Space with sauna and swimming pool + bar amazing interior honestly and very nice people

I would change the plastic cups in the sauna for a wooden one (it’s safe and clean) the plastic ones are kind of disgusting. Once I went to Londons very prestigious spa and they had wooden cups. Also I didn’t like that I had to pay 10% tip at the bar I already am paying a lot for the whole hotel and I understand I’m paying too in a restaurant but honestly I would just increase the price 10% instead of 10% tip because I didn’t read it and it was a negative experience for me. Also slippers could be better because mine got destroyed after one day and I didn’t get a new ones.

Great stay, will recommend and stay again if in Krakow! The breakfast is a bit expensive but very good — lots of variety. The room was big, in the main building: comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Amazing spa. I only booked treatments (1 facial and 1 body massage) with Aleksanda but I did walk through the pool area and saunas and it looked nice and clean. We ate dinner once in the same restaurant that also serves the breakfast and it was really good.

Cleaning schedule and weird charges. - Cleaning is a bit all over the place in terms of schedule. On one day it was too early (around 9) so we had the "do not disturb" sign out as we were still getting ready to go out and the room wasn't cleaned that day at all because of that. On another day they came around 15-16 when we were back in the room (so one of us could go to the spa) so the person in the room had to go out in order for them to clean. - When checking in they reserved (pre-authorized) the money on my card for the room and breakfast, as I asked not to have an open card on the room as I was going to pay what I used/ate to control my budget better. On the day before checkout in the evening, I noticed that the pre-authorization was removed and the money back on my card. I thought maybe it was in preparation for the checkout the next morning, so didn't go down to check with reception. But around 5 am my card was pre-authorized again for a different sum! When checking out, they charged the original payment sum, making me go out of my budget because of the second (wrong) sum. Only today, 30 days later, that second pre-authorization was canceled and the money was released back. I did notify them at check out that there was more money reserved than they needed to (original sum + new sum), they said it was probably a mistake and going to be released soon, and if not, I should call. This is why I waited for a month to post my review as I wanted to be sure that the second sum would be released back to me. What is weird is that sum was pre-authorized on the checkout day at 5 AM when I was sleeping! Not sure how it is possible and where did they save my card details :/ Well, all well that ends well.

The facilities are fabulous. Fully kitted gym, great pool area and health bar where you can get tea, coffee, smoothies, protein shakes- amazing. Hedwigs bar is a one of its kind in Krakow. Really good! Food at Gaia, one of the best meals I’ve had. Rooms are very similar in design and amenities to The Ned, Soho House, NoMad hotels.

Needs better lighting in the bedroom and more plugs near a mirror.

Excellent spa facilities, welcoming and friendly staff and a lovely bar area that did become quite lively in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was a little expensive when not part of the room and compared with local cafes, however the food was delicious and we did enjoy eating in the very nice restaurant.

The hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located to the main square and local attraction. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, The Stables, but the walk to this part of the hotel was through a beautiful Mediterranean-esque hallway. The spa and pool area is lovely and the gym is one of the best equipped gyms I’ve been too - I was super impressed with this!! The breakfast was delicious and there was always a good selection as well as freshly cooked options.

The service at breakfast was a little slow over the weekend compared to our first day.

It was absolutely beautiful. Stunning interior.

The bar was quite expensive. Also breakfast was expensive at 22 euros per person. But a great choice of different food. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. At night there was disco in the bar and we had the room above. The music played until 2 am. Next morning when we mentioned it at reception we were moved to a total quiet part of the hotel which was very much appreciated.

The staff was excellent very caring and helpful. Best people Working at a hotel that I have ever met. It was like having friends there to help you in everything. There was a real caring there. I almost wanted to move and live there.

Very comfortable room at rear of property away from the main road. Quiet air con and comfy bed. Food and service in restaurant was good, didn't have breakfast. Good gym.

The corridors on our floor were poorly lit. I was asked for a credit card guarantee at check in of significantly more than the cost of the room. Never been asked for this amount before.

Absolutely fantastic stay- amenities are high standards and staff excellent. The spa was the highlight of our stay.

WOW WOW WOW! What an amazing stay! Hotel was out of this world , the breakfast was so delicious (best hotel breakfast I’ve had) !! Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

The lady at reception seemed quite abrupt but during our stay she warmed and turned out to be very friendly so welcoming us with a smile could have formed a better first impression

Very good hotel. Highly recommend staying there as the staff, facility and overall quality of beds and other furnishing is exceptional.

The modern wing of rooms is quite a way from the rest of the building requiring a confusing walk along a basement walkway and operating 2 lifts. Minor thing.. and I'm sure they have considered other options, but it would be useful to let people know the modern and classic wings are not in the same building.

