The rooms aren’t sound isolated so you hear all the voices from the corridor. The renovation work you hear pretty loud during the day (not at the early morning or at the evening)

Splendid view of Athens (incl. Acropolis) when having the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Underground parking available - a big issue when you stay in Athens and have a car. Excellent staff - special thanks to Olga, who saved our New Year's Eve by booking a table at a very nice restaurant in the area.

Rooms are rather small for a 5-stars hotel - but this is quite typical for capital cities.

Location,staff,breakfast were perfect.Sophia who was in charge of concierge service was very kind and attentive to our requests.We cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.

The only criticism about the hotel was that the housekeeper was knocking at the doors at 5 p.m -6 p.m You hear all the knocking when you try to take some rest after all day walking.One day İ left a note about this the housekeeper took this note but nobody contacted me.

İ liked everything about the hotel, improvement point is only pool and spa area, no space to rest .

The hotel is beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the heart of Athens. The staff is kind, professional and welcoming. Breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was very diverse and delightful, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The indoor pool and fitness center were wonderful additions, making our stay even more relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the piano evening performances!

I had a truly exceptional experience! The hotel’s rooftop is undoubtedly a highlight, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Acropolis. Having breakfast on the rooftop while overlooking this iconic landmark is an unforgettable way to start the day. The rooftop also transforms into a magical dining spot in the evening, with the Acropolis beautifully illuminated. The location of the hotel is fantastic—situated right in the heart of Athens, it’s within walking distance of all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you want to explore Plaka, visit the Acropolis Museum, or shop in Monastiraki, everything is conveniently close by. The hotel also features both indoor and outdoor pools, giving guests plenty of options to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Another standout feature was the incredible service!! Every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained.

the elevators are a bit small, but not something to impact a decision whether to stay at this lovely hotel or not.

The quality and the variety offered at breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is the coffee. It took a long time to arrive and the quantity never satisfied. If I wanted a second cup it would again take a long time…..It is a pity …

All the staff was very good, always eager to help and always with a smile. However, on busy days they should avail more staff to prepare and serve coffee at breakfast.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything—historic landmarks, restaurants, and public transport are all just a short walk away. The staff were exceptional—very friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their dedication truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the walls seemed quite thin, and you could hear what was going on in the neighboring rooms. This did affect the overall comfort at times, but otherwise, everything else was great.

Very noisy. Especially in the morning from 8 am from other guests that opened their room and let their young children play out of their room and drive all the neighbour rooms insane. The hotel is a bit dated.

Professional, friendly, and very responsive. I’d call them at 2 am asking for a lower pillow and it would be by my door in seconds. The receptionists were all so kind and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice and a great variety of local specialties. We sat outside where we could see the acropolis and took many pictures. I have found my favorite hotel in Athens and I will be booking it again if I ever visit Athens again. The indoor pool was amazing for the kids. Warm and big. It had TV channels from all over the world. It was impressive frankly. The location was in the heart of Plaka. We just walked around everywhere from our hotel. Very convenient.

The pool water was salty! It was not a pleasant thing frankly. Some of the TV channels were blurry.

Hi, we wanted to thank you for our stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing throughout the service and went out of their way for us. Especially George, who turned the world upside down for us on the last day when our friend was sick. Everything that was done for us was not taken for granted at all.
