotel was central located, within 7 minute walk to an easily accessible subway station. Along with this hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Greece looking for a relaxing weekend.

Regarding the spa - you have to book it. And you allowed to book only 1 hour per day. Good thing with it that this way you really have your privacy. Bad thing - high season I believe is a big issue to find an available slot. Another issue - I received an email that despite the renovations all the facilities are working, but in fact the outdoor pool and terrace were closed, but in booking description there are not specified as seasonable or closed. Even I wasn't planning to swim in outdoor pool at January but I did except to have a rest at this terrace near the pool ....

1) of the 4 meat dishes in their roof top restaurant, the beef was not available? I just cannot imagine that with 5 stars 2) the ladies toilet was out of toilet paper en the toilet paper bin was overflowing, not very sanitary and after giving the heads up nothing changed after 30 minutes?

Excellent hotel. Very high standard. Professional staff that provides the best level of service available. Excellent location and the rooftop with the view of the Acropolis is simply stunning. The rooms are a bit outdated. And the soundproofing of the doors from the hallway noise needs attention.

Excellent location—just a short walk from the metro and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and impressively varied, served on the rooftop with a stunning direct view of the Acropolis.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Any request or need of assistance was answered immediately and handled to their best possibility. Food for breakfast and dinner is absolutely delicious and the staff even made sure no allergies interfered with experience. (Best chocolate mousse I ever had and best pumpkin ravioli) Rooms were perfectly clean. The inside pool is cozy and has a perfectly calming atmosphere. The location is perfect to explore the main attractions of Athens. One of my top places I have ever stayed. Exceptional in every way. It was my second stay here and again absolutely amazing. I hope to stay here again soon.

The location was amazing - very walkable to the various areas around Athens. The hotel itself was beautiful - breakfast with a view to the Acropolis was a treat each morning. The staff were so lovey and very helpful. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to Athens. I personally intend to come back in the near future, I hope and will definitely stay here again.

Everything I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the hotel. The location was absolutely incredible, making it so convenient to explore the city. The breakfast provided each morning was quite good and offered a nice variety. Furthermore, the room was kept very clean, which is always a priority for me. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area.

We encountered a minor inconvenience with some bags of garbage on the balcony in the momentwe arrivedto the room. Thankfully, the issue was addressed and cleaned up quite fast by the staff. However, we did notice that the shower drain was not functioning optimally. This resulted in water pooling on the floor after each use. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The location in Plaka, walking distance from the Acropolis, restaurants and shopping streets. Roof terrace restaurant serving a generous buffet breakfast with an unbeatable view of the Acropolis. Lovely and relaxing spa (pool, sauna and massages/beauty treatments). The hotel surprised us with a cake and sparkling wine for our wedding anniversary - that really started off our stay in a memorable way. Thank you!!

The pavement outside the front entrance (right above our balcony) was being pressure cleaned very noisily at 7.30 am on a Sunday morning! The walls and doors do not seem to be insulated, so you can hear your neighbours quite loudly.

When in Athens we always stay at the Electra Palace and we have always loved our stays! The staff are friendly and helpful (it’s like seeing old friends each time we return!) and the food and services are great! This stay we were given a surprise upgrade to a room with balcony and Acropolis views! How wonderful! As far as the works that we were told are going on at the hotel.. we were never disrupted in any way. Thank you for always making our stay with you so special. :)

First night room temperature was low, and I had let the staff know that we are arriving in the middle of the night. The room was not ready. Bathroom had a smell from old plumbing.

We loved the central location, the friendly staff and the really excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and tge Acropolis view from the Rooftop restaurant (where breakfast is served) is spectacular.

The hotel is located in the most central part of Athens. It has an exceptional location, within walking distance of most historical sites, as well as the main shopping streets and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast is great and is served in the restaurant on the top floor, with a direct view of the Acropolis. The cleanliness and all the services are impeccable! I can recommend the hotel to all guests of Athens without hesitation!

Great hotel with a great ambience and facilities. Lovely staff. The housekeeping ladies ensured the rooms were super clean at all times. Truly appreciated all the good services rendered by the entire team at the hotel.

Location is perfect, both at the center and away from all the noise. We could walk everywhere. Breakfast is good and I strongly recommend Zohos restaurant for a lunch or dinner.

Daily cleaning needs improvement.

This hotel was amazing in nearly every aspect. The front desk staff went above and beyond and were so incredibly nice. The location is perfect, you can walk to nearly everything within 15 minutes, we saw everything we wanted to see and didn't have to rely on a taxi or public transport. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view as well. Looking forward to coming back.

There's very little we didn't like. If I had to nitpick, the elevator can kind of have a mind of its own and often times the stairs were easier/quicker. There'd be times you'd push the down button and both the elevators would stop on your floor with people going up and then never come back down to your floor. Didn't make or break the stay by any means.
