We loved the old rustic feel with the luxury element. We loved the pool in the basement with all the character

The patio bar/restaurant had a snobbish feel to it & we didn’t feel we could go for a drink

The hotel itself is lovely, very close to the old town. The staff are polite. Check in is 2pm and I love the fact check out is 12pm!

I would have liked some salt for the steam sauna and a kettle in the room.

The way the building has been lovingly restored to modern standards was more than functional, it was done with good design taste. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Impossible to register for facials - not available today and tomorrow morning No toothbrush and toothpaste though its 5 stars Sky bar didn’t work at 22.30 already though its written its till 23.00 And most important IMPOSSIBLY HIGH PRICE FOR MINI BAR 0.3 wine for 20 euro, 0.3 polish beer for 10 euro You must be kidding And the quality is not that super So the hotel is so fancy and glamours its too much

Everything in the room was perfect. Beautiful design in the entire hotel. Wellness is small but nice. Breakfast is excellent.

TV is old fashioned, could not get Netflix on it. Otherwise I would rate the hotel a 10.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town. Pool in the cellar was stunning and our room was large and very comfortable

Amazing service. Always offering to help and accommodating requests. Food was phenomenal. And all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our wedding guests were also thrilled with their accomodations.

The ambiance of the hotel is dark lighting; I know it's a purposeful style but just makes make up and getting ready a little challenging. Maybe really good mirror lights can be added to the bathrooms ?

Everything was flawless. This is an impeccable hotel. One of the most stunning properties I have ever seen. Each room is different.

No hot tub and a cold pool were sad surprises.

The windows to my room, by the bed were floor to feeling aspect with a direct view of the lifts. Meaning anyone coming and going on the floor would look straight in to my room and me in bed.

Amazing hotel, very central location. Staff were excellent, spa and wellness facilities spotless and open till midnight. Breakfast was also great (order from the menu)

Amazing hotel in the Centre of krakow, great rooms and spa

Everything was well above average. Spacious, clean, perfect old sfere but with a modern twitch to it. Perfect for a weekend in this beautiful ancient city.

In the bathroom, there are not enough wall hooks to hang up a towel or bathrope. Also, the switches are a bit confusing.

This hotel was an excellent choice—just steps from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the on-site dining options were a big plus with several restaurants to choose from. The rooftop bar offered stunning views, and the spa was a relaxing treat. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff an extremely friendly and kind. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. The decor and styling of the hotel interior is outstanding. Has a beautiful pool and spa in the cellar, albeit a little small. Huge selection of quality spirits and wines. A sky bar and BBQ/Grill restaurant on the roof with beautiful view of the cathedral.

Not a broad enough range of meals/food on the menu for restaurants and room service. Breakfast is great. But for non-polish, fussy eaters, there is very little, if any, choice of food within the hotel. I would like to see a broader range that includes some basic meals such as Pizza, Lasagne, Steak and Chips, etc. although, the chef was kind enough to make me a pizza on request one evening whilst I was drinking at the bar. The only other real improvements I can think of would be to modernize and replace the televisions in the rooms. They have very few foreign channels and don’t support streaming services such as Netflix and can’t screen share from your mobile device to the TV.

Perfect central location, steps away from the square with a good amount of quiet. The hotel was interesting architecturally. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna facilities were clean and beautiful. What's my to like really?

Only a couple of small complaints. Our room was below the sky bar and there were several hours of loud furniture moving right above us in the morning. More hooks in the bathroom to hang robes, towels and swim suits would have been helpful.

Rooms are nice but mattresses are too soft, nice design but not really comfortable bed. Bathroom is very nice however it’s not really private due old wall connected with the glass. Also very slippery.

Beautiful and stylish. Ultra clean. Staff very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic pool and spa . Rooftop bar - fabulous views of the square, rather lovely to sit and chat over a drink or 2!

The Hotel staff greeted us at the entrance and took our bags to our rooms. The rooms were all very individual and luxurious and very spacious. The facilities were great, lovely pool and spa to relax and unwind and the location of the Hotel was fantastic, you can see the main square from the roof top bar! All food was excellent with lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again, we absolutely loved our stay.

Great location beside the main square but also nice & quiet inside. We had a room facing the courtyard but it was sunny & bright, really comfy bed and huge bathroom. Leisure facilities in the basement were ideal & we got good use of the pool & sauna. Staff were very friendly and helped with all our requests.

Bird spikes along the railing of our balcony so we couldn't open the doors. Having to ask for a kettle and only receiving minimum supplies (only tea bags & no coffee)

Only thing not a lot of information in the room about the facilities, it wasn’t till our last day we realised they had another restaurant downstairs.

Beautiful spacious rooms, the location was so central and the spa was just lovely.

Excellent central location, just off the main square. Very large room and well fitted bathroom with walk in rain shower and huge bath. Toiletries- Aqua di Parma. Beautiful.

Friday night arrival and room looked into central courtyard ( dining area) There was a private event on with LOUD music until 1 a.m. it was a warm night, but had to keep window closed. I called reception who offered a free breakfast. Fair enough, but didn't help getting a sleep.

All round faboulous trip

Outstanding location, literally just off the main central square in Krakow and a 15 minute walk from the main station. Despite such a central location, which is busy, literally no noise could be heard in my room which was facing the internal central courtyard. Room was very large, comfortable and very clean. Really liked the mix of old building structure and modern furnishings etc. Really gives the hotel a unique and charming character. Huge choice of restaurants, cafes, bars etc within walking distance. It is a little pricey, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Bit surprised there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. 1st time I have ever come across that in a 5 star hotel. The gym/spa area was super hot/humid.
