The location

We picked this hotel for its location near the HB train station for an early morning flight. Very central, easy to walk everywhere.

Small rooms with few plugs

The location is super central, close to everything. A min walk from the station . overall the room was nice

Cannot stay here in summer days, absolutely hot in the room and the fan doesn’t provide any comfort. I don’t understand why hotels that change over 300€ cannot install cheap AC systems just for the summer months.

Location was excellent and staff helpful and friendly.

Great location. Perfect room for a couple.

Very good location, super convenient, and all we need are very close by. But being an antique apartment, the air conditioning is not available for most of the room. It is general for all buildings around that location. Staff are very kind and available to support.

Great communication- we emailed asking if we could leave our bags at reception before checkin and they replied within minutes confirming it was fine. They ended up letting us checkin early when we arrived which was super handy. Fantastic location - close to everything! Friendly staff. Brilliant wifi.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and on a pedestrian street. A section of "old town" near the river was easy walking distance. There were lots of places to eat and drink there. The room was reasonably roomy.

We were in an attic room (52) , with an angled wall along one side of the bed. We moved the bed so that I (I am 5 ft tall) didn't have to duck to get into and out of bed. The shade for the tilted window in that wall couldn't be fully shut, and kept popping up. It was also not possible to get that window to stay open. There was one other small, vertical window, which is good because it was quite warm in the room and there is no air conditioning. (There is a fan, though, which is a bit rickety but very effective) There aren't enough convenient outlets. We did not pay for the breakfast as it was quite expensive.

No air con/fan. Was very hot sleeping, wasn’t comfortable at all.

Location could not have been better. 5 minute walk to train station. Right next to Old Town sights and shopping. Liam at Reception was friendly and helpful.

2 days before arrival I was assured the room I reserved would have an air conditioner (Jr. Suite). It was broken. I was not offered another room or discount of any kind. Had I known there would not be air conditioning I would’ve cancelled and booked somewhere else. Felt deceived.

The hotel was very near to the Central Train Station. The room was big.

There was no A/C and so the room was warm due to hot weather outside.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded into a bigger room which was superb, very large room lots of space, very comfortable bed

Double bed with 2 mattresses who were not fixed properly, hence a 'hole' in the middle. The staff was very interested in my feedback (not only anonymous surveys) which I appreciated
