The location was hidden which was nice but made if difficult for the taxis to come.

The view was stupendous. Our flights caused us to reach Athens a day late and hotel was very accommodating in not charging us for the missed day. Suite size was perfect for us.

Beautiful room in a very good location - a couple of blocks to the Plaka neigborhood & both Monast. and Synt. Squares (and Metro stations). Great variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Sat. street noise noticeable but not to loud. Beautiful, pricey hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast in the rooftop restaurant, with outstanding Acropolis views. Small rooftop pool & bar with comfortable lounges (and again the view). Friendly, helpful staff.

The Hotel was in a fantastic location within walking distance of the Plaka, Anafiotika area and the Acropolis. It was a short walk from Ermou Street and the shops and Syntagma Square. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a birthday cake and one of the staff sang happy birthday in the Roof Garden bar. The Roof Garden was perfect for drinks and breakfast with acropolis views. They organised a taxi to the airport for us which was nearly half the price of what we payed when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t fault the hotel.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel, only wish we were staying longer.

Exceptional reception staff who assisted our needs superbly. Perfect location . Room very good with superb balcony. Could use better furniture. Food excellent. Restaurant wonderful view and accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet fune but not outstanding... coffee not good.

The room was dated, no smart tv so couldn’t watch much tv, the new rainfall shower was too weak so used the normal shower head and the room was quite dark with little natural light. No plugs near the mirrors or at the side of beds.

Our room had an excellent view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Victoria, was helpful and professional.

Room was small, safe wouldn’t close and nighttime noise was pretty loud until 4a.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and an easy walk to the Acropolis. The rooftop bar and restaurant were incredible with million dollar views. And a bonus to have breakfast there each morning overlooking the Acropolis.

Staff, location, pool bar, and rooftop restaurant. Get a room with a view....you won't believe the view of the Acropolis. Staff are wonderful and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite without asking.

Our room on the 7th floor was right under the rooftop restaurant on the 8th, so we heard chairs moving around at night and in the morning. We weren't complaining since it was a beautiful suite.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Location was superb, near to all the historical sites, walking distance to shopping, fabulous restaurants and very safe area. Staff was accommodating, professional and were willing to assist with your requests. Rooftop restaurant was wonderful with a fabulous few of the acropolis. All and all my stay was 10 stars!

This is perfectly located within easy reach of tourist attractions, local shopping and dining experiences. The panoramic views the hotel offers are stunning and the breakfast and dining areas strategically located on the top level. Enjoying a buffet breakfast each morning on the balcony, which also has retractable blinds when required, was a delight and the food selection and quality was excellent. The pool/bar area also offered beautiful views and both welcoming after morning tours. The staff & particularly reception were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful with directions, booking tours or transport. They went above and beyond. This was a fabulous hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff were very thoughtful and helpful throughout my stay. Location is perfect. Breakfast very good and the view is stunning. I stayed in difficult circumstances with an emergency at home and the front desk staff were very helpful.

The air conditioning/ ventilation shaft at the back of the building is quite noisy, so I could not leave my window open, because it was too disruptive to sleep. One male member of staff in the breakfast area was distinctly unhelpful.

Poor service by the pool. Sat in the garden bar for 15 minutes and received many insect bites when I hadn’t been bitten when out in other Athens restaurants and bars.

The hotel is in a great location, and the views of the Acropolis from both the Rooftop & Pool are fantastic. The staff are all extremely helpful, especially around the pool and at reception. Breakfast runs very well, and there is a good selection of hot & cold options, but I was surprised there was no ability to order anything specific at a 5* hotel.

There are also several reasons why this hotel falls short for me. 1. We stayed in the Superior room with a Garden view, however what isn’t listed on the website is that this overlooks a restaurant which stays open until 11:30pm/12am on the weekend. With loud music playing, we had to call reception to get earplugs to try and drown out some of the noise. 2. The walls are pretty thin, in our room you have the adjoining rooms bathroom right by your bed. I could hear them turn on the shower, and cleaning their teeth.. 3. For a hotel of such a substantial size, the gym is far too small, with minimal facilities including 1 treadmill for a hotel of hundreds of people? 4. There are no plug sockets by the bed, and no clock in the room; small touches but things I really think should come as standard.
