The customer service was exceptional. Food at dinner was great and the wine list offered a good selection at various price points

I had the tasting menu and it was a bit odd that they didn't tell me what was on the menu but it was available online

Interior design of main atrium and location. The campana restaurant two doors up the street was superb 👌

Staff needed to be friendlier, had a small incident which hotel director had to be evolved with but she did a good job in making it up to us.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely incredible and are so helpful. Everything was attended to immediately and we were very well looked after. We also really loved our bed as the mattress was so comfortable and they assisted us with firmer pillows (orthopedic pillows) upon request. The hotel is also in an excellent location and most restaurants and shops are a 5-min walk.

Elegance with a welcoming vibe . The pool and relaxing area for all guests was a special experience swimming in a cave! Dinner was spectacular. Loved the rooftop patio and views of the castle close enough to touch. You are perfectly located with the river on one side infront of castle next to you ( go on a cruise or drink on the barge) and the square minutes walk. Tons of other quaint restaurants right by the hotel. Front staff was efficient welcoming and helpful and the rooms were steeped in history but with modern amenities just as we expect and are thankful from a Chateau and Relais property.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. They were very accommodating and helped us with booking tours and restaurants. The service was incredible - it’s now our favorite hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. You can’t beat the location either. It’s close to everything. We enjoyed drinks on their rooftop terrace every night with an incredible view of Wawel Castle. The hotel is clean and wonderfully decorated. And do yourself a favor and get the breakfast here! It was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very accommodating and arranged a wonderful dinner despite a delayed arrival. The location is fantastic, right across from the palace, wich can be seen from the roof terrace. The staff was helpful loading, unloading.

Elevator was out of service for two days of our stay, and we were on the third floor. Facilities are nice but a little worn and dated. Could use a remodel. I wouldn’t call it high end luxury, but we paid for high end luxury.

The architecture is beautiful and the whole interior really honors the lovely historical style. The staff was excellent and very professional and helpful. And the Copernicus restaurant is a must, what a treat!!

The only thing was that the air conditioner in our room was a bit loud.

The hotel is in a beautiful grand old building that has very sympathetically renovated. Our bedroom was huge, beautiful and super comfortable. The foyers and dining areas are very elegant. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had to see a dentist and at very short notice they got me an appointment with an excellent dentist.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Our only regret was that they didn’t have an a la carte menu in the restaurant, only degustation options which were always just a little too much for us.

Except for the bar there was no seating in the lobby. For a 5-star hotel it was a little bit disappointing that there was no separate hotellounge.

The room was warm and cosy, super clean everything you could need. Large enough didn't feel cramped and had a bath. Dinner was exceptional (we had the five course taster and was more than enough, the caviar was to die for) well worth a try. Spa was great good availability and treatments were wonderful (I had a back massage and facial). Good location for main square, short walk.

Bed was a little hard.

The location was nestled in the heart of Krakow within walking distance of the main square and castle. The staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond in helping us out - we were even given a free upgrade to a suite! The facilities like the pool and sauna were modest and the perfect amount of relaxation. The details such as heated floors and architectural drawings were flawless. This hotel is a must-stay!

Central location, authentic taste of old Krakow, historical property

Loved it all

It was my first visit to Poland (Krakow) and I booked and traveled alone. I was taken care of by the wonderful staff (Marcin & Martucz) prior to my arrival to assist me with private transportation to the hotel, day trips to Zakopane, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka Salt Mines, and an amazing Spa day with a lunch at the hotel (with Monica). I dined at the Michelin Restaurant at the hotel which was OUTSTANDING! The chef, Krzysztof Was, is exquisite both in preparation, presentation, creativity and flavor! One of the best Michelin restaurants I have dined! The staff outstanding with friendliness and candor, which was most welcomed (Tomasz, Dominik, Patrycja, & Andrew!) The housekeeping staff was just as lovely and attentive! I can't say enough about my stay! As having traveled now to my 38th country from the United States!

For expensive high end hotel - not modernized enough. Not enough plugs/ nothing near desk . Poor lighting. No lobby seating & bar not well staffed. Minor perhaps but supposed to be top
