Fantastic location, friendly & helpfull staff. Hotel arranged taxi transfers & Auschwitz trip. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable & warm, however the Shower was below standard for me as the shower head would not stay pointing over the bath, for me I prefer a walk in shower and not one over a bath as it is hard to get in & out being of older generation. The location of the Hotel was excellent very close to the main square and some fantastic restaurants. Overall our stay was great.

It was in a great location, with very staff nice in a beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were old-fashioned but not in a drab way - it was very cosy and I felt very comfortable here.

At times, it could get very warm indoors due to the heating - nothing that an open window couldn’t sort, but just a comment.

The location was excellent, very central to restaurants and sights. The staff were incredible and our room very comfortable and clean. Had a meal in the restaurant the first night we arrived and it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Small quaint boutique hotel. Tucked away so quiet and peaceful but very close to the main square.

Location was first rate, only a short walk to the main square and easy access to trams and buses. The hotel was very atmospheric and beautifully decorated.

The room was really quite small which we expected . We were on the street side and were woken around 6 am each morning by recycling of bottles.

Probably the best choice for the hotel in Krakow, which I could compare with. Very nice, clean, quiet, just perfect location and services. There was nothing I could comment in bad manner.

Very helpful, friendly reception by staff. Tired after journey. After an initial exploration of the city, quiet beer in the library and lovely meal - perfect! Atmospheric hotel and perfect location inside the old town. Thoroughly recommended.

It was cosy and well-appointed, in a quiet area but only five minutes' walk from the central square. There's a nice small bar/library.

The hotel is cozy with perfect location. Room was clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful.

A few small things. It would be great if the hotel invested in some light blocking curtains or shades. Also, the breakfast could be a bit fancier given the 5* rating.

Beautifully decorated rooms. Each room is unique and the common facilities are delightful. Strongly recommend the breakfast buffet which has choices for everyone and excellent service.

Fantastic location in old town bars cafes very accessible. Hotel is lovely we had a fabulous room.The staff were exceptional friendly and professional. Our first trip to Krakow and can def recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. Here are my thoughts: Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations. Location: The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Room: The room was comfortable but a bit on the small side. While it had all the essentials, there was limited space to move around. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast, ideal location, and cozy, albeit compact, rooms.

One downside was that some of the staff spoke only very basic English. This occasionally made communication a bit challenging, especially when asking for specific information or assistance. It would be helpful if more staff members were fluent in English to make interactions smoother for international guests. Overall, though, the positives of my stay—great breakfast, perfect location, and cozy rooms—outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Hotel has wonderful location that is quiet but yet still very close to the main square. The breakfast room was exceptional with a great variety of food options. The staff were all veryfriendly.

Breakfast choices were amazing! Location was the Greatest!!! We were able to easily walk to the Main Old Town and the tram line and tour bus pick-up were very close too!!

Sorry to say... the coffee from the coffee machine wasn't to our liking...

This is a lovely hotel. Oldy-worldly feel, as though you are staying in someone's home. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. There is a very light and airy restaurant downstairs offering a wide ranging selection of (tasty!) food for breakfast. The library/bar was cosy and a lovely place to have a quiet moment reading or a drink with friends. We were very happy staying at this hotel - a short walk from the main square but with the advantage of being extremely quiet at night. Nothing to complain about - we would happily return to this hotel.

There isn't anything that I can complain about or didn't like. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, very handy for all the attractions. Take a right and you head up to the main square, take a left and it's 20 minutes to the Jewish quarter.

Excellent location! Loved walking the streets of Krakow. The room was beautiful and even better than I expected.

It was a bit difficult getting Ubers to come to the hotel. They would come to the street close by which was difficult leaving with suitcases in the rain.

Such a lovely calm and quiet location yet so close to the old town. The staff were very helpful and always about, the secure parking suited us really well. The location meant we were just a few minutes from the square but east walking distance for the botanical gardens, Schindler’s factory museum, the river, castle and so on. We especially liked it for being beside the green space that surrounds the old town. Breakfasts were impressive to say the least.

The location is perfect - in a side street just off the main square. All staff were friendly and helpful, the room, although quite small, was clean and had everything you would need including nice toiletries, hairdryer, minibar and safe. The hotel has lots of character and breakfast was good with both hot and cold choices. If we visited Krakow again we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are polite and helpful. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on the food. It’s a charming, bijoux hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my girlfriend and we both loved the familial feel of the hotel. The provided exceptional attention to detail and the breakfast buffet kept us refreshed. The staff was very friendly as well. The location of the hotel is a 7 minute walk to main square where we got to try a lot of delicious meals. If we’re back in Krakow, we’ll definitely stay again.

The location as hotel is only a six minute walk to the main market square and at the same time it is in a rather quite location facing the pancy (the park that goes round the old town).The property was converted with taste and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied. Staff was very professional and helpful. We had a late night flight and were allowed to keep the room for an additional 300 Zloti. Although 300 Zloti is not cheap, we appreciated this gesture as it permitted us to enjoy our last day in krakow..

No real complaints. Just a comment and personal opinion. Although it is a very good and comfortable hotel, I would rate it as 4 Star and not 5 Star. A five Star rating is on the generous side. Moreover the little quaint downstairs bar and library could be made more use of possibly by offering complimentary tea, coffee and some cakes giving the guests a possibilty to socialise.

Parking is not close to the hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Krakow. On a quiet street but close enough to the market square that you can hear the trumpet in the morning. Breakfast was good and had an quiet restaurant and bar in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a little expensive for Krakow and the AC was a little weak (but the windows opened and it was very hot when we were there.)

The photo exhibition in the breakfast area seems completely out of sync with the rest of the interior design. It is uninteresting and lacks any connection to Cracow, the hotel, and the overall decor.
