Expensive room service

It's the four seasons so you get exactly what you pay for, the service is great and so is the hotel. A special shout out to Christina and Valantine and the guys at the front door. The ladies at the spa are amazing I can't say enough great things about them.

A couple of minor improvements could be taken into consideration; 1- House Keeping: the hotel uses a mix of male and female house keeping staff. It would be great if that is made clear at check in so guests can choose what they're comfortable with. I found out by coincidence that they use male staff in housekeeping when I entered my room mid cleaning (the gentleman was polite and professional), I personally do not feel comfortable with a man carrying out the daily cleaning in my room and made that known to the front desk who immediately took action. So it would be good to make it clear to guests at check in that their housekeeping staff is a mix and leave it up to the guests to choose. 2 - Concierge; I usually do not name individuals but in this case I will. Victor at Concierge needs to be re-trained, his guest etiquette was below what one would expect from the Four Seasons Concierge. Victor's guest service doesn't match what you would expect from the four seasons. When I arrived at the four seasons Olympic Airlines had lost my luggage, Valentine (Amazing, made me feel welcome and had a lovely smile) at front desk explained to Victor my situation and mentioned that the concierge can follow up re-luggage. This was already 10.30pm I'm exhausted, midway through giving my details, Victor stops to speak to another guest about their request instead of asking him to wait (which should have been the proper response and the correct etiquette) this conversation took more than 5min and it wasn't urgent. Though Victor eventually sent an email to the luggage info department in Athens Airport, he never bothered to follow up neither with them or with me. I ended up going to the airport myself to track down my luggage.

The breakfast was diverse and for all tastes, especially for fitness junks, who need protein snack and healthy breakfasts. The location where the breakfast was served exceeds my expectation. The view was marvellous!

The couch in the room should be extensible. We stayed with our son in the same room and the couch was very hard and uncomfortable for a child to sleep on!

We stayed in a sea view Bungalow On the day of our arrival our plane arrived early in the morning We found our Bungalow ready and they even invited us for breakfast on our first day The view was amazing and the service at this hotel is professional. I will definitely come back to the same hotel if I visit Athens again

Every single thing!! Flawless, perfect in every way. Never been anywhere as good as this! Above and beyond anything you can expect. Well done to all involved and the perfect staff that made our stay amazing and unforgettable.

It is really lovely. We were there as they were opening some of the amenities for the summer season, so didn't get to experience everything but we really enjoyed the main pool area, the fitness center, the great breakfast and even just walking around the property - the landscaping and plantings are beautiful.

You really need a car unless you plan to have all your meals on property (they do have a lot of options). But if you want to experience a more authentic restaurant, you need venture out.

The location and the bungalow by the sea, the attention to details, the warm welcome for our one year anniversary.

Nobu restaurant has declined; it was not as good as it used to be. We were disappointed by our dinner. But this restaurant is in the resort but does not belong to the four seasons complex.

Wow, where do I begin? Staying @ a Four Seasons was in my Bucket list. I decided to splurge & stay here after our Turkish/Greek cruise. I loved the beautiful modern decor, large room, comfy duvet & feather pillows, Diptyque soaps, conditioner & lotion, fancy mirror/TV, great array of exquisite complimentary fruit,coffees & teas AND the kids got Easter chocolates!! How thoughtful! My kids & I played tennis, & I had a tennis lesson also. Excellent service there! The spa was incredible, all I had time for was the steam room & sauna. I loved the outdoor quiet pool dip after tennis. Room service for dinner was awesome, we didn’t need to walk anywhere :-). Breakfast was great—so many choices—I was bummed to eat super fast, as my kids were late getting ready & I had to run to tennis. Incredible carrot cake, eggs Benedict, cheeses, breads, fruits, smoothies, smoked salmon and more! If I come back, I will make time to eat breakfast. Everything was so lovely!

Not Four Seasons’ fault— I brought a warm swim shirt to try swimming at the beach. It was still too cold with a thermal swim shirt! I must have lasted 3 seconds in the water.

The Four Season Astir is far beyond any expectation. The facilities are modern, spacious, clean. The view is beautiful, the service is impeccable and any request we had was immediately satisfied at top level. The staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. We could not ask for anything more. The breakfast is of the utmost quality. The Spa is beautiful.

Simply Amazing. Food ( from breakfast, to lunch and to dinner). Pelagos Michelin Star Restaurant is a storytelling place with great great to remember sensation food and serving. Nice atmosphere in the lunch bar, terrace overlooking the Mediterranian Sea. Staff everywhere is nice, helpful, kind. The amenities are great. Rooms are tastefully decorated, functional settings, cleanliness perfection. Location perfect. Absolutely amazing.

Amazing location with fantastic views, very private closed resort, beautiful interiors in rooms and common areas, very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond to make your stay a luxury experience.

A shame the outdoor restaurants were not open as we came a little pre-season, but it was still a wonderful experience.
