Really beautiful hotel in absolute city centre. The design of hotel was very elegant and stylish. Spa was absolutely amazing and also hotel staff was nice.

Bathroom looking amazing, but it had small leakage issue, even bathtub. For 5 star hotel it could be more personalized hotel and more welcoming, it would make more luxurious feel. But overall stay was really beautiful.

Beautiful old hotel. I used the amazing wellness area downstairs every night, there was rarely anyone else in there. So relaxing and worth staying here just for that! Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely complimentary L’Occitane toiletries. Mini bar was awesome.

Very noisy street at night - especially on the Florianska side so I ended up moving rooms to the Tomasza side.

The location could not be better. The hotel is nice and clean. Amazing special spa. The parking arrangements were very easy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast is a very special but extremely poor selection for vegetarian guests. The gym is very small and not equipped enough. No tea/coffee in the room- this is very disappointing in such a high-level hotel (it should be a very basic thing).

Brilliant location. Lovely spa. Very comfortable room with heated floor in the bathroom. Staff all very helpful.

Noise from a party one night until 2.00am. Bass noise quite audible in our second floor room which kept us awake. Breakfast not to our liking and expensive. A buffet would have been nicer. Accept that is personal preference. Children in the spa area running around. There is no pool. It’s not really a place for children.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. With attractions, shops, and cafes right on the doorstep, I couldn’t have picked a better hotel as a tourist. The spa/sauna was also a lovely extra after a long day on the cobbles, and was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were a good size and clean with my only negative being with my room being at the front of the hotel, and double windowed, it was quite nosy at night.

The location was FANTASTIC - only a couple minutess walk from old town square. The Spa was also a wonderful and unique experience, albeit small. Staff were very friendly and rooms were nice and clean.

We never ate or drank at the hotel. The restaurant appeared pricey in comparison to lots of nice restaurants nearby, with little ambience.

Was really close to the old town the staff was so polite and nice I would definitely stay there again

Friendly staff, central location on one of Krakow's most famous streets. Spa and massage facilities both excellent and great value.

Only complaint was there was a tear in the bed sheet and the ladies robe had a hole at the shoulder. I am positive had we mentioned this to the staff they would have remedied this and replaced with new ones

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It’s in the heart of the city, very clean with a nice spa included. The bed was comfortable, the decoration was beyond expectations. I would definetely recommend this place.

Spotless, clean, convenient, and very friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous, everyday a surprise. The decor was an eclectic mix of art deco, beautiful.

The beds were sleigh beds, and the pillows kept disappearing down the back, and it was very cold in the room at night because the air-conditioning kept defaulting to just 21 degrees. The sauna was very difficult to use for me as I have trouble bending down and need handrails, etc. We were also surprised that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect.

We recently returned from our second stay at this amazing hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised when the lovely lady at the reception remembered us from our previous visit. We adore everything about this place—the perfect location, beautiful decor, and warm atmosphere. And the spa is absolutely fantastic! We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The Breakfast was nice.

The room had a nice view but was very loud from outside traffic, especially during the night.

Everything was amazing, the staff were lovely, the location was excellent, tried their restaurant for lunch and dinner and it was delightful and treated myself to a massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also got an early check-in and a room upgrade which we were very thankful for.

Old yet stylish, contemporary, chic and calm. An unobtrusive entrance off a street close to the main square, revealed a calm oasis within!!!! I absolutely loved this place. Amazing helpful, friendly staff, incredible food and a small but stunning and cleverly designed spa in the vaulted basement. Perfect location for everything you would want to do in and around Krakow.
