Size of the beds in the room were too small, basically single beds when set up for twin share.

A beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, fantastic swimming area and staff who are polite, attentive and committed. We stayed here as part of a larger group with friends and couldn’t fault it. As a family of four a two bedroomed suite was a similar price to two normal rooms but came with extra treats like cookies and port on arrival, a bottle of champagne on ice and also gave us more seating space. We ate in the Thai restaurant which was great, had food by the pool which was good and drank in the pool and hotel bar. All were reasonable in price. Staff are exceptional and we would come here again as a relaxed weekend away from HK.

Location is okay - near to the Macau ferry and Fisherman’s Wharf but everything else is a taxi ride away - door staff are however great at flagging taxis down for you. Pool side service was very slow at times - I used the QR code as requested and it took 30 mins to deliver two drinks but overall service was good.

Every thing is perfect .. Altgought the location is lil bit far from the famous areas.. about 20 min by taxi.. but they provide shuttle.. love the hotel loved every thing.. thank you for having me.. i even chang the date and minimize the period of reservation for an emergency situation and its was refundable but they refund any way.. you can see every one there are smiling .. I highly recommend..

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel offers great value for money. We will definitely come back and stay here again the next time we visit Macau. Highly recommended!

Good location

the staff throughout the hotel—including in the restaurants and bars—were very polite and attentive, which we appreciated.

We booked two connecting rooms with a specific request for a resort view. During check-in, the staff politely informed me that we had been upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms. However, they did not mention that the suite faced old residential buildings, with windows directly opposite ours. We stayed for only two nights, and I chose not to raise the issue, but it was disappointing to receive a worse view despite the larger room. One of the room was old and not renovated. That said, the staff throughout the hotel—including in the restaurants and bars—were very polite and attentive, which we appreciated.

We’ve chosen this hotel for 3 nights getaway from Hong Kong with kids and absolutely loved the property . It has everything for families with toddlers and older kids . Great Resort and Spa club house with pool, jacuzzis , saunas , gym , kids club and restaurants . We’ve really enjoyed Naam the Thai restaurant and their All Day Dining restaurant for both breakfast and dinner . The bed and pillows were so comfortable that now we want to know where we can purchase it 😊 There are two museums in walking distance from the hotel and also free shuttle bus from Sands (3 mins walk ) to other properties owned by Sands e.g., Londoner, Parisian and Venetian. Very professional and attentive staff in the property. Although front desk can try to share all the to-do things and also intro the facilities upon check-in.

Need to spend a bit of money upgrading. For example the tv in my room did not work well - the remote control was bad - and did not have any pay movies.

The man who checked us in was incredibly helpful. He upgraded us to a suite room, which was wonderful with two young children. He also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay with the children - cot, extra bed and asked if there was anything else we may have needed. We liked the facilities and used the pool and kids club. It was a shame the kid’s club was not open on Mondays. The breakfast buffet was very nice and they had high chairs and kid’s cutlery. We used the free shuttle from the sands next door to get to and from the ferry and over to Cotai. The suite room was spacious and comfortable. They had provided us with kids amenities.

On our first morning, we were sat in a different function room for breakfast instead of the usual cafe. We were sat there as the host told us that there was a big party in the cafe and it would be better in the Function room. It had a temporary breakfast buffet set up outside. The room was a banquet room and we were sat at a large round banquet table. I asked if I could have poached eggs and the person told me I had to go to the other cafe to order that. When I went into the cafe, there were plenty of spare tables and no big party there. The buffet selection was far superior and had much more choice. It would have been much better for our children. When I approached the host, she apologised and immediately moved us across to the cafe. We were just a little confused as to why we weren’t sat there in the first place considering we had two children.

Wonderful hotel, not affiliated with a casino so quiet and not full of smokers or air freshener like the big hotels. Friendly staff. Brilliant selection of food for breakfast. Fabulous happy hour!

I went there with 4 other women for a girls' weekend and had a great time! Breakfast was great, there was a nice bar, and rooms were very comfortable.

The spa was overpriced so we didn't have a chance to enjoy it.

Everything was great! If I were to be a bit picky, I would suggest enhancing the coffee offer at breakfast in the morning. However, there are plenty of options available around the hotel.

I was attracted to the fact that it’s not a casino hotel and truly impressed by the ambience and tranquility. The room and toilet is impressively clean, well equipped for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Love the coffee machine in the room! It’s nice to retreat to the pool resort area after a tiring day of out. The location is great. We enjoyed walking around the local residential areas behind the hotel.

2 of our rooms were not ready at check in time. Otherwise all is good.

The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

Artyzen is always our go-to option whenever we visit Macao. There is always something new provided in the hotel room which shows the hotel is keeping up with the customer’s needs. Very impressive! Room was very clean. The breakfast and breakfast room was excellent. No time to try the pool or tennis courts but they looked excellent.

I would have liked some fresh milk in the room fridge and more english breakfast tea. Also some free bottles of water in the room please.

This is a smaller 5 star hotel outside the crazy big hotel zone with the huge hotels. A nice human scale hotel, with a great pool area to relax. The rooms are a bit dated but some have a balcony with good views over the area. Good breakfast and overall OK.

The rooms are not cleaned very well. Lots of dust, especially bathroom outdated and not clean.

I liked the service n hotel facilities and the housekeeping svc staffs were friendly n prompt.

One thing..i dun like. The pillows were all too soft!! No neck support at all. Sink upon weight n ultimately flat...u call tia pillow? Basic usage for pillow is not even the standard type.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. My child also loved this hotel! All the staffs were very nice and kind. The foods at breakfast were very delicious! And I really loved that the room condition was also great!

Location, staff, cleanliness was amazing. Staff was helpful, breakfast was wonderful. New year event also well organized.

I reserved a dinner for New year event, however I didn’t inform that there was a VIP table for count down party. For me it’s ridiculous to make classification between a people and it was done by one of the useless event manager. I complained but answer was a typical.
