I had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were polite and welcoming, and my room was upgraded to a suite. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The spa was well worth the price, and overall, it was a truly relaxing experience.

Location is just perfect. The staff is so helpful. The room was so comfortable for a family.

Beautiful property in the heart of Krakow. Comfortable bed and luxury bathroom with everything necessary. Close to shops, restaurants, sights. The baths (guests have free access) were divine. Coffee delicious, but did I not eat. Will definitely stay again when in Krakow.

Nothing it was perfect. Staff were so helpful from booking stage through to check out.

The Spa was amazing, small but so well made, it was really a pleasure.

Given that the breakfast was around 25€ per person it was a little less than i would have expected from it.

Perfect location in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, beautifully decorated throughout, Nespresso machines in the rooms, helpful staff

Not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but we could hear noise on the street both nights….it was a bank holiday weekend so perhaps noisier than usual

Wonderful staff, great spa, definitely get a massage! I'm not big on spa/sauna, but loved every minute. Lovely, professional staff. The location is perfect but as it is right in the hustle and bustle of the old town, may not be the best for light sleepers.

The food was delicious and very reasonable. We tried the 7 course lunch deal and it was different nut delicious. So clean and fresh smells everywhere. Beautiful flower displays. Thermal.spa was a real treat especially after walking all day. So central and safe. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Very quiet and we also got an upgrade for our anniversary. Highly recommend.

I liked everything. If I could choose one thing and that would be the lack of colour but still a beautiful hotel..

Location, cleanliness, decor, staff

Rooms were large, beds comfortable and warm despite very cold temperatures outside. Toiletries provided were of a high standard. Spa was an added bonus. Situated very close to old town in walking distance of nearly everything.

Bit noisy at night, if you are in the front rooms, due to its position. This is not a criticism of the hotel though.

One of the rooms allocated on arrival was not up to standard but the hotel changed our room with no problems

The location is exceptional and the whole building is just stunning especially the spa which has been sympathetically installed in the underground part of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and I can’t praise the hotel enough.

We booked a suite (ours was 104) which was sparsely furnished but had two bathrooms. Great location for wandering around the old town. Staff were pleasant. Approx £25 for taxi from airport.

Late night noise from tourists in street below our room, perhaps only to be expected given how central the hotel is.

Being one of the oldest hotel in town but very much modernised interior, staff very friendly and very helpful including especially the Male Receptionist on duty this afternoon 26/02/25 who went out of his way to run after us as we left our coat then continued to carry my old Mothers luggage and coat a 1000 yards to our Bolt transport, many thanks indeed, to him and all at Pod Roza.

Second time here and honestly our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in… the location, unique spa and the overall feel of the hotel are like nothing else. The staff went above and beyond to cater for my food allergies and were able to make our stay extra special with an upgrade as it was a late valentine’s getaway.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and will not stay anywhere else when in Krakow Location is perfect, hotel room are clean, spa is perfect and the staff are the best part. Front of house are super friendly and always very helpful

Very spacious room and bathroom had both a shower which was fantastic and a bath. Showering products were of a very high standard. Spa was superb, sauna, steam room and cold bath, a real haven from the busy streets around the hotel.

Maybe a typical Friday night in any city but central location of hotel means lots of noise on street below.

Really beautiful hotel in absolute city centre. The design of hotel was very elegant and stylish. Spa was absolutely amazing and also hotel staff was nice.

Bathroom looking amazing, but it had small leakage issue, even bathtub. For 5 star hotel it could be more personalized hotel and more welcoming, it would make more luxurious feel. But overall stay was really beautiful.

Beautiful old hotel. I used the amazing wellness area downstairs every night, there was rarely anyone else in there. So relaxing and worth staying here just for that! Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely complimentary L’Occitane toiletries. Mini bar was awesome.

Very noisy street at night - especially on the Florianska side so I ended up moving rooms to the Tomasza side.

The location could not be better. The hotel is nice and clean. Amazing special spa. The parking arrangements were very easy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast is a very special but extremely poor selection for vegetarian guests. The gym is very small and not equipped enough. No tea/coffee in the room- this is very disappointing in such a high-level hotel (it should be a very basic thing).
