Hotel Lisboa, Macau

The location is excellent. Many shops and restaurants on walking distance. Plenty of breakfast options available. Room service was good. Provided complimentary water and tea/coffee and never let the stock finished.

It was under renovation, so was a bit noisy.

Friendly staff and even though it was under renovations, the room was very clean and staff accommodating

Property location is quite central, hence a lot of attractions like Ruins of St Paul's are walkable.

Property is really old and there are a lot of unnecessary stairs around the check-in area. Hence, we were lugging our suitcases up and down the stairs without anyone offering help to us. Electric outlets are really old and you'll probably need an adapter if you have British/Hong Kong plugs. Personally, I don't mind but this isn't 5-star hotel service. There aren't any taxis near the hotel either and staff will not help you call or flag one down either.

Good location, close to a few landmarks. Free shuttle bus. I liked historical artifacts, made me feel it is like a museum.

Too many exist and entrance, easy to get lost. The hotel needs be modernized whilst maintain some features that reflect its history. Breakfast is below expectations as 5 start hotel.

Central location, choice of smoking/non smoking room during check-in, few free soft drinks and water every day.

Part of hotel was on renovation therefore not all exits were available. Had to reattach flush hook in in toilet bowl (didn't work straight away)

Old fashion but with charm hotel. I feel like going back 50 years. It was interesting to see how people lived in hotels in 60'.

Location, bus stop just next to hotel, 800 mtr to SENADO SQUARE, along the walk a lot of shops and restaurants and shopping malls.

Carpet at the hallway and inside the rooms look quite old...

1) friendly staffs from check in/ concierge/ cleaner. they were all very helpful and prompt services. 2) good location, walking distance to most tourist spot 3) spacious and clean room 4) we especially love the nostalgic feel this hotel gives us. old but yet grand kinda feeling.

the family room is HUGE! there are 2 toilets and 2 rooms with a spacious sitting area. The toiltries are from Hermes and everything in the bar area is complimentary. Extra mineral water bottles and iron are provided upon requested. Excellent service. There is a connecting bridge to the new hotel Lisboa which is very convenient. walk to ruins st paul is about 15 mins. not too far as there are many shops to walk around. Hotel provides a free shuttle service to macau hong kong ferry terminal for our ferry out to hong kong.

nothing about the property but the bus driver that we took on 20 dec at around 1pm was terrible. when we board the bus, he shouted at us “hurry up! hurry up!” which is very rude. we have luggages and we loading up the bus but was shocked to get such treatment. he seems very angry throughout the journey and was driving fast and honking.

Would like to commend on one of the porter for making special arrangement for us via the hotel shuttle cos we missed the casino shuttle bus and thus wld miss the ferry at the terminal. Very pro-active.. tks lots A lot of pro-active n helpful staff near the reception desk

Cos we had a wheelchair requirement for 1 of the occupant, upon arrival on the 13th dec, at the west entrance (taxi stand), there were few flight of steps which my cousin couldnt enter. When we asked the staff if theres another entrance without steps, none of the chinese staff at the door were helpful enough to show us. Instead juz told us dun hv, until a non-chinese staff took over and he was very nice to walk with us using another path. I rem b4 booking, i checked with the hotel if theres any flat entrance, he said there was. Seems only the non-chinese staff were sympathetic enough to help. Check in waited for almost an hr

Excellent location within walking distances to good food and attractions. Hotel was well maintained, clean and everything worked. Service staff were extremely helpful , with a shout out to Alex from Concierge and Beverly from customer service who arranged and provided everything we needed for a less abled elderly visitor. Checking in system was extremely slow and a system upgrade is much needed.

Everything was superb. I travelled with my parents and my kids and grandchildren. I booked the 2 bedroom suite and the kiddie suite. The suites were very nice, clean and comfy. The staff were excellent.

Classic but quality furniture and fittings I love this place and i will come back again

Hotel located in city centre, foods and entertainment easy, special hotel link with casino .

We were in the family suite which was a great size for a family of four.

It's a very minor issue, but the TVs were a bit dated and didn't have HDMI connection.

The breakfast buffet is very delicious and has a varied offer of both Asian and western dishes. The Hotel building is like a maze and you have a good time trying to find your way around ll the corridors and stairways.

We booked this hotel for our parents getaway. Big shoutout to hotel staffs for their high efficiency & seamless customer service. Our parents definitely enjoyed their stay and couldn't wait to return again!

The breakfast was good compared to other hotels. Having that said, there're definitely rooms for improvements for higher standard.

Bit tired now and quite a few of the shops empty.

My family recently stayed at the hotel and the experience felt exclusive. The hotel is located directly in the heart of Macau being near many famous Macanese landmarks like the Senado Square and the Ruins of Saint Paul. There are also tons of great restaurants nearby. Also, we would like to thank receptionist Mr. Sam Leong for giving us an amazing room with a breath taking view. The room was surprisingly clean and housekeeping was very helpful. Overall one of my best experiences.

Only issues where that the room doors are not that soundproof, you can hear everything going on outside your room. Bath sink was a bit slow.

Located at walking distance from the Macau touristic center (10 min walk). Clean and well-equipped rooms. Access to lobby and room is a maze, but there is helpful staff everywhere to direct you.

Neighbour's had loud voices or slim walls so i couldn't sleep as well as expected in the morning.

Very cold in the room and had to request a heater.

The design is a bit old.

It's been completely refurnished like a new hotel but still some vintage furnitures being well preserved. It's been a dream for me to stay here since my childhood and finally I have the chance to experience all the decor.

The property could be with more instructions for directions and floors. It's not very clear for what shops are located at which side.
