Breakfast was exceptional! The quality of the product, the à la carte dishes (granola and nduja sandwich) were out of this world. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, bathrooms are huge. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has two incredible restaurants offering different cousine and one located on the 6th floor under glass roof with exceptional view! I also was lucky that I decided to have a massage at the hotel spa which includes beautiful pool, sauna and well equipped gym. The massage i took included peeling and deep tissue massage and professional focused on my most troublesome areas and helped me to get rid of back pain. I also must mention that reception helped me to organise wonderful tour with guide around Warsaw! Lastly the room I got was so beautiful with incredibly comfortable bed and bathroom made with beautiful stone! It was exceptional stay and I will happily stay here next time I come to Warsaw!

Everything was perfect

The room was very spacious and stylish, and the breakfast is incredible. I loved the downstairs bar and swimming pool. The hotel is run by a local family and you can feel the authentically Polish perspective on contemporary hospitality that they offer guests in everything from the restaurant menus, the beautiful interiors, and the wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in great area of Warsaw where is exactly the central Warsaw. The room is well organized and it is perfect choice if you want to experience something new type of 5 stars hotel.

Only cons side of my stay was deposit system. The system itself is alright, however I had to wait for a long time to receive it at the reception when I checked out. Overall, everything was okay, regarding this problem you just need to prepare youself earlier and go to the reception.

A true 5-star hotel—one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the spa is open until midnight, and the beautifully renovated historic buildings add exceptional charm. The wine selection is fantastic. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — it truly exceeded our expectations. We were especially touched when the staff gave us some fresh fruit to take away for our child — such a kind and thoughtful gesture. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Highly recommended!

Went for an anniversary and unfortunally the spa was closed. They gave us a room upgrade and a very nice dinner as compensation to make sure we had an unforgettable weekend.

Beautiful, high end property. Very spacious room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed. Centrally located. Breakfast consisted of very high quality food and absolutely delicious.

Bathroom was incredible….large tub and separate shower, loved the bidet; extremely spacious but not equipped with any hooks, bars or rack to dry towels and robes.

Quite dark rooms, air-conditioning is not comfortable to sleep because it goes to the face when you are in bad. Sauna is not setup proper.

Clean and beautiful hotel. Housekeeping staff was great as well

Toilet is missing towel hooks. No place to hang your towels after using. Room lacks proper lighting.

Centrally located, comfortable and clean place. The staff and the service is absolutely amazing. Tasty breakfast with many options, vegetarian-friendly, too. My room was very calm and spacious. The building in which the hotel is located has a very interesting history and is an important Warsaw's landmark - that's additional bonus. Cool bar open round the clock and fancy restaurant.

A bit austere and dim inside, not really welcoming at the first glance. Later one gets used to the designers' concept, however, but some more colors would definitely make the look better. The lights in the room (especially in the bathroom near the mirror) could be improved. A bizarre second tv set located too close to the bathroom door and covering the light switches - a nuisance! Two lifts were not enough as for such a big hotel with 16 floors and the hotel cards sometimes do not work in the lifts as you try to unblock the buttons to go up.

How to properly use the elevator with the keycard. But that was more my fault. I have never stayed at a place where you had to use a keycard on elevator. Its a good safety feature!

Interior design is exceptional, a calming mix of grey concrete and brown/copper elements allows you to relax and fully disconnect from the busy city. Location is top. The pool and sauna are great, and also.tastefully designed. Very good noise isolation, no traffic noise in the room.

The room temperature was 16 on arrival and it took some time to heat up. No fish selection for breakfast - unusual in Poland. Absurd high mini bar prices.

The room was excellent. Very conducive for working but also a relaxing space. Prior to booking i read a lot of comments about how dark the rooms were. The lighting in my room was great. The ambiance of the hotel as a whole is excellent

We always choose to stay at this hotel when in Warsaw—it’s so exceptional that it often becomes our excuse to visit the city! The experience is always amazing. We absolutely love the wine, olive oil, and bread in your restaurant, and the cheese is exceptionally good as well. The spa facilities are top-notch, and the staff is consistently warm and accommodating, even going the extra mile to change the room for us when needed. Thank you for always making our stay so memorable!

Perhaps you might consider expanding your music selection in the spa. I’ve stayed at your hotel at least six times, and during all my visits, it seems that only one song plays continuously in the spa. It would be great to have a bit more variety to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for considering this suggestion!
