The staff were super helpful and friendly. They gave me directions and restaurant recommendations, and even offered me an umbrella to use when it was raining. They also lent me a converter so I could charge my computer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was great. Again staff friendly, polite and professional.

The breakfast room was a bit dark

For the money I paid for the king executive there was only 2 bottles of beer in the minibar.

Location is slightly further out than some may like but overall is still a good location , only assessment being made by me travelling on foot from the central train station

We stayed in one of the Signature Suites and it was worth every penny. Immaculately clean, big comfortable bed, fully stocked coffee bar and complimentary mini fridge. I’m expecting and my husband doesn’t drink so the team very kindly replaced the alcohol with alcohol-free beers and soft drinks for us which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a wonderful room, everything was very clean. Great amenities such as the two bottles of water, cookies and coffee. Additionally great amenities in the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable and the pillows were great as well. We never heard any noise from outside additionally a thumbs up to the dimmable lighting!

Nothing really. Perhaps the large hill on the walk from Glasgow Queen St station to hotel but nothing the hotel can control. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed on a room only basis as the hotel is situated close to the city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a generous sized bathroom. We arrived early due to the flight time and our room was available. The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Parking spot outside the hotel could’ve been a little bit better in terms of the barrier, my car was a bit low down and it scraped the bottom and the bumper of my car

I booked an executive room which had great floor space and the layout was really good.. the only disappointment was the complimentary mini bar.. When I opened it it had two bottles of water one can of full strength coke one Diet Coke one can of fever tree tonic.. a semi skimmed milk one small packet of nuts a packet of fruit snacks.. and two bottles of beer.. I don’t drink so I asked to swap them for another two bottles of water.. I didn’t expect a volume of alcoholic drinks but I did expect some other alcoholic option for my wife..

Asked for card on arrival for a £50 deposit, assuming this was for minibar but fridge was empty. Refunded within a few days. Some surface furniture was stained, carpet had stains, and coffee machine was dusty.

The breakfast was not good- really poor quality for a 4star hotel. The avocado with poached eggs with hollandaise was awful- a pile of gloop with lukewarm eggs that made the toast go into a wet mess. Really disappointing breakfast buffet- go out for breakfast and save your money. On a previous stay it had been good, but not on this occasion.

The property is easy to get to and is in a great location for exploring the city. The staff are so helpful and polite, from the moment you arrive till the minute you leave, they always make sure you’re well looked after. The property is very clean and the rooms are well equipped.

The only thing that let the hotel down was The breakfast was poor we waited 45 mins for our breakfast and when it arrived it was very overcooked.

Dakota never disappoints, it’s so cosy and the vibe is always there. Extremely attentive staff and always a great experience.

The only thing I could ever say was that it would be good to have a fridge in the room but that would be if I had to pick something.

Great central location just a 10 minute walk from main transport links and surrounded by so many things to see and do. We dined at The Grill due to recommendation and our expectations were surely succeeded. The food was great and the experience made even better by staff.

Spacious room in a modern hotel in central Glasgow. It is located close to the main shopping district and not too far from the West End, with restaurants and shops within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. The stay was quiet and convenient, and the staff were helpful and efficient.
