Only one little thing bar shuts at 10 think 11 would have been good Would have been nice to take a night cap to bed but not a big issue .

Breakfast was a little chaotic. Had to clean a table ourselves after standing waiting to be seated and knocking on the kitchen door for staff to assist us. Eventually found our own table which we cleared. Breakfast selection was good.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the main square. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough to help e.g loaned us a phone charger as we forgot ours. Arrange packed breakfast for early morning trips and day of departure. Fridge in the room.

Really nice and clean hotel. The room was good size. Friendly staff. Good breakfast also. And the location was really near the main square and train station.

The shower thermostat did not work. It took a long time to take a shower because the water was only suitable for a while. Most of the time, the water was too hot or too cold.

The room and bathroom were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Position is great to go by foot to the city center. Receptionists were amazing and kind, very informative. They both speak great English.

The hotel was very modern & had a lovely feel to it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was just a few minutes walk from the square and not far from other areas we walked to.

We felt the breakfast wasn't great. We felt it needed adapting to suit all nationalities. Could have done with some milk in the room on arrival at least.

Smell from the water pipes. They put refreshments in the bathroom but you can still fell it.

Ideal location, rooms were spotless ( we had first floor family room ) . We were able to get into room 2 hours earlier than the 3pm check in . Would highly recommend using their airport taxi service ( they will message you about this before you fly , that impressed we booked To take us back to the airport this morning , and because we would miss breakfast they kindly put us up 3 packed breakfast bags ). Paulina greeted us on reception on our arrival , very helpful. All staff were friendly and attentive . 5 minutes walk from main square and shopping centre .

Location is perfect. Room is good enough for one night stay. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff at the reception on the night we checked in was very helpful.

we were late for Breakfast as we got stuck in traffic after our visit to the church in the morning due to rains. we requested the reception to inform the restaurant. This information was not properly communicated. Toilet Bowl needs to be replaced.

It was a brilliant location 10 min walk to the old town. walking in the door the receptionist was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. We were sad to leave.

This location is wonderful. A fantastic market right at the end of the street and a short walk to the lively centre. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and clean and the decor is gorgeous. The communication before we arrived was amazing and once there the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me make it extra special for our arrival for my husband's 40th for which I'm extremely grateful. We will 100% be returning here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will return again. Nothing I didn't like about the place.

Very minor matters, a little too warm in room overnight. Couldn't figure out how to turn heating down but in fairness we didn't ask. Also light on the aircon unit distracting during night but overall we loved the hotel. Staff great and would happily return and recommend.

Firstly the staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom is well designed, with a good shower. The breakfast was really good too - there is a large variety of things to choose from and its nicely presented. The hotel is near lots of places - it is about an 8-10 minute walk to the Old town, and is also close to the Galleria mall / train station.

We requested single beds. They were comfortable but quite small ( and we are small). Thats the only thing I would say needs improvement.

Fantastic hotel! Location was great as it was a short walk from the old town and close to tram stops. Bathroom was amazing, very spacious and shower was great. Breakfast had a good selection each morning. Staff were always friendly. Overall, great hotel - highly recommend!

The single beds were on the small side

- to start the location in the old down - at the reception desk every staff is always smiling , greeting at any given time of the day . - if u need something in ur room , towel or even a glass it’s right there within 05 mins. - they have a coffee maker , fridge . - the interiors of the room is fantastic , space very well used . - breakfast was also nice , good choices . - we loved everything about this hotel .

There was a kettle in the room with TWO coffee sachets. A note said you could buy more if you wanted them. I have never not had a daily top up as part of the booking.

Bar was closed by 10pm (tried to go on way back in one evening) Breakfast has limited choice, only had bagels 1 day out of our 4, which for Poland surprised me. Smoking area for staff/guests is directly at the front door. Not very attractive for non-smokers

The staff was exceptional, especially Paulina. It was not even 9 am when I arrived at the hotel, hoping to leave my suitcase until the check-in time, and 40 minutes later I was already in my room (and I got a free upgrade!). The breakfast was very nice, very good selection. And the location is just perfect - literally less than a 5-minute walk to the old town.

It met our needs. We arrived late and left early next day. So did not need much more than a comfortable bed and good breakfast.

If we stayed longer, we would have found the room too small.

Staff very helpful upgraded our room complimentarily Location excellent - close to public transport, the Planty public park around the old town which was near.

Breakfast was poor. Although there was plenty of meat dishes, not enough healthy items. Little variety of fresh fruit and healthy cereals.

very good location between the train station (10min walk) and old town (5min walk). the hotel is great, i recommend it. the rooms are, clean, modern, air conditioned. the staff was very helpful and they even gave us a breakfast box, as we had to leave too early for regular breakfast!

Very friendly staff always on hand at reception or in the bar/restaurant area of you need something. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location is only a short walk from the old town and a market with plenty to do on the doorstep. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from and replenished often. All in all a very nice little hotel.

Great location, 8 min walk from Krakow Central station and approx. 8 minute walk from heart of the old town. On a quiet street. Excellent breakfast (they even packed us up with a take away breakfast when we had a very early start). Comfortable bed & friendly staff.

The location was perfect for the old town and access to the main train station. Staff were very helpful and checkin/checkout were very easy.

We were very happy with our stay.

The hotel was in the city center of Cracow. It was very easy to get to from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff was lovely and helpful. We would love to stay again.

Excellent location just blocks from the old town and walking distance from the main train station; good size, comfortable room; nice restaurant and bar onsite; extremely helpful staff.

I wouldn't have minded a room on a higher floor, considering we'd had our reservation for a year, but we don't really have any substantive complaints.

Excellent reception service. Very good selection of TV channels and good breakfast. Hotel is well located being close to both the Market Square and the railway station.

Good breakfast - mostly for the adults. For our children there were less options In the shower, there was a bad smell on the first night. After we noticed the team, they made it better but the smell didn't go away absolutely

The hot water in the shower is very spotty, it alternates between cold and hot without much control.
