Breakfast was outstanding. Both restaurants were excellent. Concierge staff was helpful.

The breakfast room with view of the Acropolis was wonderful. The food quality and service was excellent. The same room in the evening was just as good, lovely dishes and friendly attentive staff.

Although pre-notified about renovations ongoing, the drilling noise level was at times really loud (we had a room in the first floor) making the stay less relaxing than expected

If you're sensitive to noise ask for a quit room facing the back of the hotel.

It was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel with friendly, welcoming and professional staff, great breakfast selection, including Greek specialties and good quality coffee. The hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions and despite being in the center of Athens - very quiet. And the view from the 8th floor restaurant is just breathtaking!

The reception staff was very welcoming, especially Olga, Chris, Constantinos and George. They helped us with directions and restaurant reservations. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and had great views of the Acropolis. Location was perfect for visiting the ancient sites and shopping in Athens.

Beautiful hotel at a convenient location, easily accessible from Syntagma metro station as well as the main attractions in Central Athens. Lovely terrace with a spectacular view on the Akropolis, not to mention the breakfast with delicious local specialties. Rooms have private balconies. and in our case we were upgraded to room with the Akropolis view!

Very nice hotel with an amazing terrace overlooking the Acropolis! The breakfast was algo delicious with plenty of options. The staff was very nice and warming.

The strongest point of this hotel is definitely its panoramic restaurant terrace with a view on Acropolis and the whole of Athens. Each morning at the breakfast you can enjoy this wonderful view from both inside and outside tables. The location of the hotel is also great in proximity to most of the tourist spots. The staff is polite and professional, room service is very reactive. The hotel is up to it’s 5 stars standard and I definitely recommend it!

First negative point: we were informed about the renovation works in the spa area only 3 days before arrival and we definitely wanted to use the inner swimming pool, as it is cold outside. However, they offered us to use the spa area in their sister hotel Electra Metropolis and it was very nice. The only problem was walking for the two minutes in 3 degrees Celsius (temperature in February when we were there) back to our hotel after the spa visit. Another small negative point (independent from the hotel) is the absence of any grocery shops next to the hotel. It is a 6 or 7 mins walking distance to the nearest shop

Excellent and a true pleasure to be there as a guest. The reception and front of house were exceptionally helpful as was the room staff. The staff on level 8 dining room were also very obliging and helpful 10/10 to all👏👏👏

I need a firm bed for my back and as for most hotels, the bed was too soft for my back, I slept several nights on the couch that was perfectly firm. 😀 The staff was wonderful everywhere save for one lady at breakfast… good service but with attitude which I wasn’t expecting given the exceptional staff we had encountered there. A must when in Athens.

The rooms aren’t sound isolated so you hear all the voices from the corridor. The renovation work you hear pretty loud during the day (not at the early morning or at the evening)

Splendid view of Athens (incl. Acropolis) when having the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Underground parking available - a big issue when you stay in Athens and have a car. Excellent staff - special thanks to Olga, who saved our New Year's Eve by booking a table at a very nice restaurant in the area.

Rooms are rather small for a 5-stars hotel - but this is quite typical for capital cities.

Location,staff,breakfast were perfect.Sophia who was in charge of concierge service was very kind and attentive to our requests.We cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.

The only criticism about the hotel was that the housekeeper was knocking at the doors at 5 p.m -6 p.m You hear all the knocking when you try to take some rest after all day walking.One day İ left a note about this the housekeeper took this note but nobody contacted me.

İ liked everything about the hotel, improvement point is only pool and spa area, no space to rest .
