Housekeeping - they didn’t clean the room until 2 pm even though we left it at 10am with a cleaning sign. Concierge - They booked us a restaurant outside the hotel for 12 pm even though the restaurant opens at 1pm so I was confused and had to ask them - they said 12pm again and then when we left already heading to the restaurant they texted it opens at 1pm - so we had to wait 1 hour next to the restaurant. Mini bar was not refilled. They always put a duvet with the horned side on the top - so when you sleep you feel the filling coming out

Outstanding Luxury Stay. Staff could not be more helpful and attentive. Room was epic with balcony and stunning view of the private beach. Breakfast was fantastic.

Amazing and beautiful place of riviera. We enjoyed every minute of our staying in the hotel: good room with all facilities, service 24 hours up to your enquiry. Restaurants are fantastic: i will never forget beef bar 😉. Four seasons is the best

Walls were thin so we could hear chatting from next door when loud!

The staff, the room the breakfast was amazing

Great place to stay for a little weekend getaway from the middle east. The location is far from the city (about 40mins/ 40 euros with the cab/ uber) but it is very private and secluded. The service is amazing as per FS standard as usual.

Breakfast option could have more variety but for European standard it is good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Athens and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the staff was truly impressive. Not only did they provide excellent service during my stay, but they also followed up afterwards to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. This level of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Four Seasons Hotel in Athens and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and memorable experience.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful and the staff did their maximum to give us a great first-time experience with Four Season.

The spa, I complained that when we decided to go to the spa there were families with children shouting and jumping into the water, parents talking loudly on the phone, so we left as soon as possible the spa! I got an answer from the spa manager who did everything to change our feeling and understood our frustration. She gave us fantastic compensation and was so a kind and lovely person that we completely forgot our complaint, you have a wonderful person who is responsible for the spa!

Too many children. They have of course a perfect right to be there but in the restaurants maybe the hotel could exercise a discrete segregation.

The concierge team was super great, specifically Jopusha and Marasila (I hope I did pronounce her name correctly). The staff were welcoming, easy to deal with, and spoke good English. For me, it was super to deal with the concierge team, to be honest.

The location was far from the city, and the sea trips and activities were expensive. It's worth it but costly.

We were in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, with incredible views. The staff were beyond kind and efficient. The choice of restaurants was excellent and the quality of the food superb. Would like to return one day,
