Signage during work as a wet rug (during cleaning)damaged some of my bags and in turn some important paperwork.

Perfect location, vibe, decoration. The spa and breakfast were enjoyable, too.

The double bed were 2 single beds united which very often were slipping apart.

Absolutely superb! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff… always welcoming! Have returned here decade after decade and kindly remembered by staff. Would not stay anywhere else in Athens! Thanks for a beautiful stay and being allocated best corner room with a view!

Excellent location, comfortable room of reasonable size. Hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to cut short for personal reasons. We received a credit for the remaining time on the reservation. For that, we thank you.9

The hotel is located very near to ermou street which is the main shopping street. The hotel is super clean and everyone was really really nice and helpful. The breakfest has a nice view to the acropolis (kinda like all other hotels)

Location is excellent, walking distance to many of the attractions and Plata. Breakfast was excelent and the view of the Accropolis was magnificant!

Room could be a little bigger but it was fine for a downtown hotel.

We had a wonderful staying,staff was very kind and welcoming,did their best for us to accomodate as good as possible. Always nice and ready to help. Room was lovely and confortable. Absolutely amazing breakfast,with a breathtaking view of the Acropole from thd rooftop restaurant. I received a surprise for my birthday from the hotel, champagne and cake,and we really enjoyed it,thank you!

The gentleman at reception, who checked us in had the worst attitude possible. Considering that check in is your first impression - he totally ruined it. So unprofessional.

The staff gives excellent service. They all appear to take pride in their work and giving great service.

Since it’s in the center of plaka there was little noise from the street. But once we mentioned that they moved us on higher floor and upgraded us for free.

Absolutely stunning view from rooftop. Superb restaurant & bar overlooking the Acropolis. Breakfast was excellent, served on rooftop. Excellent staff all round. Perfect location.

Not hotel’s fault: some people stay at 5* hotels & behave like animals. Our corridor was filled with people shouting & arguing late into the night.

The only one was that the room could be larger for superiour and the bed so tiny

Wonderful view of the Acropolis from the dining room. The staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. The location was perfect for seeing the main sites in the city, it was an easy walk to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops but it was on a quiet safe street.

Breakfast felt a little rushed at times as the staff needed to get tables cleared and relaid asap to accommodate all the potential diners.

Breakfast was exceptional

The location is the best, and the service was impeccable. The staff go out of their way for you. The rooftop restaurant and the one on the ground floor are both outstanding with regard to the atmosphere and food quality. In short, a small gem.

The room was much smaller than what Ii expected based on the picture, and the hairdryer kept switching off.