It was an excellent stay, the hotel has really good bedrooms, the restaurant is also very good (as well as the room service) and the hotel’s bar is unbeatable. Moreover we had some problems with a small bag that we left at a taxi and the staff went out of its way to help us. Last but not least, location is ideal to explore the city.

The property was close to all main attractions and only a short walk from the jewish quarter. The facilities are excellent, spa, swimming and the beds so comfortable . We took a hotel car to Auschwitz and the driver waited and brought us back. It was such good value for the 4 of us and at all time the concierge and front desk were helpful. On the friday and saturday evenings the bar was vibrant and music from a DJ that you could not hear once in the room on the 1st floor. All round a lovely hotel

Location is perfect, very near to old town, excellent breakfast. Room unbelievable and luxurious. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time.

we booked 2 rooms, 1 of the rooms have strange smell, and we heave used coffee cups in room but they did not take and clean it.

Alina in the restaurant was exceptional. She was really helpful, friendly and went above and beyond her role.

The bar staff in the main bar were extremely unfriendly and very grumpy

Amazing room and spa

This was my third stay here and there is a reason I keep coming back. Great location (Just 10-15 minute walk to the main square for example). The hotel is modern, but has character. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well decorated, and have all the usual amenities you would expect. The staff are exceptional, very friendly, professional, and very helpful.

I cannot fault the hotel in any way. There is nothing I could say I disliked.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel itself was amazing and the staff were outstanding. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the surroundings were aesthetically pleasing. We dined in the hotel two nights and were not disappointed - the food was great. We also ordered take away breakfast bags to take with us on our visit to the camps and there was definitely enough for breakfast and lunch. Great selection. Overall we had an amazing stay in Krakow and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a first class hotel in many ways. Very friendly personnel. Perfect location for Krakau highlights, very comfy and stylish without being too posh. Great wellness, very good food at Gaia restaurant. Super shower, nive beds, great parking, lighting in room (often a neglected detail), and so on...

Maybe a bit pricy, but it's really worth it!!

Very high standard of finish in the rooms and all common parts. Food at breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed a couple of meals in Gaia restaurant. Staff were all delightful. Very easy access to the old town and the jewish quarter which had a fun night scene.

The music in Hedwigs was a little too loud for our aperitivo stop.

We stayed in a quiet room by the inner yard. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms to the street were rather noisy and the decor wasn't too modern.

The hotel was beautiful. Perfectly situated and close to all of our meeting points for tours. Short walk to the castle complex. Newer hotel and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed that the hotel would not be flexible in offering us an alternative simpler breakfast of croissants and coffee The restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere as so few guests used them . disappointed that the bar would not offer eg olives or nuts with our drinks and we had to purchase an Item from the bar menu instead

Gaia restaurant closed three days running in the evening for private events, it would have helped if we had been notified or seen signage to this effect.

This hotel is so beautiful, it's incredibly comfortable, with tremendous style and quality, amazing facilities, delicious food, staff who are totally engaged in 1st class service and it's faultless! I'd return in a heartbeat! Try it.

This hotels rooms had everything one would require services daily, very quiet, beautifully finished and a spacious balcony to rest upon after a busy day of sightseeing. The spa is excellent and refreshing after many steps in the city with outdoor space to catch so rays or enjoy a few chapters in a book. Absolutely a gem of a hotel in the centre of Kracow The Gaia restaurant within hotel provided a lovely ambiance with great food options.

The property was gorgeous no issues apart from some male spa users without suitable swimwear (no swimwear ) towelling in the sauna and entering into the cryhydro tub naked at 5pm in the day more so especially when children are able to use the pool facilities until 6pm. That is not acceptable and should be monitored vigorously

The food was excellent. I suggest that the dining room manager evaluate the organization and efficiency of servers, timeliness in addressing customer requests and frequency with which servers check in with seated customers. There seemed to be a lot of “running in and out” of servers which suggests that the servers may be understaffed or perhaps the system or method of service could be more efficient. The front desk person ( I think his name is Matthew) was excellent with hospitality and helpfulness. All the people in the reception area were excellent. The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Suggest more staff attention to tables in the dining room (greet and take special food /drink orders upon seating customers, follow up as soon as possible with restocking food items when they run out, check in with seated customers to make sure they have everything they need, etc). Maybe hire more staff or provide additional training).

Beautiful luxury hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food and drinks (especially the cocktails) were also first class.

The bar shut too early and even on one night it was closed for a private event. We should have been informed of this before, or at least upon, arrival.
