Amazing staff, luxurious hotel, great views
The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the views from the higher floors are incredible (we recommend asking for a room on a high floor). Breakfast buffet was superb!

first time in Brazil and it’s a lovely hotel - god enough to come back to after we had visited the coast for 2 days! amazing pool bar & beautiful panoramic restaurant

friendly, helpful, beautiful.
We were only in Brazil for 5 days and wanted to visit the coast, but stayed at the Tivoli the first couple of nights and loved it so much we came back for our final night :-) beautiful rooms, awesome view from the restaurant, lovely pool-side bar. But above all-else, the beautiful people that work there went above and beyond! Super kind and friendly and always smiling. we had our 10-month old daughter with us and she loved all of them!
had to wait a long time for the lift a couple times!

Phenomenal
Amazing hotel, the staff was super helpful and the room was spacious and extremely clean with an amazing view of the city, the bed was super comfy. They have a rooftop restaurant and breakfast bar on the 23rd floor with a breathtaking view.

Excellent hotel, fully recommend!
Brilliant hotel, excellent staff and a good selection for breakfast. We stayed in a deluxe suite and there was plenty of room to stay in and enjoy the room as well as going out in the city, great selection of room service too.
The pool isn't great, we were hoping to spend an afternoon by the pool but it's small with only a couple of loungers, and right off the downstairs restaurant/bar so feels quite exposed.

Overall good quality stay but definitely below expectation due to its price
Great hospitality and attitude from the staff, everyone made sure you are taken well care of.
Good location, right in the middle of Av. Paulista, convenient to go around.
The bed is amazing, very comfy, maybe one of the best beds, I had a pleasant rest in the room.
Towel hanger in my room was broken, semi-attached to the wall, it was not fixed and I find the room not well prepared for new guest to stay.
The toilet needs some adjustment, you need to flush 2-3 times to completely flush off whatever you do.....
Breakfast at rooftop floor (Seen Restaurant) was not available for our last day during our 3-night stay, as the restaurant was booked to host a wedding the night before, hence the hotel could not prepare the Seen for its guests to have breakfast the next day in time, we were told to go to Level E1 (beneath lobby level) to have breakfast, and there were little insect in my milk when I ordered my cafe com leite. I definitely feel bad for those who booked the hotel for that night only.
For its luxurious branding and positioning, its gym could really use some upgrades to match its pricing.
As the hotel is branded as one of the most luxurious hotels in SP, even though I had a great stay, overall I don't find it to be worth such price.

decor is far out dated for a 5 star hotel. the building itself is an eye sore. the standard rooms are actually equivalent to 3 star European hotels.

A tranquil relief from the craziness of the city, but just not quite worth the price - I won’t be staying here again.
Amazingly comfortable beds, chic lobby and bar area, in a great part of São Paulo
Not as luxurious as I expected for a five star hotel. The room is slightly basic and pool area not great. Also very slow service from the staff in the lobby bar - it took them half an hour to bring me a gin and tonic and it wasn’t even busy.

the building and location are nice
they can’t charge money from the debit card, and ask us pay in cash in US dollar but when you pay in cash they give you price almost twice as expensive
