Hera Hotel, Athens

Location was excellent, couple of minutes away from Acropolis Museum. Although small, room was very clean, and the closets smelled nice.

Lovely chic hotel, family run and with personal touches everywhere. Friendly service and perfect central location. The view of the Acropolis from our balcony was wonderful.

Close to major attractions

Breakfast was excellent . The lady working the breakfast room was nice, and the restaurant employees were very nice.

The front dest men with the glasses and beard was not very friendly. The other employees were nice.

Perfect location, only a couple of hundred metres from the Acropolis, great restaurants, bars and shopping. Good breakfast included Rooftop restaurant was very good Acropolis view from the balcony (Jnr suite 5th floor) Complimentary bottle of wine in the room - nice touch

the location is exceptional! the last minute booking with hera hotel was promising, including a comfortable room and a lovely rooftop bar with views of the parthenon. the customer service was also excellent with being served by reception in terms of check in, luggage service and answering inquiries.

Old fashion style. Lots of heavy furniture. Needs to be lighter. The hotel is old.

Location is superb for exploring the Acropolis and ancient part of the city. Close to lots of nice cafés, restaurants and shops. Very close to the metro station - 2 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and all quality produce, especially enjoyed the traditional Greek breakfast.

The room was a little small, but for a city hotel, this is what I would expect, so I don't fault this.

Bed was very comfy, bathroom was very big.

Lack of facilities, felt like a pool and/or a gym would have really made the place a lot more attractive moving forward

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay . From our arrival up to our departure every aspect was exceptional. The staff, the amenities, location all were fabulous.

I don’t know if the hotel was connected to the van that picked us up from the airport but he was late, rushed and we generally felt like we were-an inconvenience The driver who took us back to the airport however was lovely

Room in need of renovation but was adequate for our stay.

The location was great. We had a great view of Parthenon from the room. The staff were very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was great.

Good location, close to Acropolis, Plaka and Monesteraki. Did not have breakfast at hotel so cannot comment. Room was decent for purpose of short stay.
