The facility and breakfast are okayish. The egg dishes are a bit too oily and the congee is not warm.

The room was nice, spacious, clean & neat. Linh’s attention to us was undoubtedly the best, quick service, sense of humour, always smiling, very polite & helpful. Also the young man at reception unfortunately I didn’t get his name, tallish, braces-helped me with any questions i had, gave me bandaids for a sore i had on my foot & helped work out which exchange centre was best to go to for the best rate. Most Breakfast staff & bar staff were also attentive Thank You Girls & Guys it means everything.

Whilst some staff always greeted us when coming & going, some staff didnt acknowledge us at all. The better the service the bigger the tip. Cooler was off when we arrived, i turned it on when i realised the next day. TV no access to stream eg netflix, prime etc

Being inside a Japanese owned shopping centre during Tét we thought we would have access to restaurants that would stay open, but no, everything inside shut!

We loved everything!

We loved the style. It was quite minimalist/ japandi style. Each room had everything you needed. We also liked the breakfast where you could order eggs to your taste. There was also an ok size buffet. We only stayed for 2 nights but the location seems ok although you might not want to face the school which starts its assembly songs around 7am.

We found that the front desk staff had mixed abilities in speaking English. Some , like Tram, spoke great English but others didn’t. There was also confusion regarding the start and finish time of a tour they had booked for us.

We stayed in a corner room with two huge windows, and the room was very comfortable. Everything looked new, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a French press in the kitchen, which made tasty coffee. The bathroom was simply stunning, the best thing you could wish for after a long flight. The staff at both reception and breakfast were very friendly. On the day of the departure, there was heavy rain. We arrived by taxi to pick up our luggage, and we didn't even have to get out of the car – they carried our suitcases out and put them in the trunk, which was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful; you could order an omelet with various fillings, or pho bo, there was plenty of fruit, dumplings, and much more. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to the airport. From the hotel, the opera is a leisurely 30-minute walk away. Everything is close by, and the street is quiet. There's an excellent grill restaurant called Tram across the street, which I recommend for dinner.

I have no ideas on what could be improved. Maybe I should add some bath salts to this luxurious bath😄

I like how attentive the staff was. Housekeeping making daily checks, Ryan and F&B staff accomodating our requests and reception make the check in smooth. Thank you! We will be back!

This hotel is quite new and very comfortable. There is a big swimming poo on the roof as well as a nice gym overlooking the river. Breackfast was very good. I also visited the SPA that is very good as well. Location is also really central

Good location in a rather quiet street, yet in walking distance to the main city. Nice park nearby where a lot of people work out or visit a shrine. The hotel offers a good breakfast, the room is comfortable with great showers. Thanks especially to Tran who helped organizing trips and got the best tea for my husband to be fit for a day trip when he was not feeling well the day before.

Cocktails can definitely improve. Everything else was great.

The young smiling staff really made our stay special. We made friends with several of them, they were lovely! The reception and restaurant area is stylish and comfortable. It was buzzing with happy guests and smiling staff. The breakfast service was smooth, fast and generous. We saw several tables really tucking in! The room was spacious and well designed. Everything was great!

This is a design hotel but not only is it beautiful, it's very functional too. My room was the best room I've had so far in Vietnam, and I've been here 3 weeks, visiting lots of places. Very comfortable, spacious, with everything needed. The location is good, close to D1 highlights and staff is very helpful - they helped me solve a major issue (I forgot my laptop on my inbound bus).

The breakfast was OK, not great, and the gym desperately needs an adjustable bench. No sky bar - would have been nice.

Better than expectations. Spacious, modern and comfortable room with great lighting as well as huge windows allowing for lots of natural light. Friendly and helpful staff. A lovely neighbourhood - close by to local spots for coffee, drinks, dinner etc. and easy to walk into the more touristy parts of District 1

Nice modern hotel located in a lovely, cozy street. We enjoyed our room, which was really big and bright. We slept really well. Both the sound insulation and air conditioning were good. I liked the wood elements in the public spaces and the room. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was quite good, but for me personally, it didn’t stand out.

The staff was amazing, the accommodations were very comfortable and the food was great! Loved the breakfast buffet!

Staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is enough and every day they are serving different choices. Maybe diversity in cheese can be improved. The rooms are clean and well equipped. You can easily walk to the city. The hotel is around 15-20 minutes away from significant point. Walking is very easy. We loved the experience in the hotel. Especially, ı would like to thank you all staff working in the hotel.

Fusion suited is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, attentive staff and a great buffet breakfast. Amazing food within a short walk and everyone is very keen to assist you anyway they can. I spent new years here and was given a fruit platter and made to feel very welcome during my stay.

Wonderful hotel for a couple of days in HCM, easy to access sightseeing spots from there and staff couldn't have been more helpful! Felt well looked after from the moment we arrived.

The size of the room and the bathroom is one of the biggest that we have ever been and make you feel very relaxed. It is tastefully decorated with wood. The high ceiling covered by wood and faked "roof" creates a felling that you are in a house. The staff were very helpful and professional. There are many shops and restaurants near by and it is 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral & Post Office.

There is no standard wardrobe and the provided hangers are not enough. Water spills out of the shower cube. A simple retractable L shape shower curtain will fix this issue.

Exceptional stay, highly recommend. Very nice, stylish rooms, great lighting. Staff very polite & attentive. Very clean rooms. Breakfast superb with great coffee. Excellent service with staff ready to offer you the most- beyond expectations. Generally great & accurate recommendations (except one) from hotel re dining options/ etc. Honest & diligent staff- we forgot some items in our room, staff collected it and gave it all to us in the evening.

Overall nothing negative to say. Rooms slightly on the smaller size- and some rooms lack bed side tables. Family room booked via this website indicated slightly different bed arrangement/ capacity and prompted us to book a more expensive option: this was incorrect- but I think this was a marketing issue from the website, rather than the hotel itself.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety, especially the Pho was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city.

The bathroom could be improved and was a little outdated.
