Hotel Atrium, Kraków

Super central and a lovely hotel to rest your head. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. It’s very close to the square (about 10 min walk) and also within walking distance to the Jewish quarter too. We were able to keep our bags in the property on our last day so we could explore before going to the airport.

The only minor inconvenience was the shower. It went from scalding to cold to scalding again with short breaks in between where the water was able to be used.

Tucked away in a nice quiet part within 10-20 mins walking distance to everything you need. Close to railway station when coming from the airport. Lovely warm and spotlessly clean room. So quiet, I didn’t hear a thing all night! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful little bar and restaurant with fantastic food and excellent service. A great little find. Great value for money and Highly recommended.

Very clean and peaceful and room was warm (even it was cold outside). Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Garden in the breakfast room was beautiful. Location was very good.

One of the receptionists was using headphones once while working and it was daytime. Its not a big deal, but for us felt a bit weird. (At night time when there are not so many customers its totaly understandable for examble).

Amazing staff, hotel room was perfect for us, cozy warm and comfortable. Great location, 5-10minute walk from old town and about 15 to the castle. Pubs, restaurants, shops and markets within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back

Double Room had two single beds together which wasn't an issue as bottom sheet was a double however the bed had two single quilts instead of one double quilt.

Staff where all loverly, anything we needed they was happy to help. Room and hotel in general all very good.

Bedsheets are from cheap polyester, mattress cover from plastic too and it makes you sweat a lot at night

Friendly staff, breakfast offers a large and good selection. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. The central main square is also within easy walking distance.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced or better cleaned.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for the Old Town and market square.

Some noise early in the morning, but everyone has to work.

Our room was spacious, spotless and the hotel was a few minutes walk to the main square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold foods plus fruit and cereals.

The only thing we didn't like was that when we first arrived the key they gave us was actually someone else's room so we walked in to other people's belongings etc spread on the bed and around the room. I mistake I guess but if it were my room I wouldn't have been happy.

Breakfast was a little chaotic. Had to clean a table ourselves after standing waiting to be seated and knocking on the kitchen door for staff to assist us. Eventually found our own table which we cleared. Breakfast selection was good.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the main square. Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough to help e.g loaned us a phone charger as we forgot ours. Arrange packed breakfast for early morning trips and day of departure. Fridge in the room.

Really nice and clean hotel. The room was good size. Friendly staff. Good breakfast also. And the location was really near the main square and train station.

The shower thermostat did not work. It took a long time to take a shower because the water was only suitable for a while. Most of the time, the water was too hot or too cold.

The room and bathroom were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Position is great to go by foot to the city center. Receptionists were amazing and kind, very informative. They both speak great English.

The hotel was very modern & had a lovely feel to it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was just a few minutes walk from the square and not far from other areas we walked to.

We felt the breakfast wasn't great. We felt it needed adapting to suit all nationalities. Could have done with some milk in the room on arrival at least.

Ideal location, rooms were spotless ( we had first floor family room ) . We were able to get into room 2 hours earlier than the 3pm check in . Would highly recommend using their airport taxi service ( they will message you about this before you fly , that impressed we booked To take us back to the airport this morning , and because we would miss breakfast they kindly put us up 3 packed breakfast bags ). Paulina greeted us on reception on our arrival , very helpful. All staff were friendly and attentive . 5 minutes walk from main square and shopping centre .

Location is perfect. Room is good enough for one night stay. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff at the reception on the night we checked in was very helpful.

we were late for Breakfast as we got stuck in traffic after our visit to the church in the morning due to rains. we requested the reception to inform the restaurant. This information was not properly communicated. Toilet Bowl needs to be replaced.

It was a brilliant location 10 min walk to the old town. walking in the door the receptionist was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. We were sad to leave.

This location is wonderful. A fantastic market right at the end of the street and a short walk to the lively centre. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and clean and the decor is gorgeous. The communication before we arrived was amazing and once there the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me make it extra special for our arrival for my husband's 40th for which I'm extremely grateful. We will 100% be returning here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will return again. Nothing I didn't like about the place.

Very minor matters, a little too warm in room overnight. Couldn't figure out how to turn heating down but in fairness we didn't ask. Also light on the aircon unit distracting during night but overall we loved the hotel. Staff great and would happily return and recommend.
