Nice rooms and hotel was very good. Fitness centre a little basic but nice to have access

Staff were all great. Rooms were wonderful.

We spent 2 nights. No one serviced our room after first night. Had to reuse our towels and toiletries.

Efficient but comfortable room, corner windows and window in bath were big pluses.

The property was clean , well decorated, comfortable and well lit. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to both Pearl and Nob Hill districts.

My only criticism was the lack of linens in the room. For short stays there is no housekeeping but we only had one washcloth, 2 guests and 4 showers. We could have asked for more, we just forgot until it was too late. I don’t mind the no housekeeping.. just stock up a little more generously to be set.

An unexpectedly nice room, good location, and very helpful staff. We also appreciated the free use of bicycles!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. While the hotel was very nice, the people made all the difference in my stay.

It is not in the control of the hotel, but the area is desperately in need of attention from the city. I arrived late in the evening, and was nervous to get out of my car and walk 1/2 block to the hotel due to the large presence of drug addicts nearby.

Not a huge deal, but the restaurant/bar next to lobby closes kind of early. But that said, when I went down to grab a quick bite about 20 minutes before closing (to bring back up to the room,) the lady behind the bar said that they are closed. She was very nice but it was kind of a bummer.

Clean and spacious room in the heart of downtown Portland. The area was safe and relatively clean for being a downtown city. Location was great. The bed was so comfortable (it was hard to get up and out of bed for some of our tours). Large, clean bathtub and shower!

Location…easy access to train, convenient to downtown and Pearl District attractions.

Nice looking and quiet hotel. Easy to explore downtown and other Portland areas. Good restaurants around as well as a nice restaurant in house, always handy. Easy access to 405 freeway to get out of town. I like the complementary coffee in the mornings and apples on the afternoon, nice touch. Well equipped gym

There was no cream to add to the coffee during my last two mornings. Also no apples during the last two evenings

Staff was efficient and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious, clean and modern. They offered bottles of water every day, free of charge. Great location!

The hotels location is excellent…close to the Pearl and downtown shopping/restaurants, yet quiet in the evening. Convenient restaurant and bar on the property; nice live entertainment in evening. Very friendly staff.

The room lighting was a little hard to navigate; limited lighting operable from wall switches in room entry.

Good downtown location and proximity to nearby shops, transit stations, and parks. The beds were comfy with plenty of nice pillows. The nice radio that doesn’t have a glaring light. Very good blackout curtains for sleep. Air conditioning is central and not loud. There’s a nice bathtub and the walk in shower also gets great pressure hot water.

The room with two beds was one of those joint rooms and so when we got a neighbor one night, they were a bit noisy. The hotel gave us free earplugs. The valet parking is very pricey but otherwise you’d have to find a separate lot nearby to park your car yourself, so you pay for the convenience. It would be nice if there were some recommended food spots or activity recommendations that were readily available if you don’t have energy to chat with front desk upon arrival.

Beds were very comfy and we had a great view from 19th floor

It needed a better clean, we found plastic cups under the bedside cabinet and the carpet was very dusty and dirty around the beds.

Loved everything about our stay here - can’t wait to go back soon!

Beautiful hotel, designed with an artistic eye. Friendly staff. Nice room, nice bed, nice shower.

Location suffers from growing homeless population and lack of restaurants and retail shops.

Great rooms, nice bathroom with tub and shower. Overall nice and helpful staff. Some staff were in training and they acknowledged it so I was happy to be patient. Lobby is very nice with couches to relax in.

Some staff were not really paying attention and seemed uninterested when coming in. Advertised things like free beverage and $5 lobby kiosk credit was not given and when asked, they offered a small bottle of water or canned soda and said the credit is not given anymore and must not have been taken down from the website yet. I checked today more than a month later and it still shows it on the website. It's false advertising. Happy hour at the restaurant is misleading also. They advertise discount on cocktails but there was only one drink that was discounted.

The breakfast brochure was extremely misleading

One evening there was brown water coming from the bath faucet. Reported to staff and instructed to run faucets for a period of time and water would clear up.

Pricing was incredible for what we received. Wonderful staff and bed. Will become our go-to spot in Portland

Street parking could be tough, we had an easy time however.
