Good location, nice hotel, can stay indoors and shop or get to the convention centre
Amazing location for our stay
Express breakfast option was handy, Shannon was amazing and remembered our daily order
We were offered reduced housekeeping which we accepted but they only attend on 2 occasions over a 9 day stay, I wouldn’t agree to that in the future. Alternate days would be better

Overall a pleasant stay
Good hotel in a great location. Comfortable, modern, clean room.
There was noise outside the room during the night. Not sure the source but seemed mechanical in nature.
The 8th floor didn’t provide a great view.

Quick stop over in Ottawa - hotel is great, centrally located, immediate access to the Rideau Center
Room over looking the Parliament Buildings - Fireworks out the window were spectacular.

Very relaxing and comfortable
Great room size, bed was very comfortable, love the built in shampoo, conditioner and bath wash. Chair was comfortable also

Quiet, comfy and relaxing
Breakfast selection was great with both buffet and menu. A little pricey for the buffet but good selection.

Overall good.
Spent over one hr getting the Wifi to work. Signal from my rm did not work. had to use the guest site.
90 % of guests still did not understand how the elevators worked. have to be explained better....at check in..!!
Trying to pay for the parking. Had to use the tel. and then woman who was lost.

perfect stay in downtown

Great location but not as nice as other Westins that I have stayed in.
The location was great! Beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and responsive. We discovered that our toilet was broken when we first arrived; they responded within 1/2 and fixed it.
I was on the 20th floor and it was very noisy. Noise was water through pipes and other building noises not related to guests. This made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom door was very difficult to open and heavy. At times, I was afraid I was going to get stuck.
