Unpretentious, comfortable, superbly clean, safe hotel in central Sao paulo.

Excellent! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is perfect (a few steps from Paulista Avenue, where you have transportation, restaurants, and banks, the staff is friendly and kind, and breakfast is fantastic.
It's pricy. Many options around this hotel are cheaper, so if the price is a worry to you, then this is not the best option. But they deliver value.

5 star Hotel in Sao Paulo
We travelled here in an Uber from the airport and had a friendly greeting from the hotel concierge, and offered a drink on arrival. Room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was beautifully presented. We enjoyed a little luxury during our stay in Sao Paulo.
The rooftop pool felt smaller than in the booking.com photos.
We were asked to complete details prior to arrival electronically, however on arrival we were asked to provide these details again on a paper form.
