Beautiful Hotel, food was excellent for breakfast and dinner!

Only mirror was in the bathroom, a full length mirror would have been good!

We made full use of the beautiful spa, winding down in the sauna and cold plunge pool after each day exploring.
We both had treatments which were thoroughlly enjoyed. We will definately stat again when we return to Krakow.

Entrance lobby does not reflect the quality elsewhere in the hotel. Roses should be on display to match the name of the hotel. Only one additional pillow when two would be more appropriate.

Lovely hotel, nice spa area (but more loungers needed). Breakfasts were excellent but still a bit expensive.

I stayed there for the second time and loved it (also as a Polish person who used to live in Cracow)! Amazing location as well as their wellness area. Beautiful and peaceful spa in the historical basement. Loved the design on the rooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to my cat :) Will come back for sure!

The spa is beautiful, but some pipes were leaking (steam room) and there is no way of safely accessing the cold plunge. There was also some sand on the floor there.

We liked that our room was available on arrival as we got to the hotel early (09:30ish) The room was a good size room with 2 large beds which were very comfortable. Bathroom had all toiletries. There was a small selection of tea bags (fruit teas) and a coffee machine but no milk or English tea, these where available when asked for at reception and brought up to the room. There is a mini bar which you are charged for on what you use. This hotel will also keep hold of your suitcases if you have a later flight which is handy to know.

There was a hairdryer which only had a short flex so you couldn't reach the mirror to see what your doing when drying your hair as the socket was to far away, also had an annoying button that you have to keep pressed to make it work, not really a big problem for me but might for others so take your own hairdryer.

We absolutely loved the spa which exceeded our expectations as a beautiful space to relax in everyday. The reception staff were very helpful with our requests, and the hotel was really quiet despite being right in the centre of town.

We would have liked to have dinner at the restaurant but couldn’t find any great options for my husband who is vegan. Such a pity…
Also, as for myself I found a bit misleading the photos for the SPA area since it seemed that there was a small pool or jacuzzi. There is not anything like that.

Beautifully restored, spacious, clean facilities and room; ideally situated, staff universally warm and very helpful. We did not try the restaurant but found the breakfast buffet/ a-la-carte met our dietary proclivities.

Street noise disruptive after hours, especially as part of stay over the weekend

Clean and elegant. Very nice, professional staff.

Towels fall down from hooks in the bathroom. Modern coffee table does not match elegant vintage style - especially when glue is showing off big.
There was no carpet in the room giving it a bit cold feel.

Beautiful property right in the centre of town, excellent location to explore the city. My luxury apartment was exceptional and incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. The restaurant serves world-class food (highly recommend), and the spa is a very relaxing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would happily book this hotel again!

Beautiful modern and minimalist style. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, well-mannered and courteous. I loved my room and all the bells and whistles. Centrally located.

My room was super noisy, but I was a corner room facing the loud street. I probably could’ve asked to be moved, but I didn’t feel like it and I really loved my room. But… it was super loud and loud til very late. I wore ear plugs and was fine for the most part. I would suggest for them to double pane the windows, we have that in America and it’s not that expensive to do and can install easily from the inside.

Clean, perfect location, great facilities

The suite was excellent with lots of space. The style was industrial (room 100) which I like. Although the bedroom had no window it didn’t feel cell-like. Bathroom was huge and well equipped.
We ate dinner in the restaurant, sitting just around the corner. Our waitress Agatha, was great! The food was outstanding (we had the entrecote steak). We also enjoyed breakfast which was also of the highest quality.
Our favourite things about the hotel were the location and reception staff who problem solved and always greeted us with a smile.

Amazing room. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful, making the stay an utter pleasure. Spa in the hotel is my favourite wellness space, peaceful with a perfect ambience. Flexibility with welcoming pets in the hotel.

Accessible room. Wheelchair and manoevering bed space tight. Bathroom door opened out to in. Not enough disabled toilet facilities on ground floor. Access to fitness spa not 100%Accessible.
Front door has step. Solo access /exit in manual wheelchair not possible. Please address and remember to xonsilt with solo wheelchair users fir pitfalls, ie doors openings harder as access to door lacking wide space

Amazing Staff! My partner left her jewelry in the room during check out by mistake. We contacted the property and not only did they find/locate it, then went ahead and delivered it to the airport and we made it to our flight on time. I couldn't thank the staff more. They are super stars!

Fire alarm went off several times on our first night for long periods, which I understand is there for our safety but no form of apology or explanation the next day. Spa is great but does not have a pool, just a walk through plunge pool which needs some form of handrails as it is an accident waiting to happen. Pillows were very flat, which some people would hate they should make it easy to change these to your preference as a 5 star.

Perfect location in the old town, with a view of the cathedral from our room and easy walk to the train station. Definitely took advantage of the spa access that was included with the room and loved the unique facilities. Appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Stayed over a weekend but didn’t have any problem with noise from the street reaching the room. Would also highly recommend having lunch at the hotel restaurant and getting the tasting menu, which was delicious and a good value for what you get.

There were a couple of design flaws in the bathroom in our room, namely the location and orientation of the toilet paper holder (super awkward and inconvenient) and the toilet seat and lid combo, which didn’t seem to actually fit the toilet and thus was continually shifting and sliding (loudly) whenever being used - really annoying.
