Value for money, super central location and comfortable rooms.

There is a 'soundproof' indication for the rooms on booking.com, but this is far from true. We could hear our neighbors speaking very clear. Then our window was not closing properly (open space between frame and wall), so all the traffic noise from outside kept us awake all night. The staff solved it in a good way though, we got another room the second night.

The breakfast was good, the location is near the Warshawa Centralna, it's very good. The bed is very confortable.

a little bit cold in the room, water in the shower changed so quickly from cold to hot and back, so it is not easy to take a shower, every time you just concebtrate not to get very cold or very hot. So this should be definitelly fixed.

In the bathroom, the water in the shower was always going hot/cold and it was really unconfortable during showering. Also the heating was not good enough in the room.

This hotel is very convenient and just across the street from the train station/tram. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The big plus for us was the "small playground" which is what my 2 small kids referred to it in the lobby. We got the suite and it was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and it also comes with a kettle. The breakfast was also very good with quite a selection. We stayed here for 3 nights and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

The staff are very kind! The location is in the city center, close to the public transportation, stores and shopping mall. The room was very clean and there is a drinking water station on the floor and the best part is the tasty breakfast that was excellent!

The hotel is very well located just a few stops from the Old town. The room was very nice, beds comfortable and big enough. You could hear the trams outside but I guess that's the cost for the location. Breakfast was very good.

The only thing I was struggling with was the shower. Every time when I tried to turn on warm water, it was crazy hot I almost burnt myself, even when you put the handle in the middle, still very very hot. It was very difficult to find a normal temperature to actually take a shower.

Lovely, simple hotel, 5min walk from the train station and close to many attractions. I didn't try to breakfast and therefore cannot assess how good it is. Helpful staff.

Location was very good, close to the tram and bus station. Tram No4 goes straight to the old Town and bus 175 goes straight to Chopin Airport. The train station is about a 10 min walk. Close to the shopping area and good restaurants. The breakfast option was good also. There are lots of shops in the connecting tunnel underground as well.

Excellent central location so it is very easy to get to from Chopin Airport as well as navigate around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, all the staff spoke English to very high standard. The hotel was clean warm and well maintained all the utilities were working perfectly. As a solo traveller I can recommend it, and I imagine for families it is also precisely what you need in a hotel in a big city.

The location of the hotel is good, easy to reach the old town by bus. We stayed two nights here and it was a good base for our city trip to Warsaw.

Probably because of the central location, it was a bit noisy. Trams, cars and typical traffic noises.

Perfect location accessibility - near tram, bus and metro station. Shopping area in the Warsawa Cetralna are just 500meters away and TjMaxx around 200meters away. Old town/New town are 4stops away using tram (taking Centrum08 Tram#4 across the hotel). Staff very kind and helpful. Room is flawless even bathroom, floor carpet are new too.

It was close to the main railway station, which had good links to Chopin Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. There was a water cooler on each floor. The hotel was well situated, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in strolling distance, and we had a nice walk along the river bank to the old town.

Location is great, plenty of things to do nearby and restaurants to have breakfast in. The room has a good size, bed is comfortable. The housekeeping is "opt-in" - if you want the room to be cleaned during your stay you'll need to inform the hotel reception. There are some city noises (trams, sirens) in the room but I found it relaxing, it's not loud at all (at least on 3rd floor) and similar to living in a flat in a city.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is renovated. In the room the towels need to be renewed. Also slippers and more cosmetic, more toiletries have to be provided in the bathroom.

The towels were old. Not enough toiletries. No shower cap, no hair conditioner and body milk.
