This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip across Vietnam – from north to south. Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was very clean, the location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service – warm, attentive, and professional. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you for making our time so memorable.

The dinner meal service is slow and the staff inattentive. We had dinner in the restaurant Thursday, May 29 at about 6pm. We were the only party (of 6 people) in the restaurant. The waitress took our orders and 5 people got their meal but I did not. The waitress did not come by the table to check on us. After everyone had finished eating I was finally able to summon the waitress, and she said it would be another 10 minutes for my meal. I had ordered the Singapore noodles with crab, the same item that someone else had ordered. My meal was finally brought out after the others had finished eating.

Really great room, so much space with a very comfortable bed too. The hotel was in a fairly central location and also had a decent gym.

The AC in the room wasn’t too good for the heat in HCMC

The property is stunning, clean and beautiful. The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond and helped me get a taxi during the independence parade (when I couldn’t find any and had to get to the airport)

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to all the main sites. Very comfortable rooms with a great breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend when visiting Ho Chi Minch City.

The interior design throughout the entire hotel is stunning, like nothing I’ve seen before. Rooms are very spacious.

Excellent location! The place is clean and tidy. My kids adore the bunk beds—they claim it's the best hotel bed they've ever slept on!

The buffet breakfast could be improved; the traditional Vietnamese dishes lack authenticity, and there aren't many options available. Overall, it doesn't offer good value for the price.

The hotel was great and comfortable and cost effective in a family room for a family of four. Loved the quirky decor.

LOCATION. I felt this was the wrong end of district 1. Traffic outside was chaos. Many of the roads were closed off to traffic (this could have been temporary). Taxi’s took too long to arrive and so we walked, and it kind of felt too chaotic with none of the beauty of HCMC that my parents described when they stayed near the opera house, the post office the river boats and the nice shops). We were walking distance of the market and war museum and gluten free bakery which we wanted but it didn’t feel like the touristy side of town.

It’s very centrally located and the bathroom was decently clean. We were very grateful that they added more vegetarian food to the breakfast on our second day. Generally we were happy with how friendly the staff was and the rest of the hotel seemed very clean.

The room was a bit less clean than expected there were stains all over the walls, which would have been easy to clean. I also asked the reception for help with a pharmacy and was given false information, which was a bit annoying. The lunch menu for vegetarians was also not good at all.

Hats off to the interior designer for the beautiful and modern finishes to this hotel. A lot of thought went into the hotel’s design and you walk away feeling like you’ve had an experience rather than the normal run-of-the-mill hotel. Food selection at the breakfast buffet caters for everyone - loved it.

The decor and little touches were beautiful. I loved the sustainability of the hotel and the breakfast varied every morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bathroom is massive and the views of the park from the room were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean

We could hear the next door neighbors clearly, so soundproofing can be better.

Fabulous location, vibe, staff and rooms. Was one of my favourite places we stayed in Vietnam. Great gym too. Nice street with tall trees amongst the usual Vietnamese buildings so felt open.

Fusion Suites Saigon is a real Zen place within the Crazy city of Saigon. The interior design is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, especially Dieu & Pun - our friends from the bar. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, helping to translate to our driver for our onward journey and welcoming our daughter who arrived before us. An oasis in a busy city. Delicious breakfast. Comfy beds.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with our kids but the smaller bedroom had no fan or aircon so we needed to leave the door open between.

The hotel is simply wonderful. There is a nice breakfast. The location and cleanliness are amazing. The room's decor is very stylish. Daily tours pick you up from the street where the hotel is located. If I come again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very nice family room, very clean, beautiful design, comfy stay for a family with 2 kids, very close to central area, good breakfast, helpful staff.

In the family suite, there is no 'night light' for kids.

We booked the corner suite and it was fantastic! Incredibly spacious and exceptionally clean with a super cozy king-sized bed and several seating areas. The bathroom is large and the kitchen area had French press in-room coffee! The hotel is modern with a great restaurant and extensive buffet breakfast. We used the fitness room which has a sauna and the spa was lovely. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Definitely book this hotel for modern luxury.

Had a smell complaint from the bedding and was glad they took us serious and rectified the problem. Extremely friendly and service orientated staff. Also very attentive to guest requests. After sightseeing it felt good to come back to the hotel. Cool, clean relaxed place.

If being a bit fussy, not the hotels fault, noise in the mornings from the school across the road.

it's a little further than i thought from the central part of town - ben thanh market area. Still walking distance, but a bit tiring if you've had a long day. HOWEVER, being away from the central part of the town, the streets were much quieter in the evenings and mornings.
