They had bycicles available to move around downtown, their restaurants was very convenient.

Love the hotel. The beds are delicious!! Tub is fantastic! Love the location.

Parking is nonexistent, valet is $60 and worth it.

Very welcoming by curb appeal but most importantly by front desk personnel! Clean and fresh!

Good downtown location and proximity to nearby shops, transit stations, and parks. The beds were comfy with plenty of nice pillows. The nice radio that doesn’t have a glaring light. Very good blackout curtains for sleep. Air conditioning is central and not loud. There’s a nice bathtub and the walk in shower also gets great pressure hot water.

The room with two beds was one of those joint rooms and so when we got a neighbor one night, they were a bit noisy. The hotel gave us free earplugs. The valet parking is very pricey but otherwise you’d have to find a separate lot nearby to park your car yourself, so you pay for the convenience. It would be nice if there were some recommended food spots or activity recommendations that were readily available if you don’t have energy to chat with front desk upon arrival.

It needed a better clean, we found plastic cups under the bedside cabinet and the carpet was very dusty and dirty around the beds.

Great rooms, nice bathroom with tub and shower. Overall nice and helpful staff. Some staff were in training and they acknowledged it so I was happy to be patient. Lobby is very nice with couches to relax in.

Some staff were not really paying attention and seemed uninterested when coming in. Advertised things like free beverage and $5 lobby kiosk credit was not given and when asked, they offered a small bottle of water or canned soda and said the credit is not given anymore and must not have been taken down from the website yet. I checked today more than a month later and it still shows it on the website. It's false advertising. Happy hour at the restaurant is misleading also. They advertise discount on cocktails but there was only one drink that was discounted.

One evening there was brown water coming from the bath faucet. Reported to staff and instructed to run faucets for a period of time and water would clear up.

Pricing was incredible for what we received. Wonderful staff and bed. Will become our go-to spot in Portland

Very friendly staff, great facilities. Room & bed very comfy, shower was hot very quickly, which is always a plus to save water :) Amenities in the room were seamless. The location is really nice, lots of food carts around, and we can be on the East side within 25m by foot.

The free coffee in the morning often runs out, and it takes a while to replace it. That said it's brewed on demand, which is nice, and it is good coffee :) Also, there's a really nice coffee shop just across the street A Roku, Chromecast or any streaming capability in the rooms would be very appreciated :) Costs nothing, makes people happy after a long day of walking

We loved the building- very easy to access and had great decor. The rooms were spacious and cold (perfect for the hot weekend). The valet and staff were extremely friendly. The rooms come with bath tubs which have icnredible water pressure and hot water and were relaxing to use. The downstairs bar restaurant was great and had oysters- we ate there twice.

We had to move rooms mid-stay due to an AC issue but the staff was SO friendly and gave us an upgraded room for no additional charge! Honestly no issue with the room upgrade and they handled it efficiently.

Room sas great. I booked a deluxe king (deluxe rooms are essentially the same as standard but on higher floors) and loved it. Good size, clean, comfy bed. very nice bathroom with a nice tub and separate shower. I actually booked a different hotel that was part of a hotel group I love and it turned out terrible. I came over here to see a room and the standard room I saw was so much better than the other dump of a place, and practically the same price with a last minute deal. I had Dossier on my list but it was too expensive at the time of booking, so I was happy about the last minute deal. I stayed at the other hotel for one night and cancelled the rest of the stay, and moved here for 5 nights. It was delightful. Nice city view, great location in the middle of downtown with easy access to the MAX and tram and lots of places to eat. Lobby was very welcoming. Elevators and hallways were kept clean. Room was super clean. There's even nespresso machines with local roastery pods, a minibar, which was great. I was able to hit Trader Joe's and grab some snacks to keep in the fridge for my stay. I essentially had breakfast in my room every day. Coffee machine was malfunctioning but the service team came and replaced it. That was the only issue in the room, and solved promptly. I'll be staying there again in June. I had booked the other place but this is so much nicer for just a little bit more.

Lobby staff was overall great, except for a few little things. They advertise that you will receive a welcome drink and a $5 kiosk credit. Neither was offered. When I asked the next day, they said that was no longer a thing (the $5 credit) and the website needed to be updated. The welcome drink was a bottle of water or a coke or sprite. Basically worthless. Not such a big deal but felt like dishonest advertising. They were training new staff, which is understandable since there is a staff shortage everywhere, but it did make for a hit or miss service experience. Certain times, they were greeting and paying attention. other times they were not even looking up. Nobody was unfriendly, just at times indifferent. Towels could be improved. Bedsheets were fine but very thin (could see right through the bottom sheet to the matress).

The position, staff and the rooms are all first class.

Room was really well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom with a huge shower. The whole place felt classy. Front desk staff (shout out to Micah) were so delightful and welcoming. Loved that they offered a tea kettle and really nice teas! Convenient location, lots of stuff within easy walking distance.

I wish coffee were available until 9:30 or 10. No streaming services on the TV (it’s 2025 and a Roku costs like, $25). They seemed understaffed — no daily housekeeping, slow valet at peak times, etc. Everyone was SO friendly but it seemed like they needed a few extra hands.

Beautiful and quiet hotel in a convenient location. Spacious and comfortable room. Very nice looking bathroom with a lot of natural light. Close to restaurants, downtown and freeway entrance. Totally recommend staying here

Beds are comfortable, the room was very clean, and I love that they have classical music playing low when you walk into the room! I love how friendly & approachable the staff were. The hotel itself is a beautiful, classic, grown & sexy vibe. Have to give a s/o to Bartenders Matthew & Cj. They were a joy to chat with while at the bar! Nice location, Nordstrom, Starbucks, & CVS 2 blocks away. A lot of food places (but everything closes kinda early), high-end shopping 4-5 blocks away, very walkable area even at night & only 6-8 blocks from the waterfront!!

My only complaint is there was no pool or hotub, which would have been amazing after the long hikes I did.

Staff was exceptional as they were all very welcoming and helpful. We checked in with Mica and he was great! It's great value and located in the center of town. The food at the restaurant was also good. Bathroom is definitely nice and roomy.

I would have preferred to have the mirror outside not inside the bathroom. But I would stay there again.

I upgraded to a corner room on the 17th floor. The hotel beds are so comfortable being away from home. The pillows are wonderful. The showers are wonderful in the rooms
