Grand Lapa, Macau

This hotel really does hit the spot in terms of location, facilities and service. Whilst some may feel that the hotel lacks due to there being no casino etc we actually loved the calm and quality feel from both the staff and the fact that you are never just a number walking through the door. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Add to this the in house shop selling all the top brands at heavily discounted prices. The hotel has a nice mix of restaurants and the pool and gym facilities are great. Will definitely stay again.

Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf , Sands , The Macao mosque , and very well located.
From outside heated large swimming pools and jacuzzis / Spas to the Thai restaurant and the multiple bars and food places and shopping high end fashion. Products Art Galleries , shoe and bag. Even have multiple rooms for conferences and work related meetings if required.
Sir William and Sir Edgar at Concierge and Reservations are among the most respected and kind people and Violetta from the room service department and Mr Patrick from HO has ensured our Wedding and Honeymoon period will remain each year with at least a weekend at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macao.
And oh, my wife enjoys the hot bath-tub everyday. So, we’ll surely coming back here, for it is so comfy and feels like home when we’re here.

Our stay was too short. I wished we could stay longer.

Exterior may look old but interior and the rooms are great. The staff are helpful and professional. Goes the extra mile to serve. I’m impressed.

Good location, closed to Sands hotel where you can take free shuttle bus to cotai strip, closed to many good restaurants. Staffs are helpful and quick response to your request.

We booked 4 non-smoking rooms which located in non-smoking floor but one of the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.Anyway, front desk changed the room for us in a few minutes. BTW, we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel corridor on our floor every evening even our floor was non-smoking.

Attentive staff and very clean. Hotel offered birthday cake for my celebration, and child amenities - without me asking. Location is quiet from the main tourist crowd and can find food at residential area easily - great food recommendations by the reception staff.

Unfortunately, our room aircon was still warm after asking for maintenance. But we still slept wuite well cos everything else was very good.

The room was very comfortable. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Macau Grand Prix, and it was just downstairs! We even had a view of one of the straights from our window.
Also, Breakfast was very good, even for my son who is a very picky eater and rarely enjoys hotel breakfast.

I would like to thank your hotel for a very pleasant stay. Starting with my communications with your staff such as Annie Leong, who assisted me when I shipped 1 suitcase directly to the hotel via Fedex, she ensured the concierge was aware of its arrival, as well as held it for me for 4 days until I arrived.
I really loved the welcome I received , the fruit, cookies, bottle of wine etx. It was very thoughtful.

The location was wonderful. I really enjoyed the comfort.

Perfect hotel. Location easy to access City Center, Grand Lisboa, Airport and also Cotai (by shuttle from nearby Sands).

The buffet breakfast is always tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the resort area with the swimming pool and gardens are so relaxing.

We like that it is away from the Cotai Strip and is a smaller hotel.

No TV channels

When my wife was ill from food poisoning and I had to run an important business meeting, the staff immediately stepped up and offered to deliver porridge to our room and check on my wife.

On the day when my wife was bedridden, they wouldn't let my daughter swim in the pool without supervision. She is 12 years old and an excellent swimmer. Safety first but they have lifeguards and should have let her enjoy some time at the pool.

Breakfast could improve.

We loved everything about our stay at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. Our balcony room had a fabulous view, our bed was heavenly, all staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen, the pool and poolside food/drink service was a huge plus and the ability to have late checkout all made our stay first class!

The hotel is amazing otherwise and contends with the big brands so the musty smell on arrival lets it down.

It was clean, and many local eateries surround the hotel's location. The hotel does not have a casino, which is family-oriented. It takes less than 5 min walk to Sand Hotel and there are free coach bus to Venetian and Parison Hotel.

The shuttle service starts only from noon.
Poor sound proof, one can hear clearly guests talk outside the room as if they were inside. Old furnitures, refurbished I believed but fixtures were old. Resort area poorly maintained.

Everything was spot on. The bedroom was spacious and clean, the resort and the swimming pool were great. The breakfast was also very good. Every member of the staff was super friendly and nice.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Artyzen Hotel. Unlike most hotels in Macau that feature casinos, Artyzen doesn’t have one, which I really appreciated because it made the atmosphere more peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout our visit. I also enjoyed a drink at their bar, where the presentation was impressive. Definitely a place worth visiting again! ;)

Value for money! Excellent service from reception, concierge and housekeeping! Location is great, next to Sands Macau. Easy to take free shuttle bus service to various locations like ferry terminal, Sands Venetian.
