Unbeatable location. We had 2 connecting rooms - one was in much worse wear than the other. Both faced street and had good soundproofing (even though there was a bar next door and we stayed over a weekend night). Beds super comfy

Room size was very small.

Very close to Acropolis and Museum. Staff very friendly and approachable. View from restaurant. Was excellent and staff happy to adapt the menu for gluten free. The bar staff worked really hard and kept their excellent customer service throughout. Breakfast was good with range of foods including continental and bacon etc.. Room very clean and tidy.. Full marks to housekeeping staff.. Reception really helpful with ongoing journey info and adapting the fact I had managed to book for one person not two!

Air conditioning switches off when not in room which with exceptional heat meant tit took a while before room was comfortable. Although any card seemed to work in the slot :_;

The hotel is chic, within a short walk from Plaka and the Acropolis; it has its own garage. The room was very clean, very comfortable, the staff very helpful.

Great location and v friendly staff

Excellent location with an abundance of shops and eating establishments close by. It's a mere footstep away from the Plaka, Acropolis Museum, Hop on Hop off buses with the Acropolis in the background. The staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great in the July heat, and they served a full buffet breakfast. I plan on returning and will definitely book with them again.

Everything is fine, quiet, nice, lovely place with wonderful location. The roof top, at least for me, wasn’t that interesting, but nothing that hs disturbed the visit

Excellent location. Staff were also excellent throughout hotel. Good breakfast service to start the day. We had a room on higher floor with small terrace which was perfect for evening drinks looking on to the acropolis and really nice of Parthenon. Athens is huge but central Athens is walkable and hotel near to everything. Would highly recommend.

Not a big deal, but the hair dryer did not work in our room. Otherwise rooms were clean and comfortable, with lots of charming elements

Is a very dated hotel. They’re working on replacing floors in the rooms, but attention and money should first be devoted to replacing the tattered bath towels and acquiring quality sheets that fit the beds.

Location is great. Off the main roads within walking distance of the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Hadrian’s Gate and Plaka. Hotel is quiet, while rooms are small which is the norm I believe, they were comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend

The AC was off upon arrival. We had to contact booking.com to make a complaint. The hotel refused to turn it on. Finally on our third day at the hotel, they turned on the AC.

The room had a balcony with a great view. Breakfast came with excellent coffee, bread, eggs, tasty yoghurt and several meat choices. Staff would always helpful.

The elevator was a little slow, but big enough to carry all of our luggage.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant for dinner. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Hop On/Off bus stop, the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and Plaka.

The location is perfect just under the Parthenon, next to the acropolis museum, a few minutes walk from Plaka and in the vibrant neighborhood of Koukaki full of restaurants and bars. The room was large and clean. Very quiet. What really made me appreciate this hotel is the kindness of the staff. They really went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant. There was a general strike on my departure day and they provided a private taxi to reach the airport. They also allowed me a late checkout at 3 PM free of charge. When the driver couldn’t reach the hotel to pick me up because of a demonstration, the gentleman at the reception (possibly the manager) personally walked me to the meeting point 5 minutes away and carried my luggage so as to make sure that I met the driver safely. All the staff at the reception (even at night time) and at the breakfast lounge were really kind and helpful.

Location is excellent as its walking distance from the Acropolis and archeological sites, 2 min from Acropolis station and many bars and restaurants in Plakas. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed.

A bit old, the building needs some renovations, also it wasn’t completely clean, found some dust in certain areas of the room.

The location was fantastic for Athens. The staff was good and special thanks to Dimitri. It was like having our own personal tour guide. Dimitri is amazing!

We were in Athens for the first time for 3 days on New Year's, but next time we will stay at this hotel again without a second thought. A great location for exploring the sights of Athens - both historical and culinary. The staff at both breakfast and reception are genuinely cordial and responsive.

It was a comfortable stay except for the soundproofing issue explained below

Unfortunately we were given a connecting room without being asked. And we could hear everything about the people staying next door, which made the room very noisy. Since we were only staying for 3 days and had already settled in the room, when we realized this problem we didn’t relocate to another room. Also there were no hooks in the room to hang stuff especially in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent . The lady working the breakfast room was nice, and the restaurant employees were very nice.

The front dest men with the glasses and beard was not very friendly. The other employees were nice.

the location is exceptional! the last minute booking with hera hotel was promising, including a comfortable room and a lovely rooftop bar with views of the parthenon. the customer service was also excellent with being served by reception in terms of check in, luggage service and answering inquiries.

Location is superb for exploring the Acropolis and ancient part of the city. Close to lots of nice cafés, restaurants and shops. Very close to the metro station - 2 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and all quality produce, especially enjoyed the traditional Greek breakfast.

The room was a little small, but for a city hotel, this is what I would expect, so I don't fault this.

Bed was very comfy, bathroom was very big.

Lack of facilities, felt like a pool and/or a gym would have really made the place a lot more attractive moving forward
